Carson came to clean out a clogged drain and recommended other things he saw that were not in the best shape for plumbing and would cause issues down the road. I was very happy that he did as they were things on my list of to do’s that never got done. He was efficient professional and very informative of what he was doing.

Gavin is very knowledgeable. He went through all the questions I had with my plumbing, checked everything out, gave me a detailed estimate of everything I requested. I had him replace the hot/cold faucets on my washer and he did a great job. He recommended several things which I will follow. He even paid attention to my cat, CJ. I would definitely recommend Gavin for any home plumbing concerns.

I just had a very good experience with Quality First Service Group. They replaced my air-conditioning unit and were very conscientious, friendly and helpful. In particular Jason went out of his way to communicate clearly what they were doing and they both had to put up with needing a delivery code that kept expiring to get in my building. They had originally said they'd be finishing up around 5 or 6 tonight but had the install completed about an hour earlier. Carson was very patient and tried explaining the inner workings of the heating and air conditioning systems and looked up my water heater to give me its age and discussed possible replacement options for future reference. He was thorough in explaining how the new system works. He also came back to sweep my floor. Carson and Jason clearly know their stuff and I will personally request them for my future service needs.

The technician was very friendly and respectful. He did a great job explaining the issues and how he would resolve them. He offered the options for repair and explained the benefits and potential risks of not fixing the system. He was not pushy at all and didn't offer services or materials not needed. I highly recommend him!

Carson came out to troubleshoot my boiler that had been giving me issues for quite some time now. It was not an easy task, he was very persistent. He communicated everything that was going on with me. Very professional and quality work. Would truly recommend this contractor, and I’d ask for Carson to be your guy. Great service overall.

I want to commend Quality First on their exceptional customer service. I never have to wait long to get my issue resolved. Everyone has been courteous, professional and upbeat. Frank (the electrician) is very knowledgeable and gets the job done the first time and is very nice. He is definitely a great asset to the company.

We had a plumbing issue and Quality First was at our doorstep within 24 hours - their technician, Zach Duran was FANTASTIC! He was informative, kind and helpful! He proceeded to solve the problem within minutes of his arrival. I highly recommend!!!

We needed a new furnace (ours was leaking carbon monoxide). Chance the sales representative took his time to help us understand our options without any kind of pressure, and we enjoyed the process of deciding on our options in part due to his easy-going, informative style. Once we decided to move forward, Jason installed our furnace. He was thorough, mindful, and did quality work, making sure at each step that we were satisfied. Further, Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and his presence in our home during the installation felt both safe and peaceful, which I appreciated since there was significant time during the installation when I was home but my husband was not. Further, our cat who normally hides from strangers kept hanging out around the crawl space opening above where he was working. So funny to write in a review, but true that our cat also demonstrated that he felt safe withJason. The initial tech Cole also rocked and also put me at ease. So overall a quality team who did a great job and we appreciate them.

I started with this company when they were NOW in 2012 and 13 years later, I have no regrets. I've had different service reps work on my furnace and condenser during that time. This is a review for the latest rep.

Zach has been doing the inspections on the furnace and condenser for the past year. He always explains what he finds, including the pictures and all of the data. He just finished work on the condenser and showed me all of the current data and the data from the last inspection and how they compared to each other. He is always very thorough in his work and always polite. If you want someone who will do thorough, honest work for you, Zach's your man.

Brian and Micheal came out promptly and saved the day for me! My 50 year old condo needed service immediately and they delivered! Professional, courteous, quality work, fair price! I recommend this company whole heartedly. Ask for Brian and Michael!

