Bonnie and Lukasz are wonderful - they are the gold standard of customer experience.

Bonnie helped me pick out all of my kitchen and bathroom items, fixtures, and accessories. What sets Bonnie apart is she has incredible product knowledge, an eye for design, and can come up with creative solutions to meet functionality needs. My home has elevated design and better functionality because of her expertise. Also, I tend to ask a lot questions and Bonnie was happy to meet with me 1:1 many times so that I could be 100% confident on what I was purchasing.

Lucasz helped me pick out door and appliance hardware - his product and technical knowledge is incredible. As a client, he had my best interests in mind. For example, when considering installing an electronic front door lock, he walked me through all the options and construction things to consider so that I could make an informed decision on what I would like to do.

Bonnie and Lukasz provided great post-sales support. My contractor had hired a horrible plumber that couldn't install my plumbing fixtures (that I bought from Ultra) correctly. I called Bonnie and she recommended a quality plumber and when the original plumber was giving me a hard time about installing the fixtures, Lukasz talked with me on the phone and via email, helping me understand how to properly install the plumbing fixtures. Bonnie and Lukasz made me feel supported during an otherwise frustrating situation.

Bonnie at Ultra has always been lovely to work with. She is detail oriented and always diligent. It has been so beneficial to work with someone who understands all the ins and outs of plumbing yet also has a good sense of design.

Travis at Ultra Design Center was fantastic. We highly recommend contacting him and scheduling an appointment asap. On our first visit, he helped narrow our search of bathroom fixtures to the perfect selections, taking into account style, finish, quality, and cost. He has extensive knowledge of the many product lines.

He was responsive and thorough with all of our questions and changes. When we ran into a renovation mistake that was not his doing, he was willing to take the time to help us problem solve a solution that very day.

We were very happy with Ultra Design Center but especially Travis!

We have just re-modeled 3 bathrooms. Travis Bland at Ultra Design Center in Denver helped us pick out the perfect pieces to complete all the bathrooms. After listening to our personal preferences, he showed us a selection of items from sinks and faucets to shower heads and handles to a "soak your whole body" bathtub! We love the new look in our home. Also, we received customer service after the project as we explored other changes we might like in our home. Travis has responded in a timely manner and with great suggestions. We could not be happier. Travis will definitely hear from us for our next project!

My lighting has been received and installed and I’m very pleased.
