Chad from Squeaks was awesome. He showed up on time and started work the same day. We had an external sump pump in a six foot deep pit. The hole was lined with a a cardboard concrete form that deteriorated completely, leading to a collapsed pit. Chad completely re-dug the pit, lined it appropriately and replaced the pump.

We just love Perez. He is very knowledgeable and helps us understand what we need to be aware of. Please take good care of him. He is a gem!!

Squeaks is my first call whenever I have plumbing or AC/Heat issues. Years ago they responded immediately to an evening emergency I had with a disintegrating water heater and resolved everything within a day. I've been a loyal customer ever since. I have yet to meet a Sqeaks technician that isn't kind and personable. Everyone I've worked with is always willing to discuss thoroughly what they're doing, and cheerfully handle my barage of questions and curiosity. I've learned a ton! (Sound out to Larry Benavidez for working with me on my first tankless water heater journey).
This time I had an electrical problem with my tankless water heater and Squeaks sent out their electrician Chris Duran. He jumped into my crawl space, did some troubleshooting and resolved the issue in a little over an hour this morning. While he was down there, he also noticed a problem with how the water heater was draining -- that I have a clog in my main water drain line. I sincerely appreciate Chris alerting me. I've been struggling with a slow drain and didn't realize I might have more of a problem than Drano can solve. Above and beyond! Crossing my fingers I don't have anything too crazy going on, but you can guess who I set up an appointment with to come check it out. ;-) Thanks, Squeaks!

We had Perez come out to our home he was very professional and thorough. We love they are a one stop shop for HVAC and Plumbing services . We will continue to use them.

They did a great job on the project, which was repairing a leak under the sink and replacing two faucets. They also came quickly which I appreciated because the leak couldn’t be stopped. The initial quote was higher than I was expecting, but the technican Raul worked on it with the company and was able to get it slightly loser to my expectation.

Provided estimates over the phone for a disposal installation. Came same day. Technician was great. This company has great customer service and prices!

We love Perez, he is thorough and provides great customer service. We've used squeaks many times and will continue to. All the techs are great!

Sean came out to check our sump pump and gave us several options with associated costs, to repair or replace the unit. That was very much appreciated. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered to answer any questions we had before settling the bill. Squeak's Services has been great for a couple of jobs now and they're my first call when needing help. Thank you!

Edit : have to update once again because this company really ruined my life charging such high prices and never fixing a leak that has cost me 75k of attempted repairs that is still going.

Couldn't be more let down after spending 10s of thousands through this company. They just don't value your home.

Edit: Bit of a backhanded response, there was no plan to patch the drywall until the google review. Thanks for patching it.
Also used your services before for HVAC and plumbing and in both cases didn't leave a review because parts of the house were broken after the visit (closet + toilet)

Ultimately regret the water heater decision for being so pricey and having worse water pressure than before. Also now sounds like someone's taking a shower 24/7 with all the water flow. Home Depot is half price and would recommend them after the experience.

Final Update : The Squeaks team did deliver to come back and fix the remaining issues. Have had too many bad experiences with companies when everything is paid and signed, but Squeaks came back twice without excepting anything else to help fix everything right. The drywall is back, the water pressure has been increased, and the water flow problem was sourced. Special thanks to Stephen, Philip, and Mario (and his team) for the extra steps to make everything right.

Larry and crew were fantastic to work with as our old furnace was malfunctioning. They were able to diagnose and replace with a new furnace very quickly. They even came back twice and spent multiple hours looking at the new furnace when we thought it was not working correctly. They listened, they spent time troubleshooting and inspecting their work to see if they could find our problem- turns out it was the thermostat. We appreciate the customer service and quick turn around from their team!

Sean did a great job! He was prompt, quick, clean, friendly, and walked me through everything. He helped me understand all of my options and wasn’t pushy in the least. He repaired a pin-hole leak in a somewhat hard to access bit of copper and got it all done within about 90 minutes. I’ll definitely call Squeaks again the next time I run into an issue.

Squeaks came through huge for my family! I had purchased a replacement boiler at the advice of another company. I could no longer get a hold of them to do the installation, and three other companies told me they wouldn't install a boiler I hadn't purchased through them.

Finally, after a week of heating with the wood burner, I found Squeaks, Jesse came out and said they'd be willing to install the new boiler, and after inspecting the current system offered two other options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. After he reviewed the three proposals with me, I decided to have them install the boiler I'd already bought.

My wife and I had to be out of town in like three days, and I was afraid we'd come back to a house with frozen pipes. They were willing to accommodate my outrageous demands and Perez, Steven, Lou, and Fernando were fantastic. They showed up on time, hit the ground running, did top-notch work, completed the installation in two days, (including adding a water softener), easily meeting my deadline. They were friendly, respectful, and no one complained when I lurked in the corner, trying to follow along as much as I could. Everything works great, the utility room looks nicer than it ever has, and I have no complaints.
