I am a General Contractor located in Florida but also hold a license in Tennessee and colorful Colorado. The showroom has a wide selection and is very well maintained and they have a very professional sales associate lacie. This review is in reference to the conduct and professionalism of the sales associate that assisted us which after the initial contact I avoided while she attempted to assist my good friend. Please keep an open mind when it comes to asking any questions on pricing when it comes to not using a local plumbing company. You will be schooled in the art that you as a contractor cannot purchase at a price that a plumbing contractor can and trust me your intelligence level will be snapped in half and grinded into the floor and then spat on with a scorn woman's intent. Maybe, just maybe this family owned and operated three store location can maybe implement a fundamentally sound way of training or maintaining a positive employee attitude for the most part while they represent you as a company. Once an employee develops an attitude like the one I dealt with today, it is time to rethink your career and maybe seek counseling. Buyer beware! Especially if your a General contractor! For quality customer service instead of dealing with this try finding a mobile plumbing showroom and meet for lunch a chick-filet! Owners seem to busy for you if they at not in your pocket! If you are reading this and disagree or think this is in some sort a way a joke of some fashion please feel free to contact me. I welcome any feedback in which you might have and can give you a full account of what happened in detail. I forgot to mention my attempted call to the Colorado Springs office. Lacie was again a very professional associate and represented herself and the company in the best way. She is not the associate that this review was written and if I had an ability other then this avenue I would write her a 5 star review.

Great wholesaler. They always seem to have at least 10 of everything you could need for plumbing in stock. And in the rare case they don't they are knowledgeable and can help figure out another way to get something that will work or custom order it for you.

I went in and returned a few parts my plumber over ordered originally I was told it would take a week which is normal to get accredited or get a check but the manager Kyle was awesome and did a great job at helping me I really appreciate everything they've done for me they have my business from here on out

Certainly has a lot of plumbing supplies but doesnt seem to care for questions about plumping problems. And definitely NOT military friendly. At least that was my experience. Others may find it more to their liking but I have to rate this one a bust. Gets 2* from me. Old stale popcorn but at least it was free

Lacie is a great showroom sales person, she's always helpful and very profeessional. I recommend Rampart Supply as well and all of the employees. They are our go-to supply house.

Just my honest experience - the showroom is great, wonderful selection. However, service is lacking and I was ghosted after trying to get pricing despite many emails and calls.

This place its the best in all Colorado. Their customer service is superior, to any other plumbing wise. Their personal are the most kind, friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a plumbing project, this is the place to go.

We wanted to update or shower fixtures but unfortunately the original fixtures are over 20 years old. After visiting 4 box stores, 4 hardware stores, and 2 other distributers I had no solution. Having almost given up, I called the Showroom as a last effort. Ashley jumped right in from the start and after reaching out to her manufacturer rep, had the perfect solution, with options!
To be honest, I thought with the parts options and quick-ship ordering this was going to turn bad. It did not! Ashley was a renovation, and sanity, savior!

Ashlie helped us pick out the fixtures for our master bath remodel and all needed equipment for a steam shower. Throughout the remodel there were constant unexpected surprise needs for plumbing. Ashlie was always ready to help us get the parts needed quickly and was very responsive throughout the project. Ashlie made this aspect of our remodel stress free and will be the first person we call when we remodel our kitchen.
