I wanted to use their service and give a good rating. Technician arrived put shoe covers on which was great he ran a telescope and then said he couldn’t snake the line and left.

Nathan the plumber came in because I recently had a leaking hose bib that needed urgent attention, and I’m so glad I called [Plumber’s Name or Company Name]! From start to finish, the service was excellent. They arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair.

Reliable. They are not cheap but what Good plumber is? You have to pay for quality. They did a lot of work here and 🤞🏼The leak is gone. Rustin and Eric are real pro’s. Busy af but efficient, kind, and professional. I would recommend this company to fam and friends. Im glad it didnt turn out to be a Tipp*** Hat kind of deal. I was worried when they had to come back but its all good.

Just hired them again for a rotten cast iron pipe causing back up issues. Took 3 days from call to finish to handle everything. -i took these photos during and after.

Not calling again. They used to be good. I had a 1-3 appointment for
today that I set up yesterday. Got a call at 3:30 t that they were running a LITTLE late. But when I called at 4:30, I was told I'll have to reschedule! Lousy customer service!

We appreciate Enrique and Ofelia. They got us on the schedule quickly. Enrique arrived on time and we appreciate the time he took to explain the repair and the recommended maintenance of our furnace.

Allen, Bryan, Julian, and Lorenzo have all been absolutely outstanding! They took their time and explained how everything works. They were upfront with pricing and financing options. Their availability to install our new units was speedy especially when we’re in the dad’s of summer without air conditioning. Everything was done and done in 24 hours! BUYER BEWARE! PREDATORY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. Dr Fix It tried to scam me into buying a new $30,000 boiler and water heater system by claiming my old boiler was impossible to repair. The technician said they could get started on the project today, and if I didn't sign the contract RIGHT NOW, I wouldn't have hot water until next week....I promptly kicked them out of my house and got a second opinion. The second company showed up same day and fixed the issue for $325. RECEIPTS ATTACHED!

Kolten arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional. He was kind to our very timid dog. He addressed the problem and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. Service performed was diagnosis of a problem with our in-floor radiant heating system. Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed. But he helped me come up with alternate solutions.

Had the most wonderful experience with Doctor Fix-It! Tim came to our house, and took care of a flickering light situation. Couldn't have asked for a nicer man! Got everything taken care of! And for a reasonable price! Thank you Tim, and Jamie!

Junior M. came earlier than expected which was totally fine and I appreciated that the office called me ahead of time to let me know of his arrival time.
Junior was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. After he installed the InSinkErator garbage disposal, he inspected it for leaks, made sure that it worked properly, cleaned up the work area, and took time to answer all my questions. The whole installation job took less than 2 hours. I also asked him to give me an estimate for a water heater replacement. Thank you for the job well done. I would highly recommend Junior M. and Doctor Fix-It for garbage disposal installation.

I had them out for a furnace tune up. The technician said that I needed a new furnace. The pilot light would not stay lit. I sanded the thermocouple with emery paper from my garage, and the furnace is working great. So much for Dr. Fix it!

He has huge diagnostic and analytical skills, very efficient, and people skills. I plan to use this company for inspections when I purchase new home.

We had a weekend plumbing emergency. DoctorFixIt's answering service too the call and handled it efficiently after hours and dispatched Junior to our home at a good time. He was on time and did the job without problems. He was friendly and did the work promptly.

Niebors had there line replaced took them 3 days to get it done dr fix it did it in one day everything was cleaned up and couldn't tell they were here. Crew were respectful and very quite. Tyler L. explained everything in detail. He was to fix some past issues that we didn’t even know we had. Our house was aluminum wiring which we have seen what can happen if issues are not fixed correctly and quickly. Thank you Tyler and Dr. Fixit for being here quickly and work that was very well.

From Alan Huff who first came out to tell us what he felt we needed to do to get some heat. To the two techs who came to install it, we were beyond impressed with everybody’s work.