This morning after looking at the water stain on the concrete leading back to my water heater, I decided it best to find someone who could take a look at as soon as possible. Having dealt with water heater leaks in the past, this looked like the heater cracked in a spot. Looking at my communities FB page, there were recommendations for Quality First. I’m quite thankful to have contacted them as not only were they able to get a professional to my house today, they were able to do so earlier than anticipated. Ray and Taylor were dispatched to my place and looking over things agreed that the original water heater was leaking and needed replacement.
In this day and age, I’m usually prepared for waiting a week or more for parts or hardware but was very delighted that not only did they have a replacement tank available they had everything ready to go in less than an hour. They pulled the old tank, put in a newer smaller one (original was really too big for the house) and had it up and running far quicker than I had hoped for.
Overall, I’m quite pleased with their service and timelinesses today. The new heater is working well and I’m quite pleased with the components and materials used to install the heater. We will definitely use them again for service and other work in the future.

Our service provider Sam was very thorough and stayed until the job was completed, which took a bit longer than usual due to a few issues. He put our appliances back, cleaned up after himself and even offered us a discount because of some of the issues and the time it took to complete the job. Sam was a very pleasant and polite young man. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable, took the time to explain things when he really could've been in a hurry to get done and leave. He even asked if he could check our furnace to make sure everything was good there before he left.

Sam arrived to install several components to my AC- several issues arose- the pump was the wrong pump, the fan blade was stuck on the pump- he did get it off; however it could not be reused again. Sam was very kind and concerned about no AC until Monday. Overnighted the needed parts- won’t arrive until Monday AM. Sam requested a portable AC unit- so far, working out well.

Carlos & Carson worked incredibly hard to delivery on my very challenging 4th floor condo HVAC repair. AAA and 2 other companies couldn’t do it. It took us 3 days to solve. We burned through 3 transformers before solving it. It finally came down to a part on the AC unit on the roof, but it was literally hailing outside during the repair!(see picture attached) And it was Friday and 8pm, yet they were both onsite in the hail making it work soaking their clothes and shoes getting pelted! I was very impressed, I was in it with them, but amazing they didn’t call it and come back Monday, Carlos and Carson got it done. They are a well oiled team, if one tech finished their job early they went to help another. They shared parts and tools. They fixed my HVAC about 8pm and then headed to help another tech on an install that took all day! They don’t call it a night or weekend till it is for their whole team. That’s the real special sauce in the Quality First service, it’s their teamwork. If you have a tough job like mine you’ll get a whole team and their trucks full of parts till the job is done!

Dishonest company with dishonest practices. The sales rep, Travis, falsely claimed work was need to comply with city restrictions. On the day of repair the work was not completed and the service manager, DJ, refused to give any discount for work not completed. They refuse to meet the contractual agreement for the repair. The repair was $23,000 which was overpriced and we only agreed to because of the urgency of the repair and based on the scope of work which was not necessary so never completed. The other issue was a nightmare caused by constant inaccurate documents. The total incompetence of the staff caused a 6 day delay in the emergency sewer repair. After being ripped off by this company and waiting over a week for an emergency repair, I am upset that I didn't use another company. This company is dishonest and incompetent. Beware, find someone else!

I've been a customer of Quality First back when they were NOW Heating & Air and I'm glad to know that it's all the same guys/there wasn't any changeover, just a new and improved company! Justin was awesome. Upon arriving, he was friendly and respectful of our space and once we discussed my issue, he solved it immediately. All in all, he was super knowledgeable and informative and I am very happy with my service.

Quality First is true to their name all the way! My service expert, Thomas Furlong was a so awesome! He got the job done with a smile on his face and had great energy! I'm pretty inexperienced at water leaks, but he really helped and kept me updated with everything he was doing. He even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend Thomas!

Jerry G & Shane F. did a fantastic job installing a whole home humidifier (the Aprilaire 700) this week. They were friendly, kept us informed of their progress every step of the way, respectful of property and were very professional. I love how all the tubes and wires were routed to be as unobtrusive and neat as possible.
Our indoor relative humidity was between 15% and 20% prior to installation. Now our house at a very comfortable 35%!
We had Quality 1st install a whole home humidifier in our previous house 5 years ago. Never had a bit of trouble with it in all that time!
I highly recommend Quality 1st. You won't regret it!

Carson was prompt ,courteous and did amazing work on our emergency water heater install. He was knowledgeable and provided all the needed information as well as walking us through the entire process.
