really bad experience with this business secretary i was parked in front of the salon waiting for my brother and she came out and started to go around my car and she kept staring at me for a while like i did something after that she took a picture of my car , I really dont know what was her problem , I got to talk to the owner but he brushed me off .

I dropped off 2 vacuums to be repaired they sat there for a month with no communication and no diagnostic. I called multiple times and was always promised a call back but no communication. Very unprofessional and rude every time I tried to talk to them. Will be taking my business somewhere else.

Staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Has yet to dissapoint with their Services and Technician support. Usually able to get troubleshoot service-tech onsite within a day or two.

Tom was very friendly, polite and VERY professional. HE was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and explained to me what was taking place as he worked. We would definitely want him to come back to take care of our Duct work in the future.

This company came to clean my air ducts and advised if I needed them to return within 3 months for any reason that they would do so at no cost. Upon me making this request, I was told I needed to pay again! DO NOT go through this company! Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they do not deliver on their promises! Use a larger, much more reliable service!

They say they will clean all the ducts for about $195 and then all of a sudden when they came out a lot of stuff wasn't included. It feels like a total bait and switch.

Very impressed….nice service and the entire team made me feel at ease so I’m rolling with these guys again next time I get around to cleaning my vents
