I have nothing but praise for electrician Ben Geisland. He did a fantastic job (actually 2 separate jobs) for me and he was prompt and efficient. He carefully explained what he needed to do.
Electrical systems are complex and contain many interdependent components. Ben was able to evaluate the systems in my house, by examining the data and identifying the root causes of the problems. He was able to quickly troubleshoot in the moment.
By constrast, about a decade ago, I hired an electrician when my electrical components began to flicker. That electrician informed me that squirrels had chewed up the wiring and that there were some dead squirrels in the attic.
Without first going into the attic, Ben was able to fix major flickering problems with several light switches inside the house by running diagnostics and he replaced one switch in the kitchen and rewired the switches in another area so there was a better connection.
Finally, Ben did need to enter the attic where he did not find any dead squirrels, but he found most of the protective covering on all the wiring had been eaten through by the squirrels most likely a decade earlier when the other electrician had removed the dead squirrels but had not protected the wiring.
Overall, Ben restored my house in good, safe working order. I also found that he was so efficient he really kept the price very reasonable. And finally, he cleaned up all the work he needed to do.

Really appreciate Applewood this winter. Each of my furnaces had maintenance needs, and Estevan Riojas was very friendly and professional. He explained each of my options thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with the quote and happy with his work.

I also had a leak in my crawl space, and Mark Flinn was sent to my home. He did the fix quickly and was very professional. Another Applewood positive experience.

On Jan 15th I posted a review letting Applewood know that I was not pleased with what I considered a high quote for the replacement of a PRV valve. Today, I received an email from Applewood's Service Manager letting me know that the company would be refunding me the $200 fee I was charged for the diagnosis less their $29 service fee. I certainly appreciate the company giving me the refund, and I have changed my rating to 5 stars for making sure I am a satisfied customer. Again, thank you for the great customer service!

I could not have asked for better service and Jaime Rodriguez was amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He is definitely a Master Plumber. He explained everything, gave great advice, and got things fixed very quickly. I will ask for Jaime any time I need service. Also, Applewood plumbing was quick to get someone out to me, kept me up to date with timing, and followed up after the service. I will certainly always use this company!

Huge shout out to Ryan Stiffler, probably the best plumber we have ever had come to our house. He gave our American standard his best go and even came back when American standard sent a warranty part to install it. He helped provide expert advice after we still ran into a snag. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations and was the best customer service we have had. We will happily be calling applewood again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Don Nguyen, a service repair man with Applewood Plumbing & Heating, for a drainage issue, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

Initially, he arrived a bit later than expected, but I truly appreciated the thoroughness with which he approached the problem. He conducted a comprehensive assessment of the clogged drainage, testing all potential contributing factors. What really stood out was how he explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood the situation fully.

He presented me with three different solutions along with variable pricing options, which made it easy to choose the best fit for my needs and budget. His friendly demeanor and politeness made the whole process enjoyable as One could have on a cold winter night when dealing with a foul smelling drainage problem, and I felt valued as a customer.

Additionally, he provided insightful tips on how to prevent future issues and explained the warranty in depth. This kind of customer care and professionalism made for a highly satisfactory experience. Scott did a great job. We had Applewood do routine maintenance/inspection on our furnace. He explained what was working well, what was showing signs of wear--and how much longer those parts might last and what to keep an eye out for. I appreciated all the detail. My furnace broke during the recent snow storm. I called sunday night and Daniel came out Monday morning. He found the issue quickly, the part was under warranty so he replaced it free of charge. I called four different companies and Applewood had the best price, the easiest coordination on the phone, and Isaac was the best technician! Was given a 3 hour window but he was at my door 30 months after I called. Fixed my problem immediately, and the diagnostic price was under half the other competitors. He stayed after the repair was done to help answer all our questions around HVAC and truly cared about making sure we felt solid about absolutely everything about our system before taking off. I will only go to Applewood for all my HVAC needs from now on, and request Isaac if he’s available. So happy to have found this gem of a company.

Jack was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with, I had a clogged and broken drain line below the basement slab causing water backup into my basement. Jack showed up on time and gave me repair options and got to work right away with the option of my choice. Jack did all the work by himself and completed the repair in one day and got my house back to a fully functioning home again. Now it’s up to me to put the basement back together. I Highly recommend Jack at Applewood Plumbing to anyone needing help. I’m Very happy with Applewood as a company and can’t say enough about Jack as a representative for the company. Only negative thing in my mind was the cost of the service. although, when you need work done now from a private company you have to accept the price. I would definitely use Applewood again!

I had a new bath room put in my condominium. The sink drain had a slow drain for years. I spoke to Larry Benvidez at SQUEAKS SERVICES and got an appointment for the same week. The bath room was brand new and I was concerned about the new bath room being damaged. SQUEAKS SERVICES did a great professional job at a very reasonable price. There was a wash cloth stuck deep in the wall drain. They really fought to break the wash cloth free. They did a fantastic job! I would really highly recommend them!

Larry did a phenomenal job and helped make our kitchen usable again! When our sink garbage disposal stopped working and the drain became clogged, we thought it would be weeks before it was usable. Larry was timely, communicative, and flexible as we were in and out of the house. We really appreciate his efficiency and would absolutely recommend his work.

Sean & Collin arrived on time, found the problem and helped me not go 24 hours without hot water!( New water heater!) Extremely professional from beginning to end! Will use Squeaks for any plumbing needs in the future. Also, recommend Sean for his wonderful service! Thank you!
