We had a leak on both the hot and cold water valves for our washing machine on Sunday. Called Time Plumbing on Monday at 7:30am to schedule and had the job completed by 3:30pm Monday afternoon (We live in the Foothills). We could not be happier with the scheduling, the timeliness, the communication and the excellent work replacing the parts for our plumbing issue. Also, I had additional questions the next day and received a phone call from the owner of Time Plumbing and his response to my question was above my expectations and extremely professional! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely use Time Plumbing and Heating for any issues in the future without hesitation. A++ customer service and response.

We are so grateful for Time and Eric our technician! Today, we had an issue with our main electrical line. It was cold and we were out of power until we could get the repair completed on an Holiday. Eric was timely, responsive, honest and thorough in his work. He listened and stuck around after the power was restored to ensure everything was working properly. Thank you for being open today and for taking the time to help us. We were able to have power restored in our home, avoid frozen pipes and the peace of mind knowing the issue with our main line was resolved.

The folks at Time Plumbing Heating and Electric are exceptional. I just had my outdoor watering system worked on. Solved a 20 year headache and then they solved a 130 year old water pressure issue. I now have the first pressure regulator ever put in this house. The kitchen sink, toilets, bath tubs, and washing machine no longer make noises in my walls. All is peaceful. I am pretty sure my water using appliances have gained some longevity. The plumbing work looks like art. I think Nathan is the wonderful to work with and is a fountain of knowledge. This isn't cheap patches it is a long term fix. I am so happy!!

Ken Mulac of Time Plumbing Heating did an awesome job with a boiler replacement for me. The project required dismantling and removal of every bit of my 100 year old cast iron boiler up a steep narrow basement stairway, then carefully building a brand new unit. Ken was great. He arrived on time with a smile and got right to work. I appreciated his professionalism. He showed attention to detail and made sure the new boiler was working perfectly. He assured me of his availability for any questions when I start my heat this fall. At the end of the job before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned the whole work area without me having to ask him. I trusted him and his obvious work ethic. He even took time to fix an issue with my kitchen sink while he was there. I was extremely pleased with Ken as well as David A., Justin and Chad. I’m glad I made the decision to use Time and would definitely recommend Ken Mulac to my friends.

Overall, we were very happy with with the service. We had a waste water ejection pump go out in our basement. We called in the morning to schedule an appointment, and someone came out within just 3 or 4 hours to fix the issue even though it wasn't an emergency which was great. The tech identified that the pump had gone bad and left to purchase a new one. He came back and installed the new pump and now the system is working perfectly! The pump he installed was $400. The bill was $2,200. He was there for about 3.5 hours including leaving to get the part and coming back. This means we paid over $500/hour in labor. I'm not sure what a fair rate is for plumbing work like this to be honest, but that seemed very high. Overall we were very happy with the service and the work performed, it just seemed pricey.

I called on Time Plumbing for a preventative clean-out of my older residential sewer line, expecting to pay for the usual cleanup. The technician, Derek, who arrived used a camera to completely inspect the drain line. He showed me that a clean-out service was not needed, saving me a bundle.

I called the owner and determined that this is indeed a business that focuses on customer needs rather than is short term profits. I look forward to doing business with Time Plumbing in the future.

Chad with Time was extremely helpful. We were first impressed by how quickly they were able to come to our house. We had called three other electricians and all had said it would be over a week until they could make it over since it wasn't an emergency. I called Time and they set us up with an appointment for the next day! When Chad showed up we were convinced that Time was the right company for us to use. He was very friendly and did a great job looking at the issues we needed fix. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of other problems. Even though he found other problems he was not pushy about trying to get us to fix them at the same time, he just wanted to inform us so that we knew about potential problems that may need to be addressed. We were so impressed by his professional analysis and the fact that he wasn't just looking to add on more to our bill that we asked him to fix it at the same time. He was glad to do so and spent a lot of time working at our house to make sure everything was fixed correctly. Chad did all of this with a smile which just made the whole experience better. We will certainly use Time in the future and we'll also be sure to ask for Chad. We highly recommend you do the same!

Estimate for new kitchen and washing machine drains was within a couple hours of contacting and work done next day. Derek and Justin were knowledgeable and competent knocking out this job in way less time than we expected. It was a complicated pipe replacement and was done beautifully. I would highly recommend Time Plumbing in the future.

