True Flow Heating and Air totally saved my bacon. Our 70 odd year old furnace died days before a polar vortex moved in on us. They were able to get a new furnace installed before the storm arrived, which has worked so much better than our old furnace. It was a difficult install, as it was in our attic, and the old furnace was too big to remove, but they managed it. I haven’t been up in the attic myself to check it out, but it’s working beautifully, and I’m not freezing in this current cold snap we’re having. I think the price was more than fair for the work done. Given the difficult install, and doing everything as fast as they did, (one day install), I felt like the $6500 it cost me was more than reasonable. (My house is old and under 800 sq ft, so I don’t know if that’s relevant to anyone reading this review, but I think the cost of the furnace made up the bulk of the cost for us, but the cost couldn’t be broken down line by line.) I have a feeling it would have been a lot more expensive if I’d gone with another company that frequently advertises on tv. Eric and the guys and True Flow Heating and Air didn’t judge my messy house, or me being a mess the day of install. They just did the work, and were polite and pleasant. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for an HVAC specialist. I’ve already sent my brother their information as a “just in case”, sort of thing, and I plan to give their info to my mother in law as well. Great experience all around. Eric even texted me a few days after the fact to make sure everything was good with the furnace, and that I was warm enough. I felt like I had to leave a review after such a good experience. No one ever wants to deal with a furnace dying, let alone before a polar vortex moves in, but these fine gentelmen made it a tolerable experience, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I don’t know anything about HVAC stuff, but if I need to have work done or just maintenance on our furnace in the future, I’ll obviously be calling True Flow Heating and Air. 10/10 would totally recommend. Five stars.

True Flow was highly recommended to me from a good friend of mine and (Eric) was by far the most friendly, honest and professional. This company was reasonably priced as well and explained in detail the problems i was having with my furnace more than any of the other companies I had contacted. They stand by their work and are extremely knowledgable. I would def recommend for any of of your heating/air needs! Thanks again True Flow!

True Flow was great to work with. I was having issues with my furnace and got multiple opinions from different companies but am very happy to have chosen True Flow. They were friendly, pricing was transparent and fair, and they were very clean and efficient. I recommend using them for future HVAC needs.

Thought I could trust Eric but 100% not. He tried to scare me into purchasing a new unit by telling me the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into the unit. Said it was extremely dangerous and could kill my tenants there. He even went as far as pretending he had a headache from it. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and was told this was 100% false and only a ruse to get me to overpay for a new unit. To top it all off, the repair he did do he did wrong (taped wires together with electrical tape, like what??) I am super thankful that the tech at the other company I called was honest. Turns out it was actually an extremely minor and cheap issue to fix.

True Flow was just what I needed. Eric diagnosed my a/c problem quickly, fixed it on the spot, and charged a fair, flat fee. My a/c is flowing again! Will definitely use them again.

Eric installed a split unit for us in a converted attic turned master suite which was not the easiest job. We were on the fence about installing one initially but his fair pricing and customer service swayed us and we can’t believe we ever hesitated. He was able to fit us in within a week of getting the quote finalized and we are so grateful. We went from rarely going upstairs during the day because it was so miserably hot to being able to fully utilize our upstairs in comfort! He was prompt, easy to communicate with and super thorough in explaining what needed to be done and how he would do it. We got quotes from multiple companies and Eric was by far the best choice in price AND quality. We couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend him.

Eric installed a mini split for me roughly 5 years ago and just had him install another dual head unit. My house just isn't set up well for central AC and it would have run inefficiently with crazy high power bills. Same can't be said for the mini splits, those things barely use any power and cool things down fast. Visually, I barely notice the things anymore as they blend into the wall pretty well. Would recommend it to anyone considering a mini split.

The owner Eric was amazing. He was completely thorough and found my issue right away. Very reasonably priced. (Coming from a single mom) He stayed way later and longer than originally planned but got my running. Will definitely use again. 100% recommendation

The price for installation was in line with what other small vendors were charging, and a lot cheaper than the larger HVAC companies. The installation was completed within a day, and all the installers were very respectful. Financing was also available.
