Alex at Flink Supply Co, was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I needed a bigger coupling for our gas dryer. I gave Alex the part that was too small as comparison. I also showed him pictures and text messages of the part I was looking for. Alex was able to find the correct part I needed. I have been to Flink Supply Co. twice and each time, they had what I needed.

This place is a gem, incredibly lucky to have found them. 4:00 on a Tuesday night I raced across town with broken antique faucet. Jake found the right part immediately. So much better than a big box store. Please support this independent Denver treasure.

I needed to replace my shower handles in an old tub but didn't know who made them. After trying several "universal fit" handles from the big box store that didn't fit, I was referred to this wonderful family owned plumbing supply store. Marcus looked at what I needed, found the right parts and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Since I'm not a real "handyman", I appreciate when someone can help me out. I am so happy with my experience at Flink and will be going here for any of my future plumbing needs. I bought a countertop dishwasher whose adapter didn’t fit my faucet. I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and bought several adapters on the recommendations of staff which didn’t work. I was recommended to go to Flink. I did and, unfortunately, they weren’t able to find an adapter that would work. I was recommended to replace my faucet and come back and they could find an adapter that would work (my faucet was very old and not standard). I did and came back. They found an adapter that would work and I was finally able to use my dishwasher! Everyone I spoke with or who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome for all your Milwaukee needs too notch seller. Every six months they have a blow out special on all Milwaukee tools accompanied with food truck’s galore.

They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They do NOT talk down to you if you have questions (like most supply houses). I ordered a specialty part (commercial sink drain) that was 15% less than Bell Plumbing- without having a commercial account at either one. These guys are great. They made a lifelong customer with me.

These guys are incredible. As soon as you walk in someone is there to help and they likely know immediately who is the manufacturer of the part that you need replaced and whether they have it in stock. Even for the very obscure parts, if it is not in stock they come up with a workaroud that will work. Highly recommended. Great Prices. Exceptional customer service.

Awesome. I pulled in to their parking lot and called in and Jake answered with a helpful tone. He quickly offered to come put and discuss my issue. He was explanatory, super-helpful and addressed my issue in 5 minutes.

These guys had the parts no one else in town seemed to have (needed a crazy old reducer for for a claw foot tub to shower conversion), they were fast, efficient, affordable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with.

I called to ask how much black pipe was selling by the foot, and explained that I wanted two 5 foot sections for pipe clamps. Josh told me that it was $3.50 a foot, which would be approximately $35.00, plus tax, and that he would be willing to cut a 10 foot section in two for me. (Only one end needed to be threaded so that was genius). Great customer service!

My new go to for my plumbing needs. They have the whole assembly but we were able to replace just a part of it, which saved me money

These guys are fantastic. They are always willing to answer questions and ask questions about the project to make sure you are getting the right parts you need. Bought a new pump today and they gave me better directions than what came in the box and helped me understand how to use it properly. They are patient and make you feel comfortable getting the right stuff. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

What an unexpected awesome experience! I called Flink because of the reviews, to compare against online prices. I emailed Jake a list of what I needed and asked for his price on one thing, just so I could compare. Jake emailed me back with his prices on all of the items even though I only asked him to price one. Most if not all the prices were on par or better than what I found online, I was sold! I went into the store, which is located in an industrial area of town and seemed to be a place that tradespeople buy from rather than the public (felt a little out of place to be honest). I walked in not expecting much and was treated with a level of professionalism, respect and kindness rarely seen. Who knew buying plumbing supplies could be such an awesome experience! AND on top of that to get GREAT prices blows my mind. I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this place. Forever a customer. Thanks Jake!

If you're a homeowner doing some light plumbing work yourself, they will treat you as respectfully as if you were a pro. Plus all the contractors who go here are pretty friendly too, and you might get some helpful tips. Go to Flink and don't waste your time anywhere else.

Flink Supply had the part I needed when no one else did. Wish I had known this before I had gone to the other 3 places. I am grateful that I was referred to them. They carry the import parts I needed for our bathtub faucet. And they gave me great service as well.

I wanted to upgrade my shower fixtures to a different finish but was told by a plumber I couldn't do it without cutting into the wall, or finding a supplier with older parts for my specific brand. After calling around I was directed to Fink. They were amazing! I spoke with Jake who let me text him pictures of my current set up to save me the time of driving around tracking down parts. He was extremely responsive and so knowledgeable! He let me know what options I would have if I wanted to make the changes and confirmed that they had the part in stock I would need if I didn't want to do the full replacement. Truly, this was the best experience I've had working with a company like this!

Flink is easily the best stocked lowest price place for plumbing supplies in Denver. Also the best customer service you will find in just about any place around. I’ve now had several times where I need a somewhat more rare part and no one else in town has it and I call them and dudes like “yeah we have 12 of them”. The staff is also super knowledgeable and friendly. If all that isn’t enough for you, their prices are super cheap compared to big box companies. The same part I was looking for was $200 from Grainger and it was going to take a week to get it. I walked out of Flink’s door with the part the same day for $120 after tax…. I wish there were more locally owned specialty stores like this for other industries. Top notch.
