Plumbing reviews in Denver, Colorado

Great experience with their experts when our bathroom sink would not drain at all. The water just stayed in the bowl. They used proper tools to clear the blockage deep inside the pipe. After cleaning it out, they ran water to confirm it was fixed. The sink works like new again.

It was by unfortunate fate that I needed to hire this company. I had a backup on the mainline and thought I was hiring them to unclog and scope it for me. Clark was here within an hour of me calling to check it out. Turns out our 40+ yr old line was not only clogged but not aligned either. So that was fixed only to find out another section was totally collapsed. The work was started right away and the issue was resolved in less than a week. They protected what they could of my yard while working on it and even went out of their way to carefully disconnect the sprinkler so it didn't also have to be repaired later. The cost is outrageous but I say this with a grain of salt because it was confirmed to be in line with what other companies would have charged too. All in all - Clark and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and provided exceptionally quality work. Now, with that being said - I hope I NEVER have to do business with them again BUT if in the event that I do... I won't call anyone else. :)

Tyler came out and did a great job. Went to facility and sent pictures of faucets from which I can choose, bought it, came back, and installed. All happened within two hours of the initial call, and this wasn't even an emergency! Would definitely recommend!

Reached out to Rooter Town for a commercial plumbing issue. They showed up within 2 hours. Had to remove our toilet as well as the toilet in the neighboring unit. Jace was extremely friendly and efficient, cleared the clog quickly and got us both back up and running. Thank you!!

David was on time. Did a great job reviewing the work needed to be done, and confirmed the price quoted. He was very professional and efficient. He showed up with a mask and gloves on and put shoe covers on as he entered my home. I would highly recommend Rooter Town Plumbing and if you lucky enough to get David, I have no doubt you will have a great experience like I did.

We had a major plumbing issue and Rooter Town was able to come out same day to assess and provided reasonably priced repairs! Great communication and honesty. Highly recommended plumber!

I called these folks back in March to roto a drain and was upsold unnecessary scoping after their tech felt a “major clog” that didn’t exist. I felt scammed by the tech and called the manager, who agreed to give me a refund for the scoping, and I thought all was well. Now they’re calling me 7 months later threatening me with collections over the refund they provided! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Had a backup and flooding. Didn't know who to call. Router town was out quickly. Tyler did a great job fixing all my pipes involved in an old house. Just had them out again for another issue. They are prompt and get the job done. Prices are reasonable.
They are our go to plumbing company -
This company has 0 integrity. In 2023 I had them come out to diagnose an issue with my plumbing and was told there was a crack in the sewer line. Rootertown came out to do a spot fix on the crack and I was told the issue was resolved. Now, a year later I find out there is a low point in their repair that was not there in 2022 when I had a sewer scope and I was not informed of in 2023. Now there is a crack near the joint they installed, most likely due to the low point, that I was never informed of by Rootertown and they simply did the spot repair and will not warranty their work. Now I have to pay someone again to come dig it up and repair it correctly. Scam of a company. Do not use them.

Called in an estimate.
Their plumber Josh was pleasant and his number fit the budget.
$10,000.00 dollars on a job with 800 in material and a day and a half of labor for a couple plumbing guys..
Seemed right.. right?
-Wrong.
Their office staff was indignant. They simply couldn't produce their liability insurance or a license in the county of which their bid was cast Their manager was arrogant.. rash..
The cost to us was
a 13 day submittal delay and a complete waste of time and energy.
They fouled up the works of the complete larger picture and did so without a modicum of concern or regret.
The manager Jesse simply turned coat and withdrew his proposal when i, the project manager was forced to set a deadline for them, 13 days later.
My advise: Do not waste your time nor trust to hope in people or companies who simply show that they simply do not care.
Deplorable behavior Jesse. (You should be ashamed of yourself, man).
My father always said in matters of business.
I counted myself lucky to have avoided contracting these people.
Steer clear of rooter town
(I used planet plumbing.) -
Not sure the kind of work they actually do, but the guy that came for our appointment just knocked on the door and said “hey.” No name introduction , no mention of being from Rooter Town. Just not very professional. They ended up telling me that the work we thought we needed wasn’t necessary, so maybe they’re actually honest. Just need to train employees about how they represent their company.

Beware of Rooter Town. They will rip you off. They will pretend they cannot get through your sewer pipes with their rooter. It will seem like they are trying hard but it’s just a scam. Then they will send out another guy (watch out for Austin, he’s the one that ripped me off) They will charge an additional $295 to scope and locate the blockage. Then this guy will try and get through with his rooter and of course fail. Then what this guy did was tell me it would cost $6800 to dig up and replace 7 feet of pipe underground. After saying no many times they price magically went down to $4000. After they did all this work they still said it was blocked and it would be another $37,000 to dig up the street and replace the whole line. Also understand this company is unlicensed. I looked it up and they let it expire long ago. And they did the work without a permit! Of course that was the end of that. I had another company come out and clear the sewer line for $69. Took him like 15 minutes. This is all very true and there’s a lot more to the story. Bottom line, from what my insurance company told me. NEVER use any company with the word Rooter in it and you’ll be fine. You’ve been warned!

