Best Experience I have had with an HVAC contractor! Normally they show up late, ask for too much money, and take FOREVER to fix anything. Eric showed up when he said he would. He was quick to fix my air conditioning unit and the best part was it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!

Started looking for a new A/C and furnace as the old ones were outdated. Got several quotes elsewhere, and True Flow significantly beat the other companies in price. They did the job in one day. I found them through CO LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce business directory which I appreciate. Give them a go if you're looking for an HVAC upgrade or AC/ Heat Pump.

Amazing customer service. My heat had not been turning on consistently in my home for the past month. I made a call to True Flow Heating and Air and within two hours he was at my home. He not only fixed my thermostat and furnace, but he also walked me thru maintenance steps and what to do look for next time. My family is absolutely thrilled with the outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had problems with our furnace. Another company visited three times, claimed we needed expensive parts and lots of work, and wanted to schedule a 4th visit. Instead we called True Flow. They visited once, diagnosed and fixed the problem without needing new parts, tuned it up, and got the furnace working great! Definitely recommended! We've since called them in for regular maintenance and it runs like a champ!

True Flow Heating and Air reliable company. They installed the AC for me, and they were polite and dependable throughout the process.

So disappointed, my mom tried to hire them and they seemed so nice over the phone! They even swindled an up sale no biggie we would of paid. But when the guy arrived he was not too happy about it being in a crawlspace. He told my mom it was impossible to get to the furnace and he would have to take down pipes and it would be so expensive. We we called another company who was way way way cheaper and they had no issues at all getting to it. So anyone going with this company get a second opinion it will be better and cheaper and not have a creep who lies to elderly people as he is too lazy!!!

True Flow did an amazing job on my cooling system! Not only did Eric stay late to insure the job was done, he even stuck around to make sure everything was completely clean. They even went out of their way to install a gang plate for me when they were installing my vents. True Flow also beat the two other quotes we had.

I highly recommend using True Flow Heating and Air if you’re having issues with your HVAC system. Honest pricing, attentive, and have excellent communication. It’s true what they say about how it’s hard to find good help these days. But the service I’ve received from True Flow has given me faith that there’s people out there that are proud of their work, and it shows. Eric has been very fair and honest on pricing and I’ve never felt like I was getting the run around or getting charged unnecessarily. Frankly, we need more contractors like this around town! I’ve used them on two jobs now, one with my A/C and one with my furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you True Flow!!

I Called for no heat at my rental and was met within 2 hours. Fixed super fast and with a great price. Going to use true flow next week for a service call at my house. Eric was very nice and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing as I stood there.
