Of course our 3 year-old furnace stopped working going into the coldest week of the year so far. I called Day & Night because of a very good experience we had with them installing a new furnace in a previous home. David came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch which he replaced. He explained to me how the furnace system worked, which I appreciate. That didn't completely solve the problem. David ended up calling an expert in the brand of our furnace, but still no heat. He recommended that I call an electrician to check that system. The electrician came and checked out the feed to and within the furnace. He left notes and his phone number for David. David came the next morning, called the electrician and between them they figured out how to deal with the eccentricities of our 73 year-old house. We had HEAT!
I very highly recommend Day & Night.

Great experience with this company. I called on a recommendation from my next door neighbor that had them replace their furnace and a/c. We had a water leak in our water heater. David came out right away and fixed it. It was still leaking a tiny drop so he came back out again within an hour to fix it again. I would use this company anytime! They also answered their phone immediatly and came out right away. Thank you Day and Night.

TL:DR David rocks! Day and Night is a honest trustworthy company.
This is the second time we used Day and night to come fix something at our house. First was an emergency furnace repair on a Saturday in the middle of a cold snap and now our a/c wasn’t working. Both times David came out and was a honest professional person. He showed us what was wrong and fixed the sloppy work we had paid another company to do with our furnace. This time he showed me that they weren’t even doing the maintenance work we were paying them to do on the a/c! I’m so glad we found Day and Night! He had been honest about where his knowledge is and where he would call his teammates in. He knew our duct work is too small but which is better when the time comes buying a smaller a/c unit or installing larger ducts?…Ask his team. I have never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need or being pressured into a maintenance contract or that they “found” something else wrong to add more to the bill.
A lot of companies say customers are their #1 priority but David really makes you feel that way! When I was trying to apologize for making him late to his next appointment he looked at me and said “ I’m not leaving until I make sure this is right and everything is good. I’m here for you right now.”

We only called Day And Night for our heater and air conditioners. The gentleman who came out today was very professional and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend Day And Night.

andrew came right on time and worked very efficiently. we had a pleasant conversation as well. a nice young man.

They responded immediately to my call for service, and Greg was at my door exactly when they said someone would be at my home. He found my concerns, wrapped my pipes, made the boiler safe and working and made a future appointment convenient for me. Again he arrived on time, and put in the new pipes and damper as needed. He cleaned up around the boiler, answered questions, and left me with complete confidence that Day and Night will always respond quickly and efficiently any time I am in need. I am hard of hearing, and Greg explained everything clearly and patiently.

Santiago came to inspect my furnace and replace my filter today. He showed up early (after calling to confirm that it was okay to do so) and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. Not to mention, the price for the service was stellar and affordable. I’ll definitely be utilizing Day and Night from now on! Great experience!!

Day and Night have done several projects at our home and they are always done perfectly. Ben is an excellent craftsman that goes through the process of thinking and planning out a project first so that everything goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Day and Night.

We hired Day & Night to install a heat pump system in April of 2024. Over the course of the past year, our Amana heat pump was tested by sub-zero winter days and 100+ degree summer days. The system performed amazingly well! Our 1954-built home was the most comfortable it's been in our 8 years of ownership! Many thanks to John, his family and crew for their expertise!

Great experience with Day & Night. Ben, Ryan, and Sharmain were all very knowledgeable and professional. They were responsive to diagnose the issue and provide multiple options for repair or replacement. They setup the permit inspection, registered the new furnace and were in and out quickly. In addition, they literally saved us thousands compared to others for the same effort. Will be the first number I call from now on to service all my properties.

I’ve been sweltering for weeks! I can’t afford much right now and my friend sent David over last night to fix my AC. (He knows I’m stubborn but didn’t want me to suffer.) David came Friday evening and had it fixed within an hour. It was surprisingly affordable and worth every penny. I slept like a baby last night in my cool comfy house. Thanks Fri!!! took them for ever to get my units done and still are not done yet and I had to pay some one else to pick them up and they charged me for pickup

We had a great experience with Day and Night. They got us scheduled pretty quickly in the hottest part of last summer when our 60 year old AC system failed , we replaced it with a heat pump system with 3 separate room units. They did a remarkable job of concealing the power and fluid lines up in our ceiling , utilizing the old AC ductwork, rather than the “Easy way out “ surface mounting which another company had proposed, and they had better pricing. Fast work and good clean up . Great Job !

I called Day & Night because I wanted to make sure my air conditioner was ready for summer. Andrew was on time, friendly, and serviced my air conditioner quickly and thoroughly. I have prior experience with Day & Night (and with Andrew), and they are responsive, experienced, and fair with their pricing. I would highly recommend this family-owned business!

Ben and Ryan came to my house right before the big freeze and got my new switch installed and working. They made sure that everything was working before they left.
They cared about making sure the quality work was done And made sure everything would be okay for the next 110 hour freeze that was coming out way...Plus! Day and Night is a great company to work with and does a great job of keeping things working tip top condition I love working with Sharmaine and Greg as well and would not go anywhere else for the last fifteen years.
