If you took all the wisdom of the pappaw's in orange aprons and paired it with a vast selection of well-priced plumbing supplies etc., that is Flink's. They make me feel competent.

I wish I could give Flink Supply Co. 10 stars and not just 5. I spent all day driving around the Denver area and ended up going to 7 different plumbing supply stores with no luck. I finally called Chris and he was the only one that could and would help me. He spent a great deal of time doing research to find the part I needed. Not an easy task since I didn’t even know the brand of faucet I was needing the part for. I was half way home when he texted me that he not only figured out what brand of faucet I had but also told me how I could order the part directly from a supplier. It was such a relief to know I could get the part and it was fun working with Chris. From now on I know to only go to Flink Supply.

I have on occasion had a very difficult plumbing project to deal with as a general contractor. Usually involving historic homes and the fittings they require. I am by no means a plumber but sometimes I need to facilitate a quick resolution to further a project. Every time I cannot find something I swing by and they are more that helpful and frequently full of humor. Great place for ANY and ALL plumbing needs.

Most supply houses feel cold and intimidating, but these guys will take the time to walk you through any issue you may have. Perfect location for contractors, and home owners alike. I am not a mechanic but I work on my own vehicles. When it comes to doing repairs, I've employed the same strategy for 20 years. There is one junk yard that is consistently brash, condescending, and dickish if you call without a complete understanding of the problem. I always start with a phone call to them and I fill the call with every dumb question I can possibly think of. As a rule, nothing is too dumb. Because the dumber they think I am, the more angry they get. And the more angry they are, the thicker the condescension and the more they will correct me during the call. Their poor service is so consistent that someday I may send them a Hallmark card that says: "I get it. You know a lot about cars." I usually use that phone call to learn the specialized vocabulary that I need to know to sound moderately educated on the topic before making the next call to a yard that I generally like dealing with. By the time I get to them, I've got the mechanic's vernacular in-hand to ask the right questions and get substantive answers. I've visited a mechanic three times in two decades, so the payoff on this strategy is pretty good.

Today I started plumbing in drain pipes for a new bathroom I am building. I am not a plumber. I know nothing about drains. I figured I would take the same approach and started with a supply house that I just happened by. I unexpectedly struck gold. Flink Supply Co. not only took the time to teach me what I needed to learn, but also helped me solve problems that they expected I would encounter during the job. My questions were elementary (and probably beyond obvious) to a master plumber, but a significant hill for me to climb in taking on the project. Good teachers are rare. They are even more rare (and valuable) on a sales staff. Recommended is an understatement. Flink is a diamond in the muddy coal strip of big box hardware and a lesson to anyone who fancies themselves a good salesperson.

These guys are the best. Really nice and they have great parts and knowledge. Always able to help point me in the right direction. If you are having a tough time finding the right plumbing repair parts throw the old one on the counter here they are quite likely to have it.

I was trying to fix a part for my water to heater to keep it going and trying to find part numbers that cross referenced for new/old parts was driving me insane. Alex took his time to call his distributor and find the part that would work for my water heater, had them put one on hold, and then helped me make the transaction over the phone so I could go directly there and get the part. I don't have a lot of experience in the plumbing world, but if I have questions or need parts, I will definitely contact them again. The customer service that I received was outstanding and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

Great service and great price on a new toilet! Price was 40% better than Home Depot. The advice I got from Jake was right on, saved lots of time and money! Best flushing toilet I've ever had - a Toto brand. They know their stuff!
