We had an urgent problem with our hot water heater, and Steven & Sons Plumbing & HVAC in Denver responded right away. Todd came out after hours, explained everything he needed to fix, and was extremely friendly and polite. He updated the plumbing where it was needed and made sure our water heater was working perfectly. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes we got. We’ll definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

We had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company when we needed to replace our old, leaking water heater with a new tankless one. Jay, the plumber who helped us, was really friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. The price was very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies we checked with. The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They really went above and beyond with their service, making sure everything was done right. Steven & Sons Plumbing & HVAC truly lives up to their reputation! When we had a leak at our home in Denver, the plumber who came out explained everything to me in detail and found the problem quickly. The price quoted was very reasonable, which we really appreciated. Later, Todd and Bryan arrived to repair the sewer leak. Both were polite, hardworking, and very professional throughout the whole process. They stayed focused on the job until everything was fixed and cleaned up. We’re grateful for their excellent work and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing help!

After struggling with low water pressure all over the house, I reached out to several plumbing companies before finding this one. Their team was quick to respond and made the process easy right from the start. When I called the office, Olivia scheduled my appointment and let me know about a special offer that saved me some money, which I really appreciated. Bryan, the plumber who came out for the estimate, was very professional and explained everything clearly. He gave me a fair price and returned just a few days later to handle the repairs. Before the work, I spoke with Leah in the office to confirm my appointment and was pleasantly surprised when she applied a veteran discount, taking 10% off my bill! During the job, Bryan was very thorough and kept me informed about what he was doing. Even when he accidentally cut his hand and needed stitches, he made sure we weren’t left without water by having his coworker, Todd, come by and finish up the job. Todd was friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything working smoothly. Bryan even came back after getting medical attention to make sure we were completely taken care of—talk about dedication! We already have another estimate set up for more plumbing work in the future, and based on this experience, we feel confident moving forward with them again. Everyone I interacted with, from Olivia and Leah in the office to Bryan and Todd doing the repairs, was professional, helpful, and really cared about fixing our plumbing issues. Highly recommend this plumbing team to anyone needing help with their pipes or water pressure!

I highly recommend Stephan with Quality 1st Service Group! I received multiple bids for a large sewer line replacement project and Stephan got the job because of competitive pricing and the best customer service. Quality 1st went above and beyond!

I have been using Quality First Plumbing for over 10 years, and I've always been very satisfied with their work. Gavin helped us out today, and was great. He was able to come out within an hour of our calling. He fixed our issue quickly and gave us great advice for another issue as well.

Cole was amazing he triple checked everything also promoted all the other services you provide. He got me up and running same day. He went out of his way to clean up his mess after installation it looked better than it did before he got there. He wore the booties over his boots and was very personable. As for the appointment people on the phone I called late after 5 pm and got a real person not a recording pushing me to a book online thank God. 6 star review and Cole gets a 7 star review for getting me all the equipment and program ability I needed and not necessarily trying to up sell me. Just great professional service. Thank you

Could not be happier with the service from Quality First! They worked us in on the same day and our plumber Nate was super attentive to the problem, actually saving us a lot of money by noticing I had bought the wrong size adapter for the supply lines on our new faucet. We were also having issues reconnecting the drain after replacing sink/countertops, so Nate built a custom p-trap to fit the new dimensions. Would absolutely call these guys again (but I hope I don't have to)!

I had a furnace problem during a very cold period. Based on the previous experience with Now HVAC, I never doubted the office staff getting an appointment or technician experience in properly identifying the problems making the repairs to my satisfaction. The tech, Tim Stone, is very knowledgeable and great tech👍. He knows how to relate to a customer. His good work skills completed the repair in minimal time. He honestly explained the necessary repairs and related costs. No pressure or hidden costs. I'm very pleased with the outcome and enjoying the comfort of my home.

We’ve used Quality 1st several times for plumbing and furnace services over the last 8 years. Ty, Estevan and Eddie did a great job with our furnace and AC project. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. They gave us a rundown of the new system and answered all our questions. This company will continue to be our first choice for anything plumbing and HVAC. They may not be the cheapest in town but their sales/service team provides great service that is well worth the cost.

