Lies. They lied to me and told me they were coming. They never told me a time. I had to call back 2 times and ask when. They made me wait all day. They lied and said their technician was here and waiting... when he wasn't. My security cameras even show he wasn't here. They then tried to charge me an after hours fee for him to "come back". This is absolutely unacceptable. I would waste my time or money with this company.

Jimmy was great. Very knowledgeable, laid out the options with out being pushy. He even provided DIY options to help cut down the costs.

Only issue is scheduling can be better. Was bumped twice due to an influx of emergency calls (fine and they provided a small discount for the inconvenience), but having to clear an entire day for a morning of timeframe is annoying. It'd be great if you could provide timeframe the night before.

Regardless, we'll use them again!

Angelo was professional, able to come out quickly and start work on the same day. He was worried he'd have to tear out a ton of drywall to repair a broken valve and terrible original home plumbing design but he was able to make it look clean as well as serviceable in the future. He was able to explain issues and questions to my partner and I who are both different levels of plumbing illiterate and still encouraged us not to throw money away on unneeded repairs where most plumbers would be in full sales mode. He was joking with out son. 10/10.

I’m extraordinarily pleased with how Josh and Felix turned a sudden plumbing issue around so quickly. As a new homeowner I had a major problem with an original-to-the-house pipe and Josh clearly and throughly explained every step of the process, kept me informed along the way and did a thorough assessment of the other related connections in my home and crawlspace. He and Felix worked tirelessly today to get the heavy, corroded and clogged old pipe away and replaced it with new piping. They took wonderful care of my floors and property and really went the extra mile. It was my first time working with Golden West and I’ll absolutely be a return customer.

I highly recommend Carlos Gutierrez from Golden West Plumbing. He and his company kept my old swamp cooler running for several years. Finally, he and his crew installed a new swamp cooler and it is amazing! Carlos not only made sure the swamp cooler was satisfactory but he also recognized plumbing concerns at the house. He made sure the water pressure was adjusted and solved the leaky faucet in the backyard. The conscientious attention Carlos demonstrates is invaluable to my peace of mind at this house. Carlos Luna came to our house promptly and inspected our Rennai water heater. It was working properly but is getting old. He recommended that the sensors be replaced but that it was not urgent. Another person will come to fix a leaking faucet which may have caused the heater not to work. Friendly and professional service.

The plumber, Josh, did a great job, he was very respectful and professional. He knew what he was talking about and I had no worries, The job they completed was fast and efficient. I would recommend these guys and definitely their vip plan, it’ll help in the long run.

Andy Heinz is amazing and HVAC professional that works for GWP. First off scheduling was easy and convenient and the phone receptionist was polite and handled the call with care, you get a real person that answers the phone. She listened to my reason for calling and then Andy came. He has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience for HVAC repairs and installation. He resolved my issues with the promptness and speed that one needs when calling for repairs and maintenance. If Andy shows up at your door, rest assured that you will get top notch service and care. I will always call this company in the future knowing he is there.

Needed repair on my Navien tankless combi boiler water heater (a bit of a specialty task / need). I consulted Navien's website first for service providers (they were listed there), consulted BBB(Better Business Bureau) and did a quote request.

Based on my (detailed) request, I appreciated they were did schedule a consult quickly.

The tech that came out, while punctual and respectful, didn't appear to focus on and provide a suitable solution for my specific needs (I was quoted for a small expansion tank to add - something outside the water heater that was making noises / having the issue). After getting advice from others, I would have had to spend more time and money as the expansion tank would not have solved the issue.

Quick response and quote, but not really what I was specifically looking / needing. Not to say I wouldn't consult them in the future for other, more general repair needs.

I had a great experience with Golden West and Anthony Garcia. I had a handful of companies come to my home to provide me an estimate for a new water heater. I was most impressed and comfortable with Anthony out of everyone that came to my home to provide the estimate which was one of the main reasons I went with Golden West. They also provided similar or better good pricing and services.
Once I decided to go with Golden West, everything was pretty simple. The installation took about a day and everything is working great.
I would definitely recommend Golden West and Anthony Garcia.

