We called on Roots for our A/C spring tune up inspection. This is the second time we have used this company and it won’t be the last.

They are very thorough and professional arriving on time, calling first that day with an accurate ETA. After completion of the work, the technician explained all the work he performed in complete detail. Everyone from the office to the field was courteous and respectful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of company who has come to our house for a project or repair. Impressive!

Roots is excellent! I needed a furnace replacement and they were punctual, professional and overall fantastic to work with. Shayne, Sean and Robert were all kind and respectful of my home, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my options and ultimate decision. Would highly recommend. This is a small company that cares a lot about doing a great job, and your satisfaction and experience.

I was able to get my son's furnace repaired and the return drop problem solved the same day I called. Mario Sr and son, Mario Jr, were wonderful! They covered their shoes before entering the townhouse and went right to work. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for repair. They replaced the gas valve, repaired the return drop, and checked the system to make certain it was operating properly. They were efficient and very pleasant. They explained everything they did and provided me with photos of the completed work. I will be recommending Roots Heating & Air to all my friends and using them exclusively for my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks so much Shayne, Kelly, Mario Sr & Jr!!

When my AC stopped blowing cold air, I needed a recharge. Shane got everything up and running and perfect within an hour. I shopped around quite a bit before selecting Root. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! They removed my old furnace and installed a new furnace and heat pump system in one day. I couldn't believe how quickly and cleanly they worked, and they did it for a very reasonable price. Honestly I'm not sure why you're still reading this and not hiring them this very instant.

Roots came in after an extremely messy situation with another HVAC company and from start to finish everyone there was amazing. Sean, "the two Marios" & Jacob were all extremely pleasant to work with and did a complete furnace, A/C in a day and it looks and works great.

There's a lot of HVAC companies so researching the right one can be difficult, stop your search and call them already ;-).

Genuinely great experience. We have been having HVAC issues for months and had another company we have used for a while come out multiple times. They replaced parts, which did not fix the issue and kept pushing to just do an entire re-duct and replace both of our furnaces/AC with a new heat-pump system. We decided to use Roots to get a second opinion about our issues and for the first time, I did not just feel like a wallet to the company I was working with. Shayne gave honest view of the situation and I never felt like he was just going after my wallet. Sure we might have to end up replacing one of the furnaces, but the reasons for it were very well explained and felt justifiable. Kelly the owner was very responsive and helped get us an appointment ASAP. Overall Roots feels like an honest and good HVAC company. Waiting for a quote from them at the moment, but I have no hesitations recommending Roots to other people. Thank you Shayne, Kelly and Roots Heating & Air!

Update: The price Roots provided me was very fair and more in line with my expectations for my work. They completed the work in a timely manner and followed up with me after the work was completed. The gentlemen that did the work were profession and efficient. I will continue to use them for future work.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. Called in the morning with furnace issues and the tech came through the same day. Diagnosed the problem, fixed the main issue and hung around to make sure everything was working as it should. Definitely will call them for future hvac service. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Roots Heating and Air.

From the moment we found out about them, throughout the entire system selection process, through the system installation, and even afterwards - everything was the best experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with an HVAC vendor.

Our house has needed a new furnace an AC unit for the last couple of years. Due to a variety of factors, we simply didn’t get around to it until this year. While Roots is a relatively new company, Kelly and Sean are veterans in the industry with over a decade of experience between them. They will walk you through all of your options in detail, and talk through the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Before selecting Roots, we looked at a couple of other vendors, but you will be hard pressed to find a better value anywhere in the Denver metro area.

Roots installed a whole house steam humidifier for me inclusive of reworking drainage, electric, etc. The entire process was quick, quiet, and simple (at least for me). It was also a really good price. I will definitely work with Roots again

I used Roots for my fall service this year.Their technician, Shayne, was knowledgeable and friendly. For example, he explained the proper MERV rating for a furnace filter for residential use. No other technician has ever mentioned this. I’d use Roots again based on this experience, and sleep well with the heat on.

This company is great! Shayne came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC, walked me through the issue and answered all my dumb questions, and then fixed it on site for a totally reasonable price.
