I am thrilled that they found time to repair my furnace the day before Thanksgiving! It was getting really cold in my house, and the last HVAC company I had used couldn't some for FIVE DAYS! Mario was really friendly and he found and repaired the wiring problem in under an hour. I'm incredibly happy with their service!!

A leaking humidifier attachment on my Lennox furnace had damaged the wiring in the PEK module (see photo). It was installed to support my Ecobee thermostat but, since I don't have AC, it was unnecessary and Mario was able to bypass it.

I’m currently in the process of selling my home and wanted to get ahead of any major HVAC issues, so I had a company come out to inspect the heating and cooling systems. After receiving their recommendations, I felt it was a good idea to get a second opinion. On a Friday evening, I started researching reputable HVAC teams and came across glowing reviews for Roots Heating & Air.

To my surprise, within minutes of submitting an inquiry - at 8:00pm no less - Kelly reached out to learn more about my system, its history, and the initial recommendations I’d received. That same night, we scheduled a visit for the following Wednesday.

The Roots team was fantastic. They walked me through their observations, shared photos, and clearly explained their recommendations. They helped me understand which items were more urgent for keeping the system in good shape and which could be monitored as deferred maintenance. I received a detailed report and quote later that same day.

Not only was their pricing more competitive than the first company, but the entire experience was refreshingly service-oriented. I chose to move forward with Roots for the minor repairs, and they were able to complete the work within a week of my initial outreach.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their responsiveness, clarity, and commitment to getting things done quickly - especially ahead of my closing date - truly exceeded expectations.

These guys did a great job replacing my 23 year old furnace with a new unit. Everything was super quick, the estimate, the scheduling, the install itself, solid work across the board. They also made a point to share detailed info on my replacement unit options, the financing available, and the operation/maintenance of the unit going forward.

Outstanding company!!! After researching heating and cooling systems, I decided that American Standard offered the best option for our situation. Roots Heating and Air was a recommended dealer/installer. Using their website, I scheduled an appointment thinking that I might hear from them within a week or two. Instead, even though it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, I received a text from one of the co-owners within minutes offering to help. The service and response only got better from there. Our new system was professionally installed by two very courteous individuals (thank you Mario and Jacob) who made every effort to ensure we were happy with our decision. I highly recommend this company.

We got a second opinion regarding a repair we were told needed to be done right away. Roots put my mind at ease. They said everything looked fine and we would be fine if we waited. Were very honest and said their prices would be same as previous company and of course there is a chance we would need work done soon. No pressure and felt we could trust what they said. We will be switching to them for our future needs.

We had Shayne come out to do system maintenance on our furnace. We recently moved into the house and I wasn’t totally sure how everything worked, so he walked me through the system, got our whole-home humidifier running, and showed me exactly how to change both the humidifier and furnace filters. Shayne was friendly and easy to work with, and the visit made me feel much more confident about how the system operates.

We used Roots at our old house for HVAC maintenance as well. They’re very professional and responsive, and they don't try to sell you on unnecessary work. I'm really happy to still be in their service area in our new place. Definitely recommend.

Can't say enough positive things about Sean and his team of installers at Roots. My furnace finally kicked the bucket and I was dreading getting a new one. Got a few quotes and Roots provided the best experience all the way around - from cost, thoroughness, installation, scheduling, speed, etc. The new furnace looks and works great. More than that, both Sean and the team of installers really took time to explain things to me and make sure I knew what was happening. Sean and his team at Roots Heating & Air are the best! They did an amazing job with a new AC and furnace install at our condo. They are friendly, professional and have reasonable prices. Mtn Breeze is great! Except no reminders for warranty service and if you miss one they charge for 2 instead of 1. Also trying to schedule 2 houses to be done together one after the other they made mistakes. They resolved it, but would have been nice not to have extra calls.

Our water heater went out, and Mountain Breeze fixed us up with a tankless water heater the same day. It was more affordable than we thought it would be to go tankless, and we absolutely love it! Their customer service is awesome.. and we will never go anywhere else.

Mountain Breeze replaced our old furnace with a full heat pump-AC system. From the estimate process, through installation and follow up visits, we have been very impressed with the team and their service. We have always received immediate follow up to any questions or problems.

You've these folks for 4+ jobs and theyr'e fantastic. They're fantastic. TJ and Tracy really know their stuff and they get things done on time and on budget. Lately a lot of HVAC companies have gone downhill, but not these folks. They've stepped their game up. They've helped with boiler repairs, new central AC installations, and a mini split installation. Not only did they service my furnace, but they also made some changes to make the filter easier to replace and fixed a potential issue before it became a problem. We had a great experience with Adam from Mountain Breeze. Two years ago, we hired Nytech to install a very expensive and complicated heat pump system. It never worked as promised and did not heat or cool the house adequately. Nytech was unable and unwilling to rectify the issues, so we had to look for other HVAC companies. We hired 3 different heat pump “specialists” to analyze our system, and were disappointed with all of the results. Finally, we found Mountain Breeze and have begun the process of repairing the system that never worked. In less than an hour, Adam made changes that significantly improved our system and left me scratching my head why the other companies were unable to do so. We will definitely continue to use Mountain Breeze and wish we had done so to begin with!

Had them do vent work when we added a bathroom a few years back. Service was great, so we were quick to set up furnace service when we noticed it was slow to start this Fall. James figured out the problem, let me know what was going on, and had everything running perfectly an hour later. Great people, great service!
