I’ve been coming to this store the last 3 years. They’re always reliable I only wish they were a little quicker at the counters. Sometimes you can spend an hour and a half waiting.

Called first to see if they had a part I needed for my plumber the next day. Said it was in-stock and quoted a price (sales rep said he was putting the pieces together to make what I needed). Told I was on my way (live about 35 mins away) and when I arrived, no one had it ready and then I was charged almost double what I was quoted 1 hr before. The attitude was "this is what the price is" and the sales rep that I spoke to on the phone didn't even come out. I asked about a garbage disposal, was told to that 1/2 HP would be sufficient. A rep brought one up and left it on the counter for me to check out with, and I found out it was only 1/3 HP. No explanations, other than the 1/2 HP was out of stock. The whole experience left me feeling like a bait and switch. So sad that people who've supposedly been in business for such a long time, don't appear to quote prices properly.

If I order a Kwik call order and the order taker messes it up...give the quick call people the ability to change it. Making me pull a ticket and wait in line and re order is the dumbest thing when y'all messed it up. Come on. I ordered kwik call to be quick not longer. Let's fix this process.

Rampart Supply is great plumbing wholesale company. They have an excellent staff from counter - kwik call - inside sales - heating - warehouse and delivery departments. The staff is always friendly - helpful and just a great group of people to work with!!

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and got all our plumbing fixtures from Rampart Supply. We went into the design center and the designer helped us make beautiful selections and best of all she helped us select things that were in stock, which helped our time line immensely. Come see Rampart Supply design center if you are building or remodeling your home you will be thankful that you did!

Rampart has the best pricing around in my opinion. They are fair with there prices and they have a lot more than other places. Always helpful and friendly

Fast and friendly service and competitive prices

This Rampart location is great for HVAC contractors, the ‘Kwik-call’ desk is super clutch and makes for an easy and quick process to get in and out on busy days. The “check-out” process through the glass doors just doesn’t make that much sense when you have your hands full and still have to pull up to the dock with larger items, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

The sales team is very knowledgeable. Got me exactly what I needed, I really appreciate their help. Saved the day. I highly recommend Rampart!

Rampart is a pleasure to deal with the staff is generally very knowledgeable about what they stock and if they don’t know the answer, they will either get the information needed or pass it on to the appropriate person. When I call into check stock, they get me the information I need fast and I appreciate that they are open on Saturdays till noon. My only complaint is I wish they had an option to check stock and order online when they are closed.

The heating guys are amazing. There staff is extremely knowledgeable. If you need boilers, pumps, tanks, fittings, and piping, and many parts. They have them. They know piping, pumps, recommendations, and are there for all boiler needs. Great customer service. As I reputable contractor they have 99% of the parts we need to get our jobs done.

Dylan is extremely helpful and knowlegeable and is always happy to help. Rampart should give Dylan a raise. Stan and Terry are also Great! I also appreciate Len's help.
