This company is very shady and I do not recommend using them. We paid them $16k to install a brand new sewer line, which given their shady business practices - I’m now second guessing we even needed. When the crew showed up, we showed them the sprinkler line assuming they would easily go around it. Instead, they cut it and then put it back together (not because they had to, because it saved them a little bit of time..) - showing us what they did after the fact. When we turned on our sprinkler system later on, the pipe they cut came apart. When we called them to have them come back to fix it (or pay someone else to fix it), they acknowledged their crew screwed up because their policy is to not touch the sprinkler lines. But then said there was nothing they could do for us. What a joke.

I appreciated that they showed up on the night I called but I didn't appreciate the lack of effort they tried when they had to drain the main line. Gentlemen who came in worked on it for 15 minutes then said he couldn't assist us further and that we'd need to have his boss come in with a camera. I thought that was odd that they didn't have those on hand to be used for issues. Anyways, they made us pay $295 for the camera + $95 for them to come out to snake the drain upfront without them even doing much for them to take our money so quickly. Next guy comes over the next day and works on it for 10 minutes and just gives up with their snake too. Then tells us that we'd need to dig out the line and it'll cost $8000. We ended up calling someone else out and they were able to snake it within 10 minutes and we have no issues with the line like Rooter Town was telling us. Be aware when you're using Rooter Town. I'm truly dissatisfied with their effort to say the least. Went from $95 to almost $9k within 12 hours. We also never got to see the footage of the scope! I wish we never paid them upfront.

Truly horrible company. They are deceitful and they take no responsibility for the horrible work they do. They came diagnosed a crack in our sewer line in 2023. They came out to fix and and said the issue was fixed. Now, a year later I find out there is a low point in their repair that was not there in 2022 when I had a sewer scope and I was not informed of in 2023. Now there is a crack near the joint they installed, most likely due to the low point, that I was never informed of by Rootertown and they simply did the spot repair and will not warranty their work. An embarrassment of a company with zero integrity. Do not use them.

We had a clogged, very slow draining main line. We thought we need a rooter. These guys came out and were very nice. Said he was able to get through using a 3" blade, but it still wasn't draining. He mentioned not enough slope and it was stuck. The would need to scope it with a camera for $300 bucks. Next day they stick a camera in there and say they can't see anything and they can't jet it because it'll flood the house, they have to dig it out and replace it for $6,200.

I said I'll get other quotes and they came down to $4,800 instantly. They said they had a crew available. We agreed, and the crew was already at our house. I feel they knew what they wanted to do to get more money.

They then tried to sell us on a full replacement for another $18,000! And left a green spray paint mark on my stamped concrete patio to show me where they would need to dig to. I asked if it would come off and he said oh yeah, it doesn't.

They destroyed the line to our sprinkler control box, ripped out part of the sprinkler tubing, and they told my wife they don't think they hit anything.

They took out a section of fence, and put the pickets back up out of alignment with the rest of the fence.

They had a hole about 2' by 8' by 4' deep, but they did not use the sod they remove to put back. So i have a 8'x6' patch of dirt that is about 2" higher than my grass.

All of the people that came out were very nice. They told us they do not repair damaged landscaping. Overall i feel like i was taken advantage of big time. Never spend more than $1k on service if you don't know what it's worth.

I had a great experience with Chris Z at Rooter Town and will definitely use them again! He was prompt, wore booties on his shoes and a mask. He carefully explained everything that he was doing. It was obvious that he was well trained. The service was efficient from the scheduling to the service call. The pricing is very fair. I like to share good businesses and I am also adding them to the Next Door recommended list.

We called on Sunday morning with a plugged drain. Got scheduled for between 12-2 the same day. Zach was here at 11:30. Did his best to just unplug the drain but needed to be jetted to clear it out. Worked great and got a discount. Zach left with everything working great and cleaned everything up. He was so professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. Will use them again, no questions asked. Zach is a keeper.

My highest recommendation goes to Rooter Town Plumbing and Dave, the service technician. The receptionist was able to schedule a same-day appointment unlike many other companies I contacted. I received a phone call an hour or so later letting me know Dave would arrive in 25 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable and competent. Not only did he clean the kitchen drain, but wore face and shoe coverings, protected the hardwood floor and explained the process. His customer service skills are exceptional and he speaks highly of the company. It is refreshing to find such a great company and technician. 5 Star review to them both!!

