Adam was on time and very knowledgeable about boilers like ours. The fact of the eventuality of replacing the old boiler was very clear. We discussed various options for the future. He assured us the current system is safe and operational.

I have used Mountain Breeze for years. They had fixed issues on my original unit that was in the home when I bought it (piece of junk) and when it came time to replace that, I had them do that work as well. They must've done a very good job since there have been zero issues in the 5+ years since that install. They're fast and trustworthy and it's a bonus that one of their lead technicians, Tracy, lives up north which is closer to me so that when I had issues with my previous unit, he would be very fast to respond and help me out.

I have used Mountain Breeze several times in my home. Each experience was easy and smooth. They are quick to respond, fair pricing, do great work and are genuinely kind guys. I recommend them all the time!

Mountain breeze heating and air is an awesome company. My furnace wasn’t working properly; I called them up and they were there the same day. My furnace wasn’t repairable, it was over 20 years old, so they put a new one in, and I wanted AC too. All this was done in 5 to 6 hours there was a lot to be done, clean and efficient, I have nothing bad to say about them. If I had to do it again, I would hesitate to call them again.

I've been using MBH&A for going on 10 years now. They have installed two furnaces in my rental's and service them annually. I never worry about them being dishonest or doing poor work.
It's nice to have an honest company to work with especially for rental units when I live out of town. I highly recommend these folks.

Fantastic communication and quality work from a great family business. You can pass over all those other big overpriced companies selling “memberships” and making you think you got a deal. This is fair priced work done right and on time! Give them a call, they handled a full condo ac/heat and water heater replacement and I’m so glad I made the investment. It’s so much better now!

Mountain Breeze Heating and Air installed our furnace and AC unit in 2018. Their crew did a great job fitting the new furnace into an our space and connecting everything. Twice a year since then we have had a technician come out and do a maintenance check on the furnace or the AC. Their technicians are thorough and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

I seem to be in the minority, but I wanted to share because I had an awful experience working with this company. I found them because they advertise that they clean mini splits. They sent out a technician who I overheard saying he had not worked on mini splits before. He spent a quarter of the time cleaning the units compared to the last cleaning. They then tried to charge me four times what the previous company had charged. I learned a few days later that they had damaged one of the units so I called to ask them to repair it. They charged me to fix what they had broken, but didn't fix it fully, because it fell off again later that day... I then had to call three more times before I could get an answer to my question about whether this piece that had broken off was important. In the end, I don't think they broken anything critical, but they still did, and didn't fix it. None of working with this company sat right with me.

I have used Mountain Breeze for my rental properties for over 7 years now. James and the entire team including the office staff are incredible. They are priced fairly, show up when they say they will and are top notch in communicating. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We woke up very early on Thanksgiving to our furnace making a strange sound and not moving air through the system. We called Mountain Breeze at 7am and James was at our house by 7:50. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, and tracked down the replacement part we needed. He also talked to us about our specific furnace and how to maintain it as well as common issues to keep an eye out for. He went to pick up the part, came back, and had the install wrapped up by 10:15am. Pricing was fair, especially considering it was a holiday. We absolutely recommend Mountain Breeze!

I found this organization to be very professional and polite, and they took time to explain everything to me. You are selecting an organization you want to have a long-term relationship with, and they need to be great at many things, and they are!
I got a dual fuel heat pump system. This is a new furnace and a A/C at the same time. My system is an electric system, with gas back up when it is very cold. Electric is the way of the future, gas is no longer the way to go, electricity is better for the environment than gas and will also save me money.
The four bids I collected were all in the general range of each other. I based my decision on: customer service, could they install it fairly quick, could they help address a cold area in my home and modify the filter returns for replacing the filters, were the annual service fees reasonable for servicing, did the workmen have licensing and real fulltime experience for several years, were they willing to come to my home for a review or did they want a review conducted by "me" filming my attic and home over my phone, did they answer a questionnaire I created to find out more about them. They are exceptionally good at what they do. Further the work men, five or six men who came to my home are happy, they like their jobs and were all easy to work around. I feel if I call them in a panic with no heat they will come rescue me as soon as they can. This system should last 10 to 15 years. It has warranties. I would recommend them. I believe they will stand behind their products and workmanship.

After obtaining 4 estimates for a new heat pump heating and cooling system for our home we choose Mountain Breeze Heating and Air. They gave us the best cost/system for our needs. Jim the owner and Coby and his team were awesome and did a fantastic job. All work was completed the same day as promised and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Mountain Breeze!

We recently had TJ, DJ, and Vincent out to install a new furnace and AC in our home. It was quite a project but they did an amazing job, working above and beyond to make sure every bit of both systems was perfect. All 3 were very friendly and professional and took time afterwards to show/explain exactly what they had done both inside with the furnace and outside with the AC. They gave recommendations on maintenance for both units. I HIGHLY recommend Mountain Breeze for any HVAC projects!!! 😊

Called Mountain Breeze at about six a.m. on 11/26/25. They actually picked up the phone. I believe I spoke to Debbie. She was great. They were at my house in Evergreen by nine a.m. same day and fixed the problem. Rafael was also great. Courteous and knew what he was doing. I have used this company twice now and would not call anyone else.

I'm usually a tough critic with high expectations, especially when it comes to service work I don't fully understand. Too many companies prioritize profit over their customers. Mountain Breeze was a refreshing exception. The owner clearly knows his business, and his technician, Rafael, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.
