At home he dispelled the myth that another company gave me. The competition told me I would have to break up and dig out my foundation of my home to correct a backed up drain. They were, "afraid" that pushing a snake down my galvanized steel pipe would cause a puncture. Matt took a look for 10 minutes, located the runout that was conveniently located 1 foot from where they were pointing to break up my foundation, and cleared the drain in 10 minutes.