Excellent service work and cleanup. Very efficient and professional. On a Thursday I received an estimate for removing, repairing, and replacing a cracked sewer line, which was thousands less than other companies. The work crew unloaded their equipment within minutes of my approval of the estimate. Sam and his crew began work Friday morning. Sam continually checked on the progress of the work and ran a camera scope when the repairs were complete. Since I didn't have an email Sam went above and beyond by completing forms and emailing them to my insurance adjuster, thank you Sam! My service was interrupted for only 2 hours! On Monday the work crew delivered equipment and supplies to complete the project after the city inspection including repairing my driveway and all was complete by 3:30pm. The work site was left spotless!! I am very thankful for this wonderful company, especially Sam and his amazing crew. I highly recommend Rooter Town!

We had a sewer pipe that needed repair. They did a good job fixing the problem. The problem I have with the whole deal is they broke a sprinkler line in the process. When I called to see if they would come fix it, the individual I spoke with treated me as if I didn’t understand English! My wife and I work full time and the work was done while we were at work. It cost right at $7000.00 to fix the pipe and to install two clean outs. There was a sprinkler head right on the edge of the hole they dug. They broke the line and backfilled the hole without taking the time to fix the broken line, nor did they tell us that the line had been broken. So when we turned on the sprinklers for the first time this year we e had a nice mud hole in our front yard! I was frustrated and I called Rooter town to see what we could do about getting the sprinkler line fixed! The individual that I talked to talked to me as if I were an idiot! Continually repeating himself and repeating the policy about not being responsible for landscaping or sprinklers. My issue was they knew they had broke the line and they neglected to pass that information along prior to back filling the hole. He would not acknowledge anything that I had said and I believe I hung up with the man still quoting the policy. It was a very frustrating phone call nothing got handled and we paid $7000 for the repair and they couldn’t even tell us about a broken sprinkler line that they were not responsible for as far as their policy goes, I will not use this company again not so much for the work but the way I was treated when I wasn’t exactly happy with some of it. Thank you.

When telling people about my experience with Rooter Town, banditry is the most politely phrased response.

We experiences a back up on Easter. Rooter Town was the only company who could make it out, that was amazing. The tech, Brett, who came out removed my toilet (come to find out $150 charge for <5 minutes work) and went to work. He got about 50' into a 100' line and said he was stuck and didn't want to go any further for fear of breaking the line (more on that later). He got his supervisor, Jordan, out for a scope of the line (another $250 dollars). The supervisor said the line was broken 60 feet out and they had to tear up my lawn and replace it, $6800.
I was a little suspicious at this point because I thought they should have run the whole line. And I found out my line was concrete, not the clay they insisted it was, so it was less likely to break than the clay one with their rooter.

My suspicions became paranoia when the supervisor said, "my boss said he'd knock $1,000 if you want to do it today". Then, while I was calling my insurance to make sure it was or wasn't covered he came back and asked me if there was anything we could do on the price to get it done today... I had had enough. I called two real plumbers the next day, they came out and both scoped my line for free (not the $250 dollars Rooter Town charged) and both said, the clog was at the connection to the city main, 95 feet out. And BOTH said, we have to try rooting the WHOLE line first because it may be a simple clog. They were unwilling to even consider tearing up ground before we tried everything we could.

The charlatans at Rooter Town essentially extorted $500 dollars from my, knew I didn't have plumbing, and suggested a $6800 fix that would not have worked. If I hadn't felt uncomfortable from Jordan's hard pitch sales tactics I'd have spent over 7k already and there would still be a problem.

It's folks like this that give tradesmen a bad name.

I would never trust one of their employees in my home again and you shouldn't either.

It took Rooter town only 90 minutes to take my call, dispatch a plumber, and fix my clogged line. They did it at the advertised price of $95 and the plumber (Nick) was friendly and very competent. I was expecting to get scammed, but this company was the real deal. Very happy customer, would hire again.

Jayce saved the day unclogged my tub. Sam put a whole new main line in! These guys are awesome!

