During a heat wave, put in a repair request for my A/C with American Home Shield around 8pm, and it was sent to these guys. Superior called the next morning around 8am, and an awesome technician showed up that afternoon.

Our old A/C unit ended up needing several leaks fixed as well as about 6 pounds of R22. After doing my research, I braced myself for $100-$200 per pound of R22, as AHS would only cover $10 per pound. To my delight, Superior only charged $35 per pound, and the A/C unit is back to running like new.

All through the process, Superior (mostly) kept up constant communication, and the technician was transparent about what he thought was wrong and about how much it would cost to fix.

If my A/C unit ever needs fixed again, I hope it's sent to these guys again.

Only got 1 star docked because they told me they repair guy would come back on Monday, and he came back on Tuesday. I was lucky enough that I could work from home both days, but I would've been mad if I had asked off work.

Superior Heating and Air has provided fast, professional, and exceptionally priced HVAC services for me on multiple properties. The first job they did for me was a repair on New Year's Day 2012 and since that time they have been the only HVAC company that I have used to repair or replace furnaces, air conditioners, and combination units.

Great customer service from the moment my phone call was answered. Skilled technicians made the experience of replacing my furnace and installing a new AC unit easy and simple for me. The job was done in a timely fashion and the price was fair ... Excellent job!

We have been working with Superior Heating and Air for close to ten years now, and we have never been disappointed in their service or their work. They have covered all sorts of issues for us, both at our home and at our business, and they always show up quickly, get the job done right, and are great to work with.

I have a new Brakes Plus in Erie Colorado and the heating and air-conditioning system was installed by Superior heating and air-conditioning everything was installed Looks and works in perfect condition. After opening one week later had a problem with the heater kicking on call Superior John From Superior heating and air-conditioning was here within two hours and had the problem repaired . it was in a computer board that the manufacturer had installed In the unit It was a new system so it was under warranty no hassles on the repair. The owner of Superior heating and air-conditioning Robert came out the very next day and made sure we were satisfied and everything was up and working.

I've had a frustrating experience with this company. They've had to order parts because our unit is old, or there are supply chain issues, neither of which is their fault, however their communication has been terrible. I have to call to get updates and leave messages and don't get a call back. Apparently they didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time so now we're waiting on another part which may take up to 5 more days to arrive. The tech was also less than friendly when I asked questions about progress or tried to understand the work they were doing. I realize there's things they can't control, but customer service they can and with that I am not impressed.

I need to start off and say I have not done business with this company BUT I recently had a issue with them that the owner jumped in and said he would resolve. He handled the situation with integrity and honesty that I have not see much of lately with other businesses I have been dealing with recently. It was honestly appreciated. I am used to making deals with a hand shake and have for years taken people by their word. I feel that he stands behind his and I imagine his company stands behind it's word as well. I hope this helps someone make a good decision!

Superior is a great company for residential or commercial. They have been easy to work with, are responsive and flexible even when project requirements change. I would recommend to anyone.

John and Gretchen over at Superior are awesome. I use these guys for all of our HVAC related services at our commercial facility in Denver and I won’t use anyone else. It’s very hard to find vendors in this space that do honest work. Our equipment is outdated and limping along, there would be ample opportunity to gouge us but Superior always finds a way to get us up and running with minimal expense. Huge thank you!

Amazing, knowledgeable & funny. Expert at it's finest. It looked overwhelming to the previous Plummer but not this one.

Dorothy and Manny did an excellent job of explaining the hydronic system to me virtually and helped troubleshoot what the issue likely is.

Manny the technician was off work today because it’s the weekend but was still willing to walk me through some boiler troubleshooting that helped me get my system back online! He was great and went above and beyond the call of duty!

Chris was able to get me worked into his schedule much sooner than I could have hoped for with the cold season approaching. He's been servicing my ancient boiler for the last 5 years saving me from costly repairs. He's always at the top of his game and this time was no different. He kept me informed of his arrival time and showed up with in 15 minutes of the earliest time quoted. When he arrived, he was quick and efficient as always. I am glad to say that he actually went ABOVE AND BEYOND! A true credit to his trade.

Really impressed with their service! They made my life so much easier! They got to my house in the same day as I called in. I needed my boiler repaired and I was really worried the price to get it repaired would be sky high. But it was super reasonable! The technicians were great and very friendly. Our heating unit failed, and we leave town in two days. Every other company we contacted was unavailable to help us. Advanced Boiler came out immediately and fixed our problem--and taught us a lot about our setup. We have such confidence in them that we plan to have them install a whole new boiler system.

We've had two other companies look at our boiler. One completely misdiagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate that quite high for their proposed fix (for the wrong problem) and told us they could have it done next week. The other correctly diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate that was prepostously exorbitant and told us they could have it done next week. Advanced showed up to our house, immediately recognized the problem, gave us an estimate that was less than half of the last one and did the job right then and there, having brought all of the necessary parts along in their truck. Manny, the gentleman who performed our repairs, is the man!!!
