My apartment building has been out of AC for 3 weeks now contracting Marxaire. There have been no updates or fixes while we have 98 degree heat.
EDIT: it took 2 months to fix.

L-O-V-E these guys!!! Brett has been amazing to work with. We started working with them a few years ago to fix the unfixable. Knowing our budget they were able to bandaid it and limp us through a summer.
The following summer they came back and installed a new bigger unit for our space. Great communication, fun to work with and joke with, and got the job done! Can't recommend enough!!!

STOP and LISTEN: Marx Aire is absolutely top notch. Having worked with them for several years for my home HVAC work and also as a HVAC contractor for the facilities at my work I can confidently say there is no one better in Colorado. They are extremely responsive to my call or requests for service, up front and honest about what is wrong and the solutions, and more than reasonable for the cost. Mark, Brett, James, and Scott have especially been involved in helping me figure out issues with my home AC and going out of their way to be in contact about the process. I am always impressed with how they manage to keep up with the monstrous workload their company faces in the summer and getting service out in a quick fashion. Every tech that has been to my house or workplace has been professional, takes the time to answer all my questions, and educate me on what I can do as a homeowner/facilities manager to keep my AC/Heat running at optimal levels. I truly can't say enough good things about them.

While driving this morning, an employee in a company truck - license plate ending with “441”, attempted to block me from a legal zipper merge. When I made my way into the space, I saw him yelling, making obscene gestures and he was laying on his horn repeatedly.

For a company who serves the Denver community, I was appalled at the way their employees are allowed to act toward those who live in the community. Needless to say, I’ll be avoiding this company moving forward, as I could never imagine meeting this worker in person, let alone letting them into my house with this unchecked rage.

The Marxaire team is the best! From the office to the field technicians! Techs are great at explaining what's going on without "mansplaining" it. The office crew is super helpful in answering questions, keeping me updated, and assisting with scheduling techs.
They replaced the 40 year old AC unit. It took a little creativity and retro fitting to get a new unit installed and perfect for our bakery kitchen! But they made it all work and now my staff have been nice and chill all summer!

Customer service is excellent. They have serviced my swamp cooler and heater for many years. Brett, Scott and Josh are personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend MarxAire to anyone.

This company was hands down one of the best when it comes to quality customer service and efficiency. I contacted Marxaire after dealing with a different company who told me I would need to completely replace my hvac system. Not only did they send someone out asap, they sent a tech (William) who was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He fixed my system same day! I’m so happy I went with this company and would highly recommend them for sure!

Mal servicio desde que nos pusieron la calefacción tenía muchas fallas se le habla y no contesta manda msj asegurando va a venir y asta ahora no a venido ya van tres veces que asegura viene y queda mal y mi esposo le mando msj el miercoles 12 de junio y asta ahorita ni a contestado y presume que anda con el gobernador de colorado como si eso fuera algo que a uno le va intimidar o no se que piénsenlo bien. en hacer un trato con ellos

Realmente una mala experiencia, les hable para que arreglaran mi AC porque no estaba enfriando el aire, salia pero a temperatura ambiente, llegaron revisaron Gerardo desidio que cambiaria el ventilador de circulación lo cual no sirvió de nada ya que el problema seguía siendo exactamente igual, igual me cobro el ventilador nuevo, a los dos días regreso reviso nuevamente la unidad se descubrió que el compresor no tenia gas y estaba quemado razon por la cual no enfriaba el aire, se removió se instalo otro compresor se cargo gas y funcionó perfecto por 4 días, a los 4 dias volvió exactamente la misma falla fueron nuevamente a revisar dijeron que era el mismo problema del compresor qué otro día volvían a arreglar el problema, eso paso en abril de 2024 asta la fecha no volvió nadie a solucionar el problema y no tienen la amabilidad de responder un mensaje ni una llamada Gerardo oh Gerry dejo de responder mis llamadas al igual la secretaria,