Well I need to update this. Today my elderly mother called in because kitchen sink was leaking underneath. Called them out. Plumber said needs a new faucet. Cool$100 for a new faucet. $575 to INSTALL? She called me crying.
Needless to say, we didn’t use them. I went and purchased one and installed for her. Ladies , it’s easy, dont pay $600. Ogh and after a few years of giving them over $30,000 for work they-have done…. They just lost my business for this BS.

Called them at 10 am and they were out to my house by 11:00 am. CJ was efficient in recommending services based on my slow drain. He did recommend a jet service which I ended up accepting. Glad I did. He was very friendly, cleaned up the mess and left no trace but a clean drain! I'd definitely use their service again!

So grateful for Rooter Town’s excellent work after having an emergency late night sink backup in my apartment. They were able to come out first thing in the morning and arrived promptly at the beginning of the window I was given.

Jace was very professional, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. He ended up having to come out twice that day and didn’t even charge for the first visit, and he was fast and efficient in getting my sink up and running again, all for the advertised price of $95. Couldn’t recommend Rooter Town more!

Rooter Town tried to significantly overcharge us for a simple drain cleaning service after we contracted them to come and unclog a kitchen drain. They required a $95 payment upfront. After arrival the technician claimed he could not push through the clog. He claimed that the line was so completely clogged that my only options were to, either have the pipes replaced for "thousands of dollars", or pay for a $600 pressure jet procedure of the line. Not my first rodeo. I knew that the pressure jetting could cause permanent damage to our older plumbing if, in fact, there was a "complete" clog. I called another drain cleaning company and they were was able to clear the line with a snake without any problems.

I called management at Rooter Town, explained my beef, and asked about receiving a refund for the $95 advance payment. Very long story short, 2 emails, several phone calls, and two complaints to the BBB, and almost 2 months later I FINALLY received a refund.

Rooter Town, there is truly no excuse. You shouldn't be dishonest, and making it right shouldn't be this hard! One star only for the way you do business, but a second star for finally refunding my money.

I truly enjoy working with this company. When it comes to plumbing, I fear it all but Rooter Town/Mr. Rooter has made it so much easier. Their technicians are amazing and they have ALWAYS been on time or earlier before the window provided and provide the best service once on site. From the start at making the appointment to them leaving your house giving your pets all the snuggles, this is the only company I recommended. Jace has been out twice to my property now and each time I’m just in amazement with his and the company service.

I had a positive experience with Rooter Town. They offered a $95 drain cleaning and that is exactly what it cost, no extra fees.
The office staff was friendly and helpful. I got home early and they were able to move my appointment up, which I really appreciate. They also notified me with an accurate ETA before my guy arrived.

I've been using these guys for about 6 or 7 years now. Today they went out to one of my tenants's homes. Because she said the bathtub was clogged but it was not. She just had the stupid liver pulled to where it wouldn't drain. I asked him how much I owed him for said stupidity, and he said nothing. Now, that's a quality operation right there. Guy still spend time driving out there. Figuring out the problem didn't charge me anything. This is why I will be using these guys for the next 20 years.

Do not call them. Do not trust them. Do not pay them. We were returning customers. But never again. They completed a major repair of our kitchen and main sewer line. They charged us $24,000 dollars for the whole project and a 5 year warranty. The project started as a kitchen sink clog and the kitchen drain was their first point of contact.The project concluded with a kitchen line and main sewer line being repaired and replaced to "like a brand new house" from the kitchen drain to the end of our main sewer line. They inspected the entire line from the kitchen drain to the end of the sewer line and told us it was perfect. It has been only 3 years and their work is not holding up, I am still paying for the repair and the line is in need of repair again. They will respond with excuses that they didn't work on the kitchen sink, when the initial service was for clearing a clogged sink. The sink drain was their initial point of contact. When Rootertown inspects, repairs and replaces a line for $24,000 and say the whole line is as good as new, they are lying to your face. Finally, as I looked to file complaints with the state of Colorado, I saw their business license is expired. More signs of their shady business? I don't know? Don't call them. Don't trust them.

I was nervous to use them after reading some of the reviews here. I need to share that they were 100% honest about everything that was wrong with my current pipes. I am somewhat of a cynical person, so I did share the information with a long time family friend who is a plumber, and he validated everything they told me. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest but they aren’t the most expensive. Knowing that they told me the truth and didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need, I will use them again if the need ever arises.
