levi was amazing. during the big freeze, he was running around helping lots of folks with plumbing problems. we had some pipes burst and needed quick repairs. he kept us updated throughout the day by texting about when he might arrive. even though it was late, he showed up around 11 at night and fixed three different spots in our pipes. thanks to his hard work, we got our water running again the same day. it's clear he really cares about helping people. he could have stopped working much earlier, especially since the roads were icy and everyone needed a plumber, but he kept going to make sure families like ours were taken care of. we're very thankful for steven & sons plumbing & hvac and especially for levi's dedication.

levi and the team were very professional, reliable, and quick to respond. not only did he show up on time, but he actually arrived early, which is pretty rare when waiting for a plumber. he did an excellent job fixing problems left by the last contractor. he took out the old tub/shower combo and put in a new one, fixed leaking pipes inside the wall, replaced toilets, and re-installed dishwashers the right way after they were done wrong before. he made sure to clean up all the mess from the old tile and construction work. since i wasn’t in denver when the repairs were finished, levi even sent me a video showing all the work that was done. best of all, the prices were really fair. i highly recommend steven & sons plumbing & hvac.
