I called to have a technician check our thermostat on Thursday and was told someone would be at my house Friday morning and that I would get a call at 9 am to give me the time. No call. Called them at 10, put on "brief hold" - which was over 10 minutes. Called back, still waiting to hear from technician and was told I would hear from someone soon. Called back at 1pm, was told that I did NOT have an appointment as no tech had accepted the request but she would put the request through again. Received an email right after this call saying "Your appt has been scheduled, someone will call you shortly" but no one ever did. Called back at 5 pm, no tech ever accepted request, no appt was scheduled and she had no idea why I received that email. At that point, I cancelled my request and subscription (you have to subscribe to get appt) and will be going with a different company.

Called to have some work done on an attic fan, got an appointment two weeks out from the original call. The day arrives, no one has arrived and no one has contacted me. After time in which a technician was supposed to arrive I reached out to the main office. They proceed to tell me the original technician got into an accident and all other technicians were busy, so it's going to be another three weeks until they can fulfill my appointment. This is not the first time I've been told a technician has had an accident which caused them to miss my service appointment. No call, no show is not professional and customers would rather companies be honest with them. At least have the decency to call--I had to take off work for this appointment which was all for nothing. I do not recommend this company.

We had a great experience with this business when our heating went out during a freeze. The technician was courteous in our home and gracious with his time when he was there after hours, he made sure to explain everything and he even wrote some extra things down for me. He made our heat start working again and made some recommendations of what we could do to get the most out of our unit. It was very impressive and would recommend!!