Time Plumbing managed our sewer repair well, and when ancillary issues came up, they put good people on the job to make sure all was completed correctly. The owner called me directly to ensure my concerns would be taken care of, and they were. I could tell by the quality of the people that this is a good company that cares about their customers being happy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

WOW, what a great experience I had with this company! Jeff was very professional, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a special circumstance and needed a new furnace in a short timeline. Jeff and his team found a way to make this happen instead of the normal 2-3 day timeline. After doing some research, I did find their prices to be a bit on the high side in comparison to others. I did find a coupon that helped some and that’s the only negative I could think of. Very happy with my experience from the first phone call all the way to the end and will use this company again for other repairs or replacements. Thanks again!

I thought I would be able to review some of the other team members on separate reviews, but the system would not allow me to to that. So I would like to add that Brad was my first contact with the company and did a great job getting someone out to help me right away! Very efficient and thank you for your help.

Always very impressed with Time. Justin was phenomenal and took the time to explain what was happening to our system. I really appreciated learning how to determine if parts of our boiler system were failing due to age. Another company could have easily just said “it’s broken, you need to fix it.” But Justin took the time to inform us and make us that much more confident in the repair work he was doing. We’ve been using Time for years, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. Very grateful.

Time Plumbing recently helped me with a boiler pipe leak. It was complicated job, and they assigned a boiler specialist, Justin, who was amazing and able to find and fix the leak. Justin was professional, friendly, highly experienced and consulted with me every step of the way. The President of the company, Brad, was also incredible, very attentive, and is helping coordinate with my insurance company. These guys are top-notch, highly recommend you give them a call for your heating/plumbing/electric needs!

We had Nick at time plumbing out to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Unfortunately, we had a significant clog in our system. Nick ran 100 feet of his snake through our drain plumbing, cleaned the drain with a special grease cutting cleaner and restored all our drains to ”like new” performance. He was respectful, helpful, cheerful and he left no trace of a mess. We were quite pleased with the experience and the result.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that needed to be fixed asap. I called Time and they were able to get me set up with a plumber the very next day. Justin came out and fixed the leak under my faucet even had time to empty the bathroom drain that was clogging. He was thorough and very proficient. I HIGHLY recommend Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric! I've used other plumbing services in the Denver area and these guys absolutely shined above and beyond. I had sewage back up into my bathroom and what we thought would be a quick fix turned into a major issue. Chad and his team on the ground conducted their work efficiently and effectively. I know professionals in this industry have seen everything, and I still felt true empathy from both Chad and Brad (owner). They supported me every step of the way. While I hope I won't need their services for a long-time to come. They will be my go-to service team moving forward!

Chad was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and kind. He came in got straight to it and even answered all of our questions. We have a large amount of issues since the previous home owner made the second half of the home as a diy project. He solved everything in a timely manner and fixed some of the largest issues we’ve had for a while. I would 100/10 recommend chad to anyone who wants their electrical done and done well.

I just had the pleasure of working with Nate on my water heater today. I was very impressed with how quickly he showed up and how quickly the work was done. Nate was very clear the entire time with the price and what was or wasn't working. I never felt in the dark. Nate was very friendly and I never felt unsafe having him in my home. I am pleased with the work and would recommend Time for your plumbing needs.

The *only* thing this company claims that is true is they were quick to respond. Make sure they actually know what system they are working on and that they are qualified to do the work specified- yes there is a difference in systems and not all technicians are qualified on all systems. I will grant that it was a complicated situation in many ways.
However- they knew they charged A LOT of money to fix things that didn't need to be repaired and what they did do actually really messed up the system. I'd really like an explanation how their work cost more than $1,000 (I had originally said "thousands" and ETA to say I'm not sure of the exact amount, I am not going to comment an exact amount in a public forum. So I corrected what could be an exaggeration but still know it was more than $1K) and yet the person who installed it was able to fix the system and Time's mistakes for a mere fraction of the cost.
If you have an elderly person you care about, keep an eye on things or Time will overcharge and fully take advantage of that person. Better yet, find a better and more reputable company.
After reading other Google reviews I'm sure the owner will come back and say, "we don't have you on record as getting work done." They won't have my name. The service was for a family member, I just happened to be there and know all that was said and witness to the amounts the checks were written for. So he can claim that all he wants- but I was there and I would NEVER trust this company. EVER.
ETA: read my above paragraph and the response- I called it! AND if the situation is reviewed and some kind of resolution is made I will update the review.

Called these guys to help turn on my sprinkler system. They had someone out to our house the next day and the electrician who came out to do the work (Chad) provided us a level of care and service I’ve rarely received. Could tell he genuinely cared about helping us out and educating me about the system even if it meant I might be able to do this myself in the future. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks Chad!
