These guys did the lord's work. We live in an 80 year old house, and we had a very specific issue. We don't have central air so we were relying on 40-50 year old window units to cool various rooms in the house. Our unit in the master bedroom went out just 3 weeks before our first child was due, and these guys came in and worked on our 12" x 16" window hole to fit in the new unit we bought and hoped would fit. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Oh! And they didn't charge an arm and a leg! I will definitely be using this company again.

I have used AAARK twice, first to service my AC and second to install a Aprilaire 800 Humidifier. Travis and Stu were the installers and showed up on time and did an excellent job installing and explaining the setup to me. The system needed a minor adjustment so Matt and Chad came out a few days later and made the necessary adjustments at no charge. Highly professional staff and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Over the course of many years they have done a drive way/walk replacement, house painting, gutters, hot water heater, furnace replacement, evaporative cooler, upgraded electrical service, basement escape window and more! All work was top notch, timely and their crews were friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend them for your projects!

I hired Aaark for a small bathroom remodel. They took care of the plumbing rough-in and finish for a new vanity. After getting multiple quotes and asking neighbors for recommendations, I went with Aaark and I am so happy I did. Their work was excellent, we had great communication with the office staff, and no surprises on the price. When the job was done, the amount due was just as quoted. I will definitely be a return customer.

I just had some plumbing work done and AAARK has exceeded my expectations. Jake was timely and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. This was my first experience with AARK, but I'm sure it won't be my last. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

The evening of 2/14/2021 our furnace stopped working- the coldest day of the year (-10 !). We survived the evening but called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Travis was the tech who came out. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly identified the problem (a high limit switch), put in a used part while he ran to the warehouse to get new part so our house would start to warm up, then returned and completed the repair.
I appreciate that Travis took extra time to explain that the MERV11 filters I were using were too restrictive for the furnace we have and had caused the issue with the high limit switch. He advised on the proper filter and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived. Additionally, the total cost of the repair was VERY reasonable and way less than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use AAARK again or recommend them to family and friends. I found out that Travis had given up his day off to come and work this day because of the backlog of service calls. My family and I are thankful for his sacrifice on this cold February day!

They saved the day! Our sump pump went out on a Friday evening and our basement started flooding. AAARK was the ONLY company that could come out the same night.

They connected me with Nick, who confirmed our problem via phone. Within an hour he showed up with a new pump. After looking everything over, he gave us an estimate, and got to work.

Nick was awesome. He answered all questions, got the new pump installed, and even finished slightly under the quote price.

I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have had to call them out on several emergency calls over the years (not on their work) and they ALWAYS respond quickly. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

On two different occasions I was out of the country and depended, trusted AAARK and especially Titus T to just get it handled, on all of those jobs, one was a complete remodel on a rental property, I was always treated more than fair, whether is was a $100k job or a few $100.00, their professionalism was always the same. My friends and associates that I have referred them to have had the same experience.

Today when I need home services I wouldn't call any other company!

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

We couldn’t be happier with all of our interactions with AAARK. From the initial meeting to discuss options to service or replace our old furnace, to the quote, to the install - AAARK was patient and professional. We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. I have no doubt that if we have any problem at all, AAARK will be there. They are also our go- to for all of our plumbing needs. Timely, professional, courteous- I highly recommend AAARK for any Heating/Air/ Plumbing/ Electric needs.

Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

AAARK is awesome. I have had a couple of new systems installed (hot water heater and boiler) as well as multiple service calls and all work has been done as promised, timely and the customer service has always been great. Knowledgeable techs as well, not like some other companies I could mention that only ever want to upsell you into a new system. I absolutely recommend AAARK!

AAARK is a great choice for you HVAC needs they were less expensive than their competitors. Mat and Jimmy were very professional. Jimmy the electrician ran his wire and connected everything to the box, inspected and secured the wire, he was very friendly an super helpful. I will likely request him for future AAARK electrical work.

Matt has done an amazing job with the installation of my under cabinet radiator he kept the project clean and even came out to adjust the positioning of the radiator, he did outstanding work. He also talked to us about upgrading to a more efficient boiler/hot water heater setup. Showed me pictures of other more efficient set ups and I look forward to contracting AAARK for that install.

AAARK has taken good care of us for years. When our furnace went out in January shortly after buying our home, they had a new one installed at a reasonable price before we froze. And when our original air conditioner stopped cooling our home in the middle of a hot summer, they again quickly got us going and cooled down. And once again, on the coldest day in January when the heat stopped working, they came to our rescue right away and educated me on the value of regular maintenance. A little cleaning and we are good to go again. I highly recommend this company. They’re fast, respectful of property and reasonably priced. Thanks for taking good care of us!

Marshall and Jerrod came to our home today to troubleshoot and repair the A/C system and also the unit next door which we own. They fixed two Lennox A/C systems and also repaired the ultraviolet lights for a Lennox air cleaner. They did expert troubleshooting on all three units and had the parts needed on their truck to be able to accomplish a timely repair. They also had the expertise necessary to be alerted to a possible situation and added an in-line fuse which prevented destroying expensive parts of one of the A/C systems. I am very happy with their expertise and work ethic in getting us restored to cool homes before the really hot summer months begin. Thank you Marshall and Jerrod.

I recently experienced a failure with my furnace system that unfortunately failed just before a particularly cold weekend. The AAARK technician, Marshall, was able to come out and get me going by installing a temporary thermostat. Then later the next week Marshall was able to install the replacement thermostat and get the furnace reconfigured for that.
All my interactions with Marshall were extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend him and AAARK for any of your home needs.

AAARK saved the day! Our furnace stopped working on New Year's Eve. We went 5 nights without heat during the holiday period when temperatures dropped to single digits. The original installation company did not respond satisfactorily, so on 1/4/2022, after a work associate suggested calling AAARK, I had a phone conversation with Michael about the situation. Michael at AAARK was both helpful and responsive, and immediately arranged for Chad to go to our house to assess the problem. Chad was very knowledgeable and considerate during his visit. The respective bids from AAARK to either repair or replace a 12 year old unit were considerably lower than the estimates received the same day from another larger company. Given the timing, availability of parts, age of the existing unit, cost of repairs on key components of the furnace, we chose to replace the unit. Michael scheduled the replacement for the next day. On 1/5, Michael and Chad were prompt, courteous, professional, informative. They removed the older unit, modified and improved existing areas of installation, retaining the humidifier and air filtration systems, (and were later joined by Travis). By mid-afternoon we had comfortable whole house heat again. Their work exceeded our expectations -- providing excellent service with a very good value and quality. Upon request, they even safely turned on a gas fireplace that had not been used for years. My wife and I highly recommend AAARK Heating, Air & Plumbing. AAARK may save your day too!

What a great company! Aaark had the best prices of several different HVAC companies I contacted for quotes and the best service of any company that's worked on my house. They really went above and beyond. Wish I knew about them sooner.

I have used AAark many times in the past and had good experiences. However I've called and spoken to two people this week to try to schedule a simple AC tube up and no one has called me back (was told they'd call back to schedule). I give up and will use someone else.
