After expecting they would have to replace a pump, I got a call saying all it needed was a cleaning, and for hundreds less it was good as new. Being out of town at the time they could have just as easily done the more expensive job, I've found my plumbers, good honest service.

Nacho was our plumber that saved the day!! He was amazing, efficient, professional and courteous. I can't say enough nice things about how pleasent our experience was! I highly recommend!!!

Warning: Do Not Use This Company!

They sent a guy to fix a dripping faucet. The parts he used cost $25.00. They wanted me to pay $250.00, after I said I will pay a fair price, they got mad and put a lien on my property!!
Now they want me to pay $262.50 for a dripping Faucet!

Do Not Use this Company! They are FRAUD!

I have used Good Plumbing multiple times and recommend them. They are responsive, seem to do good work, and their plumbers are nice, courteous and explain what the issues are and how they can be fixed.

We have used them a few times and work was done but we found them to be pretty expensive compared to other plumbers. Also, the last time they left debris from a hose bibb replacement just laying in the bushes and ground where our kids could step on them. Apparently we were a few days late paying our bill (we confirmed with the bank the payment was made and funds left our account.... $325 to replace an outside hose bibb....) and we got the following notice. Our family if 4 had covid in the end of may and early june, so we were a couple weeks late. However we had no calls or reminders.... guess they won't be getting any additional business from us as it was easier for them to write a nasty note rather than make a phone call. Some small businesses still really don't get it... there are many other options and now they have lost potentially thousands to tens of thousands of lost business and referrals because on a poor decision and lazy receptionist....

Water was coming up out of both basement drains (shower, kitchen). Super-prompt service by a very knowledgable tech. He immediately identified the problem _and_ that the landlord had finished over the cleanouts. He explained that he would have to drag his machine down the wood (finished) steps, pull out a toilet, etc. - after calling dispatch to see if they had the people & tools available to go through the roof vent (which they did not at that moment), they gave me a phone number of a competitor. That they even got someone to our home so quickly (< 45 minutes from first-contact on a Monday morning) was amazing - it was _very_ reasonable that they did not have what we needed on-the-spot. And then to give us a competitor's number and also not charge me a penny... wow! The integrity of this company could not be any higher!! I will definitely call them the next time we have any plumbing issues/needs!! Could not be more impressed with these folks!

We needed a leak checked in our crawl space so we called this little plumbing place down the road and got a quote. Turns out it was Good Plumbing. Greg came out, identified and fixed the problem, which was a bit worse than we thought, yet he stuck with the original quote. I am surprised and grateful to find a company that says what they can do, then actually do what they say they will do at their quoted price. WOW! Honor in business quality is a rarity these days, so if your looking for an ethical and skilled plumber, your search is done!

I had Good Plumbing come out to home to fix a sink faucet that no longer had hot water. Sean came out and fixed it quickly with no problems! He was polite and made sure to show me what he doing so I understood the issue.

Excellent first experience with this company. Nacho installed a new toilet and water lines in a professional, personable, and efficient manner. The toilet and materials were ordered ahead by office staff and were exactly as specified. The phone estimate was precise. Will definitely use this company again for plumbing services.

We use Good Plumbing every time we have a problem. Today, we had some water coming out of the floor drains. They had a plumber over in 20 minutes and it was fixed right away. We never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. They are a great company with great staff.

Can't say enough about how great this company is! Their customer service is top notch and are always willing to help when you call. They re-piped our entire house a year ago at a very affordable price. Just recently we discovered an issue with missing shut off valves to the shower. Chad came right out and installed new ones immediately - he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He did it with a smile and generosity. Seriously, I wouldn't look anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

Today I had an amazing pay-it-forward experience that I want to share here. I heard what sounded like running water and a dripping sound in my house. After further investigation, I discovered a major water leak in my crawl space. After several trips to Home Depot and multiple hours working with my neighbor to resolve it, I almost threw in the towel. After a final trip to the hardware store to get more parts and advice, I met a fellow named Jake from Good Plumbing Service. He talked me through how to fix it, and then offered to come fix it for me!! In less than 5 minutes, he fixed what my neighbor and I struggled with most of the day and did it for an amazingly reasonable price! If you are looking for a plumbing service that does great work and isn’t looking to take advantage of you, give these folks a call. I know you’ll be glad you did!

Can't speak highly enough about Good Plumbing and the man I worked with, Chris. I called them around 8:30am about a burst pipe and they were at my door maybe an hour later. Chris was extremely polite, walked me through everything he was doing, gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening again, and had an unbeatable price for the work. Chris also spoke very highly of his boss, Greg, and you can tell this is truly an excellent company. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs in their service area.

I had work done by this company a little over a year ago and would not recommend them. While the plumber did excellent work and was extremely nice, the office staff were incredibly rude, and their material prices are outrageously inflated. If you must use their services, I suggest supplying your own materials to avoid excessive charges. I've attached my materials invoice for reference.

When I questioned the charges, I was immediately met with hostility and received rude voicemails from Brenda, condescendingly saying she 'would appreciate getting paid,' as if I had delayed payment for weeks. This was just a day or two after I received the invoice, and I was simply asking for clarification. She even pretended to be doing me a favor by giving me a 'discount' on the materials—the $700 charge was supposedly a discount from $1,000. So, gaslighting made an appearance as well!

And from what I’ve seen in other reviews, if you try to question things further, they’ll just threaten to put a lien on your property. The whole experience was bananas—unprofessional and frustrating. I’m truly shocked they're still in business.

I am mystified by the negative reviews I've seen about Good Plumbing as my experience was nothing short of incredible in the best way possible. When Aspen tried & failed to rectify my problem the simplest, most cost effective way, he called in a colleague (Taco) and together they got the job done correctly. They were professional, polite, proficient, friendly and more interested in solving my problem than making money. They are forever my "go-to" plumbers and I highly recommend them to everyone. Talk about a true gem in the community. EXTREMELY trustworthy, and honest. I had Greg (the owner of Good for over 40 years) come out to the house to fix our dishwasher line. Once he fixed it, i mentioned that my toilet won't stop running, so he took the time to explain the issue, had me take a video of him explaining the process, and did that free of charge to save me time and money to prevent hiring a plumber to do it for me.

Couldn't be nicer, I will never use another service as long as I live in Denver!

Good Plumbing is my go-to plumbing service! They have excellent workers and are very knowledgeable. I had completely remodeled the bathroom in my basement and had the main stack replaced along with all the water lines. They finished the job with ease and passed the city inspection without a problem.

Their prices are great for the quality of work. I've had them come for other fixes around the house, and they always give a fair price and are efficient completing the job.

Had Greg (owner) and Aspen come out for two different projects/issues. Both seemed super knowledgeable, kind, and willing to walk me through the issues. Prices seemed reasonable. Paying them is a bit antiquated as they send you a paper bill in the mail and ask for a check (you can pay over the phone with 2% credit card charge too). I thought this was more comical than a true issue though.

We love Good Plumbing! We hired them for a number of projects in our 1950s home over the last 4 years and will continue to use them in the future for any needs. They are quickly available, affordable, and they will stand by their work.
