I really don’t like writing reviews, but i feel like i have to with this company, everything was so easy and nice, the booking was really easy and smooth going, and once the day of the air duct cleaning appointment came, the tech got here on time, he called me when he was like 30 minutes away to know when he would get here, and once he was here, he started doing his job and got done in a fair amount of time, i was really happy with how the ambient, and the air around the house changed, since everything was really clean, it feels completely different, great company.

Had my dryer vent serviced the same day, the tech arrived on time and did a great job! Will definitely be using them again!

Tony and Josh were very professional and diligent in getting our air ducts clean. They took great care to not break any of our mom’s breakables.

Their service literally consists of sticking a shop vac hose down the vent. I could have done that for FREE! Not to mention they did not do all of the vents even though I paid for unlimited supply vents. Save yourself a lot of money and just buy a shop vac and do it yourself.

I would not recommend this company. The staff that completed my air duct cleaning were friendly, but they failed to properly put back the vents on let alone do it correctly .One of the vents in my upstairs bathroom was closed so no heat is coming out. They left a mess too.

The vents were cleaned and I am happy with the work. The gentleman was very courteous and completed the job quickly and explained what he was doing the whole time. Will use again! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a large truck mounted hose then this ain’t the company for you but I prefer it that way. Last time a company came out with a gigantic hose I’m pretty sure it did some damage to my flex ductwork. These dudes use a special portable vacuum and whip to clean out the registers and vents individually. I couldn’t be happier with the service….check em out

Unethical business practices - sold me on a “ special” for $265 - the morning of the cleaning they called and told me I “ misunderstood” the pricing and that it should be $399 - THEN the guy shows up - enters with boots - not even offering to take off or wear booties - He looks around and goes: oh well you have more vents than our “ special “ so it will be close to $800 - his equipment and appearance and attitude was unprofessional and he argued with me as if this was my misunderstanding - then he goes- well if you want to cancel that’s fine... ( knowing I would not be able to get someone else in - which is what I think he counted on) I requested he take off his dirty shoes and call his office to discuss - he then ran to his car and took off - 5 min later his “ manager” called me and CONTINUED to argue with me and was extremely un apologetic. Unbelievable ! Do NOT do business with these people if you want to keep your sanity! I called Monstervac and they said this is not the first time they have heard this either - I feel embarrassed that I even fell for this - Just want to make sure no one else does.

Awful. First the guy shows up with no mask.
Pulls out a shop vac and a 4 ft brush that's it.
When he turned the vac on the whole house smelled of urine. Which tells me he never changes the filter on his vac.
He was done in less than 30 min. I had to ask him to go back to clean the return which was the whole point.
I'm surprised this place is in business.
I should open up a duct cleaning business and take all theirs.

Yaron was perfectly professional, personable, patient with explanations, going above and beyond to make sure that everything on the deep cleaning of all of the vents was done beautifully. I am beyond pleased with his work, work ethic, and the result of his magic is a wonderfully cleansed and refreshed home! Yaron is excellent plus!

We got a basic cleaning with sanitizing since we have dogs in the home. A little pricey but they did such a great job so I can’t complain. I think a basic cleaning going forward is the way to go as long as our dogs don’t do any funny business around the floor vents lol

First time homeowner so I needed an education when it came to terms like air handler, heat pump; evaporator coils, blower, supply vents, returns, etc. I learned a lot by asking questions and doing some research of my own but Safe house assisted in making the process that much easier. I will definitely be using them again and would gladly recommend going with them

If you expect companies with a lowball price to come into your house to clean out everything then you will be in for a rude awakening. I was told by one company they will clean my vents for less than $80 but it turned out to be sham….it only included a limited number of supply vents (Not including the returns). Be careful when choosing any service provider and always double check that all your bases are covered.