I would like to thank Zach for doing such an incredible job. I couldn’t believe I had a broken toilet. He replaced it, focused & proficiently. Zach pays attention. Carson Wells was my service tech. He was professional, informative and knowledgeable. Did a great job. The company sent him the same day I called which was great service. However, I thought the company was a little pricey for the work done.

Aurora Plumbing/Quality First Plumbing is great. They show up on time, they commicate clearly and their pricing is fair.
Lance McCartney has work at my home twice and both times I have been impressed. He is effecienty with his time, he is polite and friendly and kindly answers all questions.

We came home Sunday night to a very cold house. We called Quality first on Monday morning and they sent a technician out right away. After a thorough inspection, we decided to replace our old furnace (it was 18 years old). The sales consultant came over on Tuesday, we went over the options, and on Wednesday they came and replaced our old furnace. Charles was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The crew finished the job within the timeframe promised and left my house clean, as if no job was performed. All the staff at Quality first were pleasant, polite, professional and very knowledgeable!

Holy smokes this is the 2nd time I’ve called Quality and I am equally impressed. Cole was here and was one of the most thorough techs I’ve ever experienced. He really walked me through the issue with my furnace, made the repair, tested his work, cleaned up the entire area and offered me recommendations on keeping things in tip top shape. I hope the merge with Allen doesn’t impact the service quality and pricing because this group is top notch with very fair prices.

Dustin was wonderful! Timely, friendly and very courteous. He explained what work needed to be done step by step and was detailed in his explanations. His repairs were fantastic, exactly what we needed done. He cleaned up thoroughly after everything was finished. I'm so thankful they were able to squeeze me in on such short notice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. HIGHLY recommend them & will be calling for future repairs.

Jeff Chapman has to be the most incredible service technician and representative of Allen Service that I could possible imagine. I absolutely LOVE this guy. He is incredibly talented, experienced, and customer-centric that it is impossible for me to imagine a more capable person to work with. Thank you for sending him out. My property sends a lot of business to Quality First, and they have gotten us back to normal more times than I can count with our 50 year old property at 333 units, but this specific shout out goes to Zach, who is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. He has knowledge, is fair and consistent and always takes time to communicate with our residents to ensure they receive not only a job that gets done correctly and quickly (which is super important) but also he excels in providing our residents with quality customer service. Dude is never frazzled, takes time to answer questions and always gets the job done with a smile on his face. This guy is genuinely the whole package and I am grateful whenever Quality First sends him our way. THANK YOU ZACH!

I would never use this company! Their supposed technician brian small came out to work on my wife's house and they ended having a relationship. He is a married man and basically ruined my marriage.
Not only that but he showed up over at the house last year while was there. I never heard about or met this person and when I asked my wife, who is this person she claimed an old friend??? He was doing drugs and drinking while he was there and when he started talking disrespectful and down to my wife I called him out on it.
While my back was turned to show my concerns to my wife, he attacked me. He knew I am a disabled veteran but he still hit me from behind and then grabbed a steel lawn chair and proceeded to hit me with it and ended up breaking my foot.
I called a complaint into his office and received a call back from someone claiming to be his supervisor but would not give his name.
He was non cooperative in solving my issues so I was forced to write this review.
I warn all of you about this employee Brian small who is still employed by the company after a formal complaint was made and on top of that, the job he was hired initially was hired to do wasn't completed satisfactory.

This is a great company! I have had them to my house three times this year and every time they do a good job. Carson was my tech today and he even fixed a toilet in my house that randomly broke yesterday in addition to installing a hot water heater and replacing a vent in my basement. He got it all done in record time. Highly recommend.

Zack did a great job of servicing my A/C. He was courteous, well informed and kept me abreast of the process of cleaning and inspecting the units. Gave me a quote on a couple concerns he discovered on water heater and ducting.
A good experience altogether.
