Greg and his team were absolute lifesavers! After enduring two failed attempts by a well-advertised "fancy truck" HVAC/plumbing service to fix a simple drain clog, I was at my wit's end. Not only did these fancy truck guys bombard me with unnecessary quotes for extensive repairs, including replacing the entire drain stack, but their sales pitch was pushy and left me feeling misled.

Enter Good Plumbing. They swiftly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be remarkably simple, and provided a solution at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by the fancy truck company. Their fair pricing was a breath of fresh air. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also followed up with a courtesy call to ensure my satisfaction and reassured me of their availability should any issues arise in the future.

Needless to say, I've found my go-to plumbing team. Greg and his crew have earned my trust, and I won't hesitate to call on them for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommended!

We have several issues with this company but I will focus on the larger ones for this review. The plumber, Carlos, quoted us $120 an hour and gave us a time window of when they would arrive. After arriving an hour and a half outside of that time window they spent a lot of time sitting in the van outside our house. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally approached the van that was parked in front of my driveway and the plumber had me wait while he was on the phone. Finally, the plumber came in to fix a clogged shower and a leaky sink. The quality of work was average with some small problems but was done within 45 minutes. The plumber had to come back the next day because of a missing part. The next day the plumber arrived 2 hours after the time window set and took 10 minutes to replace the part on the sink. We received the invoice after and the plumber charged us for 5 hours worth of work. The plumber was charging us for the drive time and the time taken to fix the sink which was reasonable and came out to about 2 hours of time. The remaining three hours were partially fabricated and partially from the time spent sitting outside of the house. The plumber also bumped our prices from the quoted $120 to $175 because it was “after hours.” I asked when after hours started and he told me a time outside of the set time window. We were being charged an extra $55 an hour because the plumber showed up well after the established time window that he set. This price increase was also not mentioned until after the work was done. In addition to these major problems some others include rude comments and unprofessional behavior. We will not be using this company again and warn others to tread lightly when scheduling a time window as they are sure to be late and charge extra for it.

I have used this company for years. They are kind, friendly and do a great job at a VERY reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them!

Chatted with Greg about the issue. Aspen drove all the way to Littleton to give a second then opinion for my elderly mom's who was having basement flooding issues. The first well known company provided images of a broken line and an open-ended quote starting at $5000 to jackhammer out the floor and replace the pipe. Aspen scoped the line and there was no pipe leak! Cleaned out the small clog that was causing water backup and flooding out of one of the drains. He even cleaned out all the lines to the street. Charged my mom nothing for the service and saved her from being ripped off for $5,000 to $20,000! Amazing! If you want hard working, honest plumbing experts, these are the people to call.

Highly recommend this company and, specifically, Aaron. They squeezed us in their busy schedule after a pipe broke and forced us to turn off the main water supply to our house. Aaron was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Better yet, they were fairly priced. Will definitely continue to use Good Plumbing!

I had Good Plumbing out to troubleshoot a leak in my basement ceiling. It turned-out to be from the dishwasher on the floor above.
The tech said I needed to call an appliance repair company and did not charge me for the visit.

But, what proved very helpful was that he removed the kick-plate ( ? ) from the bottom of the dishwasher and took a short video of what was leaking from the dishwasher and texted me the video.

When I called the appliance repair person, he asked me to text the video. He then texted back that he knew what the problem was and would be out with the part. Pretty nifty. Thank-you, Good Plumbing.

They did a great job on my pluming for kitchen remodel and reconfiguring. They cleaned up their work area meticulously when complete. They were responsive and showed up on time. Passed city inspection on the first try. Good prices too.

Honest, good plumbing service! These guys are trustworthy and even followed up on their service because we had had a particularly difficult to solve issue. Highly recommend these guys!

Not sure where to start. Just got a bill from April even though I tried to pay the bill then and never got a call back. Then the bill was over what I was quoted where I was told that they charge for drive time and was not told this when I got the quote.

If you want your bill paid fine but don’t wait almost half a year especially when the client has called to try and pay it.

Service was fine. They fixed one drain I ended up needing to do more work on the other but it’s whatever at this point. I would recommend not using them due to bad communication and hidden fees.

This company has helped me on two occasions. I am thrilled with their responsiveness, their staff, especially Aspen, and their ability to solve plumbing problems that others cannot. I would heartily recommend Good Plumbing!!!

Amazing experience with Good Plumbing. We were quoted $1500 and $17000 from 2 other plumbers. After talking to Greg he thought all we needed was a good cleaning. Aspen was so amazing and knowledgeable. He felt bad even charging us because the fix was so simple! Will definitely call Good Plumbing for future needs.

VERY poor experience with a repipe job for multiple reasons:
1. They improperly installed a PEX fitting which was leaking and the plumber tried to cover it up by putting a hose clamp over it. Thank god we discovered this before drywall.
2. They failed to check and turn on all of the related plumbing after the job. The water heater was not turned back on.
3. They did not properly demo the drywall and increased the cost of drywall repair.
4. They did not provide payment instruction and sent the bill to another address. Once it finally made its way to me, I called them to find out how to make payment. Sent a check via mail the same day, then received a notice from the state two days later stating they had filed a mechanics lien. So now I have to figure out how deal with a lien because of their lack of process.

This is an unbelievably amateur operation. I recommend that you stay far, far away.

Good Plumbing did an excellent job for us! We had a basement shower with a dysfunctional drain. Greg, the owner, came out to assess and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate for significant work (e.g., concrete removal) -- not a quick fix. Little did we know how complex the problem would be because of mistakes made in the original installation of the bathroom and then a more recent botched shower installation. Carlos and Ben found three structural problems needing repair/replacement. We now have a fully functioning shower/plumbing system in our basement. I would highly recommend this company.

I've been plumbing over 30 years and along the way have met a handful of great vendors, Brian J. Has been one of them. He's always willing to help me with materials on tight schedules and never has he once let me down. I truly appreciate it guys.
