Even though it was a busy time and lots of people needed plumbing repairs, Brody kept us updated and called to let us know he would arrive a bit later than planned, which we really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to explain how our water heater worked and quickly got it running again. We’re grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. We’ll use them again for any future plumbing needs!

For the sewer replacement, Brody and the crew handled everything from digging up the yard to taking out part of the fence for equipment access. They even had to break up the basement floor to get to the pipes. Even though it was a big job, they finished in just two days. They took great care to protect my home, using blankets to cover floors and making sure nothing got damaged inside. After finishing, they restored the yard and put the fence back like nothing happened. The concrete in the basement was patched up neatly. The cost stayed the same as the estimate, with no surprise charges. The crew cleaned up everything, and besides a little straw on the lawn and some fresh concrete patches in the basement, you wouldn't even know any work had been done. Found this company based on their great rating with the Better Business Bureau when I needed some gas pipes repaired. They had someone out same day, Nate. Very friendly and most importantly honest. I never felt that I was being misled or pressured. Nate showed me exactly what needed repairs rather than simply telling me which I appreciate. And the final product looks great. I'll certainly be using them for any plumbing and electric work I need in the future.

Wesley J did an outstanding job. We've had floor drain issues in the past - and he has helped. He also warned us that our water heater was just about done. So when he called him to install a new one, he was quick and more than efficient. I trust his experience and expertise and would recommend him (and Time) to anyone.

This is a review for K C Lukowski. I had several quotes for routing a pipe from our laundry room to the closet where furnace (and new humidifier) was going. So many people came up with plans that would destroy the entire room, require additional people to come repair all the damage, cost a ton, and often leave the pipe in full view. I would call KC the equivalent of a genius minimally invasive surgeon (I am a surgeon)... he offered and did the job in a short amount of time and literally when you walk in the room, all the holes and the work were so carefully done, I literally see no trace of anything along the path he took. The new piping is working great. I will literally call him for any plumbing needs I have. He also offered the most reasonable quote for the work!!!!!!!!!! 1 million stars!

Want to give a shout out to Joel Ruiz. He was the tech that came to my house yesterday.
Had a leak under a sink, and he replaced valves, hoses, and the P trap quickly and efficiently. Plus he was nice and a pleasure to work with.
We've used Time numerous times before, and they've always done a great job.

Nathan did an excellent job of diagnosing the leak in my upstairs bathroom. He took the time to order me a new toilet to match my existing fixtures and installed it promptly. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Nathan is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Time to anyone.

Based on my recent experience with this company and particularly with its technician Nate Fisher, I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. I had a sprinkler problem and the soonest I could get any of the three other companies I contacted to respond was in 1-2 weeks. [One company didn't even bother to respond to the email that I had left at their site's request.] Time Plumbing came out the day after I contacted them.

The person that was sent, Nate, is a highly competent sprinkler repair person. He quickly diagnosed my problem - while saying that until the repair was made he couldn't be sure no other issue existed - and gave me a firm quote for the work. I contacted Time Plumbing and set up an appointment for three days after their first visit. Nate came as promised and was able to quickly do the work and to repair some ancillary problems that we discovered after he reactivated the system.

I was highly pleased with the work performed. Additionally, Nate is a very personable individual and is happy to talk about both the work he's performing and a variety of other topics.

Time plumbing is a very service oriented company. From the time I called to make an appointment to when the plumber left, I was treated professionally and friendly. When I made the appointment they asked all the right questions to determine which services I needed and the coast that would be associated with them. They scheduled a time which met my needs. Lyle, the plumber, called and said he could arrive earlier if that would work for me. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and asked me to show him the problems I was having. He asked the questions needed to select the the proper equipment for the job. He was careful with the procedure and did not rush through it. He cleaned the line all the way to the city sewer and checked the water flow to make sure everything worked well. He was careful to clean the snake as he removed it so no sewage or water got on the floor. He mentioned other services that he could do or that I might want to have done in the future. He asked if I had any other plumbing needs and also asked how old my water heater as most people don’t think about that. He was not pushy about any of these services, just informative. The bill was exactly as quoted. I was very pleased with his service and the service of this company and would recommend them without reservation.

Chad, the electrician was very professional and personable. After discovering no short in my old fluorescent fixture, he suggested he could convert it to LED that would last for many years and a cost savings. He did that for me.

Anthony, the plumber was also professional, personable and a good detective. Finding the source of the leak and realizing there were barriers to get to it, he reached out to a HVAC colleague. He fixed the pipe and did a good clean up job. I felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I left for a while.

Justin and Dan arrived right on schedule. They inspected the hot water heat system (boiler) and wrote up a proposal to fix the issue. They were very clear about what was necessary, and I had the option to say yes or no to the proposed repairs. Justin showed me the manual of all the repair costs, so these figures were not just made-up costs. They both were very conscientious about my home ~~ not dragging in dirt on their shoes and were extremely courteous and explained their work, so I was sure to understand all the repairs and billing.
I did not feel threatened or worry about my safety while they were in my home. I would call Time Plumbing again!! Thank you Mr. Brad for having such Wonderful Employees!!! Kitty W

Chad Cooper did an excellent job as an electrician tracing the source of light flickering caused by loose wiring in the main panel. He also installed an exterior electrical outlet for our new outdoor lighting project. Very polite, competent and friendly employee!

I would never use this company. I asked for a backflow meter replacement quote. They were nearly double the next highest priced quote that I have received. I questioned how they could fathomably price the job that high considering that labor and materials could not conceivably be anywhere near their price. The employee had no reasonable explanation other than a half-hearted mention of liability. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

It is so hard to find a good plumber. They are amazing. I had a serious leak in the basement (went down at night to find myself in a 2" puddle!) and called them. It is still an ongoing issue, boiler leak (original boiler in 1905 house, lol) and they have been amazing. They have been dealing with my insurance company and the restoration company saving me a lot of headaches. We had Justin and I recommend him. We also have had the owner come out a couple time which just lets us know they care. He was there just to see what was going on. He also did a special re-routing so we wouldn't be without water while all this is happening (1 week so far). I just couldn't imagine going through this with a subpar plumber. They really made this as easy as possible (still not easy, lol). Anything we call about they are responsive and helpful - even though they have already been paid! Anyway, highly recommend Justin and Time Plumbing.