Our furnace went out and the previous owners who installed it had done it very poorly to say the least, out of code etc, they were able to come out the day I requested an estimate, gave me multiple options, thought about it for a couple days, called them up and rearranged their schedule to come out the day I called them within an hour 2 days before Christmas. Had it done within about 5 hours. Really appreciate it. And I also thought the price was really good

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Chris is a genius and a delight. Call Golden West and ask for Chris to take care of your furnace and boiler needs. He extended the life of our unit by at least ten years and the increase in efficiency is saving us money right now.

Fantastic Company. Amazing at communication, very personable and their customer service is excellent. Anthony and his team did a professional job on a panel upgrade, new outlets and switches plus lighting. I will be using them in the future, no question.

We had an issue where our evaporative cooler was leaking into our attic due to improper installation from the previous homeowners. This was in early July and right before a major heatwave and this needed to be addressed pretty quickly. We worked with Joseph V. and couldn’t be happier with the result. We obviously needed a new evaporative cooler but also wanted to add additional ventilation into our bedrooms as it was something we wanted to add since we bought the house. He gave the bids we asked for and provided a solid basis for his recommendation on what he thought would be a good choice. He, and his colleague, Manny was up in our cramped attic which reached over 120° to install the new ventilation. We also had damage around where the cooler was that needed to be addressed by a roofer. He had a great referral there and you can’t even tell where the work was done. They then spent an entire day in the heat installing the new cooler and it looks amazing and cools the house really well.

We’ve used Golden West in the past for our boiler heating system, and we will continue to use them because they are honest and transparent, explain the issues thoroughly, and are always willing to answer questions. This was a big job and they did it flawlessly, showed up when they said they would, and completed work as they said they would. The other quote we got almost guaranteed a “change order,” but Golden West came in at the bid amount and the experience made a stressful situation way less stressful, which I appreciate. They even referred us to a restoration company to ensure there was no mold or other structural damage that needed to be address (which thankfully they stated there wasn’t). It’s not always the cheapest bid, but well worth every penny because of the work they do. Thank you as always!

This was my first experience with Golden West. It started with a conversation with Lucy. She was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me realize that being a member. Is a good financial decision. When Josh showed up to do the work I realized I had made the right choice. He was personable, knowledgeable , and answered my every question. The work was accomplished quickly and effectively. I am happy that I called Golden West.

Golden West is always provides reliable service, even for complicated issues like my buildings boiler system. Chris, Manny, and Carlos were all helpful in resolving our heating issues, just in time for a snowy day!

This would be the second time I have used Golden West Plumbers. They replaced my main water line, interior water hook up and recently cleaned my main sewer line. I can confirm, as a homebuilder, they are the best resource I've used. I would highly recommend them and will continue to call them for future needs. Lou is the person I have worked with. Josh Arana, Luis Cisneros and Alex Garcia all did a great job. We had sewer blockages and backup so had to do a major sewer repair. This also involved removing and reinstalling a water heater that was in the mitigation area. Everyone was very professional and efficient getting the job done. Thank you!

Jimmy did great! I was out of town and he made the entire process completely seamless! He called with the problems with our furnace and didn’t try to upsell me! He was upfront and very transparent! He did a great job explaining the problems and answering all my questions! I’ll be asking for jimmy for all my hvac issues in the future!

. I have a boiler system that needed repair and maintenance. I called the office. Lucy was great and scheduled somebody immediately. Anthony Garcia came and immediately diagnosed the problem.
He came back first thing in the morning and worked tirelessly all day , not only to repair the issues, but to upgrade the system So these issues wouldn’t happen in the future .
He was punctual,, very thorough, personable, and I was impressed about how knowledgeable he was. He also took the time to explain what happened, why it happened and how it will not happen again.
Anthony and Golden West will be my go to from now on.