I tried calling two other companies and neither answered or returned messages. I called Rooter Town and someone answered in 2 rings. They were able to schedule someone to clear my drain on the same day. Shea, the technician arrived promptly and was super polite and professional. You don’t get that kind of service anymore. I’d highly recommend this company. Definitely 5 stars!

When my husband and I realized the drain for our furnace and water heater wasn't draining, we contacted Rooter Town. They made an appointment to come the very same day, arrived promptly during the agreed upon arrival period, and handled the job fast. The service tech was friendly and professional, talked me through what he was doing, and was back out the door quickly with a fully functioning drain left behind him. For the bargain price of $95, you can't possibly complain. Thanks for the excellent service!

DO NOT USE! 4 years ago, they replaced my sewer line for $15,000 and didn’t grade it correctly. Now I’m trying to sell the house and there’s 30’ of standing water because of this. I’m losing money and this company doesn’t care that their work was not done correctly. I had young kids with sewer backing up into my house and I believe this company took advantage of me in time of need.

This company is awesome! Started with Customer Service, Diane, she was so friendly and very accommodating! Had an amazing crew, Tyler H and Austin A, to our house within an hour, on a FRIDAY night! Tyler and Austin fixed our issue immediately, gave us some great suggestions on maintaining our system and some very cost friendly services they offered, and we will have them back to the house for these other treatments. Great company! Very friendly, clean, and extremely customer service oriented. Thank you Diane, Tyler and Austin! Thank you Rooter Town Plumbers! No wonder you have several hundred 5 star reviews!!!

DO NOT go with Rooter Town. My husband and I recently had an issue with our main sewage line. We noticed our water heater drain was backing up, they came out and charged $540 just to scope our line. We proceeded to do so since we had no other option on a Sunday. They found more issues and told us it was going to be $5800 to blade and add clean outs to our system (which doesn’t fix the main problem). My husband and I ended up having to do it. So we had a portion of our yard dug up and clean outs added. The supervisor Austin came back to check and found “more issues” in our main line and told us it was going to cost an additional $21,000 just to re-line the pipe. We told him we needed to search around for other quotes (attitude immediately changed once he knew we were not going to go with his quote). My husband and I got three quotes, all averaging about 10,000 to fix and replace the entire line… also told us we got SCREWED. These companies never charged us to come scope out the damage. So now, my husband and I are out $7,000 for work that’s going to be torn out and fixed with whatever company we go with. These guys are charging ridiculous prices for terrible work and customer service. Do not use them.

Rooter Town is the best! Their customer service was great on the phone, even when I had to cancel and reschedule last minute. Our plumber Austin A. was awesome. He was very friendly and professional, and he knew exactly what had to be done to fix our burst pipe. He gave us a great deal and did it faster than expected. He is now our favorite go-to plumber! Highest recommendation!!!

I paid for a $95 drain cleaning. The technician lied to my face about a blockage that needed to be scoped. I agreed because I tend to trust tradespeople (big mistake) and paid nearly $300 for another tech to come out and scope, only to leave after 5 minutes saying there was no blockage. I called and complained and the owner reassured me I would be refunded for the extra scoping charge - which never happened. Absolute scammers.

Avoid!!
Rooter Town was called to give us an estimate on a shower leak and fixing a portion of our sewer line. They looked at the shower for about 5 minutes, couldn’t find any issue, and simply moved on. They told us they’d check it with a scope, but never bothered.
As for the sewer line itself, avoid this company at all costs! They were extremely pushy into trying to get us to use them right away, even though we told them we had other companies coming out for estimates. As soon as they were done with the scope, the man told us “Our line is effed” and that we need to do a total sewer line replacement. He never even bothered to show us the video so we could actually see that it was “effed”. Till this day, I haven’t seen a video even though they charge $150 for the service call. Anyway, they told us it would be $15k to fix it and nowhere else would offer us such a “good deal”. He went out to his truck, came back in 2 minutes later, and said he could do $13,500 instead. Again, he pushed that this is an incredible deal from a “family” company and nobody else could do the work they do.
We told both guys maybe 5 or 6 times we had other companies coming to do quotes and would reach out to them at a later time. You could tell the guy was frustrated, but I’m not going to drop $13.5k without any other quotes or without you showing us the actual sewer line video.
Good thing I shopped around too. Three other companies confirmed work would need to be done on our sewer, but only at the part where the line meets the main connection in the street - not the entire line. Three other companies quoted less than $5k AND showed us their video scope while explaining the process.
Pushy. Arrogant. Rude. Expensive. Avoid at all costs! -
Had to have drain line replacement done in yard. They didn't do a bad job, got it done, but had horrible communication during the process. I had to call to find out what the next step would be after the hole was dug and if they had finished laying the new drain. I had to call to find out when to expect them back. Wasn't told when inspection was scheduled for or if it passed or failed, I had to call to find that out too. Didn't contact me after work was complete to even see that I was satisfied with the job they did or if I had any concerns. Price was more than I think it should have been. We rushed and didn't think to shop around first ,I would recommend getting quotes elsewhere.
