Carlos was wonderful. Scheduling was easy and I was surprised they could get someone out to my house on a cold weekend when I knew they were busy. Not only did he diagnose the problem promptly but we had a solution within an hour and restored heat by dinner time. He treated our home like his now. He was on task, tidy and friendly. Very professional and trustworthy. We won’t use anyone else!

My first impression of this company was excellent thanks to the representative on the phone. She answered on a Saturday, was very polite, professional, and friendly, and communicated everything clearly. She kept her promises, followed up by phone and text, and arranged a same-day emergency appointment without any extra charges — which I really appreciated.

Chris, the technician, was also fantastic. He arrived on time (even earlier than expected), explained everything about my furnace in a way I could easily understand, and patiently answered all of my questions. He fixed the issue and walked me through different options without any pressure. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the company — both on the phone and in person. A great first impression!

Jason was fantastic. He took the time to carefully diagnose what was, at first glance, a simple fix on our boiler. After investigating thoroughly, he uncovered a mistake made during installation and got it fixed the next day. He showed that he really cared and was very professional. Great experience.

This guy wasted 5 of my days, he told me he was going to come on monday, then rescheduled, for Wednesday. Then on Wednesday this guy tells me he cannot recharge my system. Great.. Would not advise using this business for any hvac needs.

I called Hector to come and install a mini split for me on a Tuesday and he came the same day to check out the job details. He came back next day (Wednesday) and he got the job done. Everything was done very professional and at a good price.
He had a lot of experience on his field so I will recommend him to anyone around the Denver area!

Hector did a fantastic job installing a mini split in my detached garage. I called around to about 10 different HVAC contractors and Hector was the cheapest and easiest to deal with. He came in at 80% less than some of the estimates. He showed up the next day and knocked it out quickly. Asked for my input regarding line routing and component positioning, it was clear that he wanted me to be happy with the results, and I am!

Very professional, answered all my questions with both preventative maintenance and possible future repairs- did not try and up sell me and was not pushy about maintenance needed. Was able to get my AC and furnace serviced in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Eric at True Flow Heating and Air again!
