After going to Ace, Home Depot, and a competitor of theirs which I was thankful for the recommendation of Park Supply. The counter people were knowledgeable and immediately found the valve I was looking and helped with installation of the valve. If it is hard to find these are the guys.

Park Supply is amazing. Everyone that works there has always been very respectful and helpful!! Robert, Eric, and Charles are my go to guys. If they dont have a stem..... and 95 percent of the time they do, they will order it or accomidate you with another plan. Thank you to my favorite supply house!!!

Park Supply is a source professional plumbers and maintenance technicians can count on to have or order the parts they need to get the job done. Robert and the staff at Park Supply are very experienced. I've been getting parts from them for 24 years. They are one of the top places licensed plumbers and drain & maintenance technicians use for parts in the Denver metro area. Smart homeowners also use Park Supply. It might help to take pictures or bring the old part in with you.

If you are walk in who does not have an account set up and expect them to read your mind that you have the 'health condition' known as entitled white female (Skyler Collins, I'm talking to you) maybe this place is not for you. Perhaps you can find a store with all female staff that can read your mind...maybe they are witches who can send woodland animals to fix your plumbing problems for you since you live on fantasy island.

Was having trouble finding a very small gasket and was referred by a gentleman at Ace to check out Park Plumbing supply. The lady who help me was extremely nice and found the tiny gasket in less than a minute. Great service and very affordable. Thanks Park!

Management is absolutely AWFUL!
You have so many choices to look into for more than just your plumbing needs. Make a one stop shop at a supplier that can actually suit more than just one need. Don't question the decisions of management, wait on second thought if you don't questions you'll find yourself having to return back multiple times due to the fact your more than likely didn't get what you needed. PLEASE, don't place the blame on the front desk men, their only being guided by management that spend next to no time learning new products.

It may seem like they have a large selection, however this is just a farce. You'll find yourself having to call around town to the right wholesale dealer, or having to wait weeks to have the parts you need delivered?

Why limit yourself to a select few products when you can find everything from HVAC, Plumbing and much more under one Roof. Having been a former employee at this poor excuse of a company that's "Employee Owned" lol it's laughable that this type of poor management is in place and still treading water without moving forward and content staying in one place.

Do a little look see online and you will find many and I mean many more knowledgeable managers than you will ever find at this place. I mean employees who are not even in Management know much more that the one in charge so that says a lot about how much effort management puts into learning their own products.

Next time visiting this wholesaler, go to someone that doesn't have a management title!

if i could give no stars i would. first of all, when i originally called to make sure they have the proper parts for what i need, the gentleman on the phone acted like i was inconveniencing him and was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. then, i came in for a replacement part for my toilet, i brought a picture of the toilet, the parts inside the upper deck, and model and serial numbers for the part i need. without looking up any parts on the computer, BOTH men working at the front desk went into the back and grabbed a "conversion kit" and assured me that this was the part i needed. the older gentlemen told the younger gentlemen that it doesn't matter what model the pressure assist is, this is what i need and they all work the same. I asked MULTIPLE times if this will fit my manufacture and model number and they once again assured me that this is what i need. after driving and hour back to my shop, its not even made for the same manufacture and is no where close to what i needed. after calling into the shop and letting them know of their mistake, the man on the phone began getting hostile with me and repeating i don't know what you want me to do about it just bring it in and refuses to get the right part out to me. needless to say, after driving and hour back, i will never be referring anyone or ever returning to this supply house after i got my money refunded. I would rather drive another 45 minutes to south denver to go to a competent supply house then to ever deal with these guys again. very rude and unprofessional.

I used the parts identification number and I was met with an unprofessional individual. They do not actually offer help or guidance, they just want a paycheck. Upon finding out that I am not an account holder, the replies magically stopped. Emojis in every text, no information was shared, it was a waste of time. They quoted me for a part, did not give me any other information, just "give me money", did not ask for additional information about the part or project, just felt like they threw out the first idea that popped into their head. I've been working on a project that I'm unfamiliar with and just needed some help. No help is given here! If you need REAL INFORMTION (that would actually help), I recommend Noel's Plumbing Supply. SPS sucks compared to the actual guidance and care I received from Noel's. Thank you Noel's for having my back when I needed it.
SPS deserves a half star, the unprofessionalism was shocking.
