Poor customer service I waited to be helped while the gentleman was helping someone else I waited about 10 min then someone walks in the front door and the gentleman came out of the back room and didn’t even ask who was next in line he just started waiting on them I stood there for a minute and ask if maybe I was in the wrong line and they looked at me like I was crazy being I was the only one I guess are company needs to find a new plumbing supplier

Best plumbing supply for hard to find parts

I went to two different plumbing supply stores looking for a part I needed and the second one sent me here and they had the part I needed and were very friendly.

Park Supply always has what ever you need. If it's a part that isn't made anymore they'll have it. Love getting supplies from them!

Do not do business with this company! You can only return things if they decide they want you as an account holder. They knew when I made the purchase I wasn't sure it was the right thing and they let me buy it and didn't say anything about their return policy!!!!!!

Oh man I love this place , I had a heck of a time finding a diverter valve from the 80's they had it . No one else did ,their guy took one look at it and said I got it. Whew!! Thanks again for providing such a great resource for the workin man..✌️✌️✌️

I went to this store on the recommendation of a friendly employee of Ferguson to find a part for a very old shower faucet. I waited in line and was then told that they would help all account customers before helping me. No apology for my inconvenience. I have a health condition that makes standing still on a cement floor (while everyone else goes before me) very painful. I am female, and everyone else in the store was male.
