I have used Aaark in the past and just recently to maintain and service our heating system at our home. I have found them to be very service oriented, detailed and upfront on their fees. In our last encounter with AAARk, we were serviced by Matt and he like his associates went beyond what was required and paid for to assure we were in good shape and happy.

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

They came out to Winterize my Swamp Coole, and it was quick, easy... and he even gave me some insider advice about how to best care for the unit. And -- I didn't have to wait weeks for the appointment! It was within a few days of my phone call.

Have had them install A/C, new furnace, new hot water system, and remove old solar unit. They are very professional, arrive on time, work well, and do what they say they will, and are very helpful when something unexpected arises. Their prices are fair and I recommend them highly.

Met with Nick about a plumbing project, super nice guy very knowledgeable, they were too busy to get it done in my unreasonably tight timeframe. Hoping to get them to help out with my HVAC needs.

This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!

Chad was great! On time, friendly and got the job done quickly. Not to mention he had to brave my super scary basement! I will continue doing my yearly furnace maintenance with AAARK. I highly recommend them.

This company is great - I have had them perform extensive furnace work, and extensive plumbing work - Top notch every single time - I have no complaints of any kind - They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, timely, clean and speedy - The way contractors/service people used to be! That applies to the office staff, too. I am now planning on using them for all of my plumbing/HVAC/construction needs (and there are going to be a lot of them).

They did an amazing job at replacing my AC and have such a great staff. I would recommend them if you want professional work done.

Our first service as part of the maintenance plan involved restarting our evaporative cooler on the roof. Marshal of Aaark provided excellent and efficient service. I recommend the plan, and Marshal, without reservation.

My old hvac unit had undersized ducting and needed to replace it with something bigger. Travis mentioned I could put the unit in my attic and open up space in my basement. Brilliant idea!!! I had the unit moved to the attic and he did an excellent job! With the correct size ducts my house stays the temperature it's supposed to and works great! He did a very professional job! I would recommend this company!

Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

I have been updating my older home , and had a very good experience with aaark. From plumbing to hood vent installed all the way to new meter and elec.panel update. This is the second house and second furnace we've used Aaark to install. The technicians worked late to get the job done in one day and were courteous and professional. The estimator was thorough in adding needed components to his quote so our existing system was correct to code (which the original home builder did not do). Finally, their costs were quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend them.

AAARK has taken good care of our boiler, evaporative cooler and general plumbing needs for years. Michael recently solved a water heater problem that had stumped every other plumber. He was bright, courteous and very professional and stuck with the job over several visits to make sure it was done right.

We had our furnace go out right as temperatures were plummeting toward negative numbers on a Friday night. When I called Aaark they answered right away and within minutes connected me to Travis who arrived within the hour. Our furnace was repaired that evening. We knew we needed to replace our 20+ year furnace soon. Due to the high level of expertise and professionalism displayed by both the company and Travis we decided a few months later to have them replace our furnace. Travis and his team did a fantastic job and we are exceptionally happy!!
