First words out of the mouth of Joe, Rampart Inside Sales Rep, when I first met him — literally the first words — “didn’t I already tell you you can’t shop here? You need your plumber.”

33% of my interactions at Rampart were stellar; that’s one of three. First time I called and third I stopped in — both interactions with Joe. Rampart in Colorado Springs welcomed me; Ferguson suggested Rampart is where I should check and they’d help me; the manufacture recommended Rampart — all surprised this Rampart refused me.

Best experience was with Chris. Travis was a great help too. Chris in particular saw the care and effort I put into my project before walking in — the model part I needed was not available but Chris, with his extensive plumbing experience, offered a comparable model and overall adjusted my plans slightly to be more effective. I thought Rampart would be my preferred Plumbing store; it won’t be. And I’ll likely ask the plumber on my next project to buy elsewhere.

At Rampart there’s a 66% chance I’m told I’m not welcome. How’s that after you decided to take a controlled project to focus on understanding the plumbing in my house?

I get that Rampart is usually only wholesale but will still help out homeowners. I appreciate that because specific products just don’t exist at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Just be consistent and don’t sometimes make a diligent homeowner who’s repairing his home feel unwelcome and like I’m about to be thrown out because I’m not a card-holding member.

I have been using Rampart for plumbing supplies as long as I have been in Property Management! Since I've come to Denver Rusty Stevenson has always been right there! He is quick with his response time while getting us pricing and seeing if supplies are in stock! I highly recommend going to Rampart! Their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is awesome!

Used Rampart for years. Terry, Mack, Joe, Stan, Adam, Ron, Mike, Kenny, Travis, Rhonda and everyone else there (sorry if I forgot a name of someone we work with regularly), have all been so helpful every time I call. These guys are all the best. We are happy that we have them as friends and as a resource for our work. Couldn't recommend Rampart enough. I wanted to update and add Brian at the Quik Call Counter. Everyone here is great and knows their stuff.

Dylan is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They always have whatever I need in stock. They will jump through hoops to get you what you need even if it needs to be delivered to you on site. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received here. I get the feeling most people shopping here are pros. I'm just a DIYer and was looking for some parts to fix an older faucet at my house. Other supply houses pretty much told me to get lost but Travis took about a half hour of his time, made multiple phone calls and spoke with multiple people in the shop about my issue. He did find the part through an American Standard representative but it was pretty expensive and would've been cheaper just to install a new faucet. He helped me think outside the box a bit and we decided to try to make some different supply lines work and he even gave me some tips on installing them. Everything went perfectly when I got home and I couldn't be happier that I didn't just have to scrap my old faucet and get a new one. I almost felt bad that I only spent $6 and took up so much of their time but they've definitely got a customer for life now!

The Rampart team and specifically Art Harrison is not only super knowledgeable and honest in their product assessments, but work well within budgets and their prices are on point. Their customer service and communication is great and they have helped us with plumping and a lot of post order support for an entire house renovation. I can’t recommend them enough! They truly care about the customers and earning return business.

This is by far the best wholesale company in Denver. Easton, Mike H, Mike, Ashlee, John and Phil at the Counter are all very knowledgeable. When I'm in a hurry Kwik Call is very efficient

5 star for people who works here. Location is horrible. When you need to back in somebody has to stop 2 way traffic , very dangerous area. After you back to dot your tractor blocks road . They need a warehouse with yard.

I called looking for a specific hot water heater. Chris Rae went above & beyond to help me find it. He placed it on hold for us to pick up in the morning and added the additional part we needed. EXCELLENT customer experience. I highly recommend Chris. He is all about customer first approach.

The counter and office staff are wonderful. In the midst of the company's 50th Anniversary celebration the went out of their way to help us get the sink and accessories we needed, even though the show room and staff were closed. Outstanding service!!

Overall The Best plumbing supply house. Showroom is Excellent for homeowners by appointment, but they should stick to box stores if they're doing a diy project/repair.

Best wholesale plumbing supply in Denver the guys at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable inside sales work hard to get materials at the best price and delivered on time, if you ever have an issue the manager Mark always has a open door. Thanks Rampart
