I'm very pleased with this company. The guys are great. They do a good job.

Took advantage of my grandpa, he paid upfront for services and materials, and they never completed job and walked away with paid for materials. He found they were not really licensed and had pulled no permits for the job.

My furance went out Ronnie was very great and honest I would definitely recommend him

Ronnie was great! Showed up on time, gave us options on what needed to be done and cleaned up when he was finished.

Over for months, they've have been paid for services that they haven't perform. They aren't receiving calls and nobody is in the office ever. If i could give no stars I would.

Was referred to Ronnie for an AC install. Put down a $2400 deposit never to hear from him again!! This is NOT a reputable company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! He’ll steal your money, just like he did to me.

Daniel and Adam came out to install our new furnace and I’m incredibly happy with the job they did. They were very professional and got the work done quickly and efficiently!

My repair guy Ronnie was very knowledgeable, friendly he did more than what I expected. Ronnie is a great asset to your company. A keeper give him a big raise!

Update: After posting my negative review, Ronnie called personally to apologize and fix the problem. I'm very pleased to say he has kept his word and completed the work necessary for our furnace to run smoothly. Thank you, Ronnie and Armando!

My furnace went out during this past week and I shopped around to find an affordable but reliable company.
Jurassic air was upfront dependable affordable prompt on time.
They are professional and know exactly what they are doing. Very happy with the service!

Buyer beware!
The company called me to schedule a maintenance check. They have canceled on me or no showed on me 5 times! The 3 times they canceled on me, they told me that I would be at the top of the list for them to come out. The other 2 times, they didn't even bother to call me or show up! I would not recommend this company since they obviously do not care about their clients! I do not think they would appreciate it if this was done to them. Do not hire this company unless you want to be stood up by them!

Joke of a company. Ronnie has now no call - no showed on me FOUR TIMES! The worst part is I have called him personally and he takes zero responsibility. Do not sign up for any sort of extended service, it’s just a complete clown show. The first time they were at my condo the unit below me flooded. Poor business ethics and poor communication. Only giving one start because I can’t give negative stars. This has been this biggest nightmare of my life.

We had the absolute worst experience with Ronnie and his team and I would caution you to let him, or anyone from this company, near your house. Nothing was finished up to code, they used an un-licensed electrician, and stained our back patio while moving our AC unit, just to name a few of the highlights. The city inspector, whom we had to call ourselves, gave us two pages of issues he found. We’ve had to have numerous other companies out to attempt to resolve the mess Ronnie’s employees created and we will never allow Accuracy Heating and Cooling, or as they are now known - Jurassic Air, back on our property.

The only person worth anything is their scheduling/admin team and Ronnie doesn’t deserve them.

Ronnie and Andrew came out to inspect our furnace. They were courteous and respectful and did a good job cleaning our furnace. Scheduled an air duct cleaning, too!

Ronnie shut down his company after scamming me out of $1000, a widow on a fixed income. I've used them several times, until this! No phone, text, etc. I hope Karma is swift!

Ronnie responded quickly when our furnace went out, it was a decades old unit in a very cramped location where new units could not fit. I wasn't sure if it would even be doable, but they were able install a new unit in another location in the house.

Daniel and Adam were awesome installers, they were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. They even installed custom ducts to make the new location work.

I won't hesitate to reach back out for any future hvac work.

Coming back to update this review, they honored fixing a small issue with some piping from the install. It’s nice to have a company stand by their work!

Jurassic Air is a trustworthy company with a respectful owner and staff. I was impressed with the service check Ronnie and his server technician Andrew performed on my furnace and water heater, and I highly recommend their services.

Jesus came to install valves in tankless Hot water system. Very polite right from arrival. Was honest about his knowledge for this task. Took him longer than expected but he kept good communication with us as he worked hard and did not leave until the job was done correctly and completely. Very respectful of us as well as our home while he was here. Thank you!

I have had Jurassic air come out to my house a few times. Once to clean the furnace, next to repair the furnace igniter, and then to move the hot water heater to a new location. Each time Ronnie was professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them.
