Josh and Zack were amazing. We had a leak in our ceiling that they were able to come within the next hour after I called. They talked us through everything they needed to do to diagnose the issue. And explained to us exactly what they discovered. They were both very friendly, honest, and helpful. Will be going to them for all our plumbing issues from now on.

Lou came out to help us with a pipe that froze. He was wonderful to work with. Got the job done quickly. He was very friendly as well and helpful!

After years of dealing with an unsolved electrical issue, Hector finally diagnosed and fixed our problem! His dedication was incredible—he wouldn't stop until it was done right. When we needed to involve our electric company, he implemented a temporary solution that made our house work so much better while we waited. The moment the electric company finished their part, Hector returned to complete the job. His expertise and work ethic were exceptional.
Mario was equally fantastic, coordinating everything with our electric company, which was no easy task. Despite the difficulties, he got it done and kept everything on track for Hector to finish the work.

My experience with GWP was efficient, punctual and fair.

My situation began after being misled by another company. I was in fear that the only way to solve my tankless water heater issue was by completely replacing the unit... I was looking at an expense of $8000-$10,000.

I reached out to the manufacture of my tankless water heater - Noritz and they sent a list of companies/technicians who have been certified and trained on how to service and diagnose issues with the unit(s).

I called GWP, received an appointment the same day! Within a few hours I had Chris (VanMeter) & Jose at my home. Chris was very energetic and eager to solve the issue, with the help of Jose they both asked questions, and looked at the unit. I was given 3 different options of what to do for a resolution and things to consider for the optimum use of the water heater. Due to the knowledge and critical thinking of this team, I was shockingly misinformed on how to solve my issue by the first company. I did in fact, NOT need to have the water heater replaced, turns out it just took some major digging and process of elimination. That extra elbow grease and attention to detail is really what built my trust with this company!

I chose to join the VIP membership, have work done to solve the water heater issue and have a "to-do" list of sorts saved on my account file for when the finances allow for me to tackle these things. I saved thousands of dollars and stress with GWP. The service was quick and fairly priced; leaving me with a total around $700 (instead of $10,000!!) The following day - Chris, Jose and master plumber Felix Mendoza showed up promptly at 9am and had everything tidied up and finished by 10:15.

I'm pleased to share my appreciation and satisfaction with the exceptional experience we had working with Golden West. No one chooses to have a significant (and costly) sewer line issue, but unfortunately that's how it goes and thankfully Golden West was there to help us resolve at every step of the way. From their rapid response to getting the team on site within an hour when water started coming up through the basement drains and other unpleasant places, to their work helping to pull/re-install the furnace and water-heater all in one day so the mitigation and cleaning teams could work quickly, (all to ensure we didn't have to spend a night without running water or heat), to the professionalism of their entire office and crews when they spent 2 full-days onsite jack-hammering out and replacing that old cast-iron sewer line both inside and out, they were simply the best.

Additional appreciation for Josh who was in constant contact with us throughout the process, always communicating what our options were and what to expect, as well as making sure we experienced the least amount of disturbance as possible. Lou who provided some sage advice from the beginning, Manny for his same-day work on the furnace and water-heater, and finally Mike, who helped us understand costs and provided us options and breakdowns at every step. There were another half-dozen+ individuals who also deserve our thanks as well, treating our house with the care and concern as if it was their own, (they know who they are - the front-landscaping looks better now after they dug it up and replaced it then before!).

High praise for Golden West, the work they performed and the manner with which it was delivered was second to none, although I hope we don't have to meet again, if (and when) we do, I'm confident that it will be the only call I'll need to make to resolve.

Josh was incredible. He was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with our Delta faucet. Luckily, it was an issue with the battery (it’s a touch sensitive faucet), but he explained other resources Golden West offers that we may utilize in the future. He was extremely personable and an absolute joy to work with. Thank you again for the incredible service.

2 no call no shows by the technicians. Apparently my light switch was two switches next to each other and only one was changed so they are mismatched now and a bad aesthetic. Replacement switch also broke within hours(tech did test several times before leaving).

Golden West came back out and matched the switches when replacing the broken replacement one. Needed them out again as the original issue reoccured but it's due to xcels lines running into the meter. Scheduling was much smoother and concise and the problem was identified within 15 mins. Golden west xcel to schedule their tech since it's the city lines to the house that's the problem.

I had Golden West install 4 light fixtures last week. Anthony was prompt, courteous, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up really well once he was finished. I appreciated his and Mario’s willingness to work with me - very happy with the service!

These guys are very professional. Riley and Edgar arrived in a timely manner from when they said they were on their way. And while it was a little later than hoped, it's only because they got hung up giving another customer great service before me. Even with a late work day they showed up eager to help me out and answer any questions I had. I'll be referring this company to my friends' business in the hope that they have reliable electricians on call for whatever they need.

I had a great experience with Golden West Plumbing & HVAC. Their technician, Riley, did an excellent job installing a new bathroom fan and a whole-house surge protector at my main electrical panel. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while clearly explaining what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service. The main reason I called was because I needed an electrician today. I am so happy Hector came out to help with our electrical issue. He was probably the most courteous person we have ever had come to our home for any service. He was very efficient and resolved the problem immediately. We had been battling with bad electrical circuits in our home for years and just getting by with bandaid by unplugging certain items to get others to work. Hector came in and assessed the situation and gave us our options. He advised us on his plan and we accepted without hesitation and Hector got to work. Very professional young man. Golden West is a no nonsense company that backs up their name with quality service. Super happy I called. Finally when he was finished Hector did a final walk through to explain it all. Fantastic. Horrible experience.

I called them out for a small job. On the phone I was told $89 trip, I asked if there were any other fees to be aware of.

When the electrician got here, he told me the minimum service fee is $425.

The technician also created a mess and didn’t bring a ladder tall enough for the job so it took three hours to complete.

Would have been 10
Minutes if they were competent.

Edit: yes, I paid the $230 the owner mentioned, because I told the technician there’s no way I’d pay the $425 minimum.

This was to change batteries in one smoke detector that was 20ft high.

Clearly the technicians are trained to quote lubricious minimum fees.

Thankfully I’ve found a better alternative already. I prefer to work with upfront, honest folks.

Had a great experience with Golden West and their tech Carlos G! Such a refreshing feeling to have a business be prompt, professional, and friendly. Carlos himself was one of the best techs I've had work on anything in my house! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Really appreciated his work.

Golden West has always come through for me. It is always comforting when you find a place you feel you can trust that they are doing the best for you. They always give me multiple options and explain in detail what the differences are and allow me to choose without any pressure. Carlos has got to be one of the best Service technicians! I feel he truly cares about his customers and that I am in good hands when he comes to service my furnace or my cooler.

These guys know what they're doing and have figured things out that other plumbers and electricans couldn't.

I found Golden West Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning through Facebook Marketplace when I was looking into upgrading my home’s power panel. Based on my research and talking with neighbors who had similar work done, I had a ballpark idea of what it might cost. Golden West’s estimate was right in line with my budget, so I decided to move forward.

The technician, Anthony Linares, was awesome. He was polite, professional, and very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns, respected my budget, and even worked with me to make the project affordable. Anthony went above and beyond, he worked hard, didn’t cut corners, and kept everything professional the whole way through.

Everyone at Golden West is great, including the office staff. Josh who was the lead Tech is processional and knowledgeable, the same applies for Riley their electrician. These guys go above and beyond to repair and diagnose any problems. They are my go to company for any plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services. Try them, you won’t be disappointed, they are the BEST IN TOWN!
