Very friendly and a lot of knowledge in this shop

They are the best supply house in town. They give awesome customer service and are always very knowledgeable. Garrett in particular always takes care of me.

They have many many products. And the people at the desk are very helpful. However if you're sad or depressed don't go in there. They do not offer a cheerful grin or much hopeful personality. It's sort of has a feel from the movie Dawn of the Dead.

Tony And Brian are always helpful and ready with solutions.

Many relationships and life long friend ships along the way that stand out. When we formed our first showroom Gary S introduced me to Pete at the Quebec branch around 1982, as that was their first showroom and Pete on a couple of occasions shared his insights.

Today we still enjoy working with GT Sanders and can't say enough about how well Mike and his team at this branch takes care of us. Always on top of it! I know the Sanders family can be proud of how well their clients are taken care of and made to feel appreciated.

I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. My family and I are now very happy to not have anymore water dripping on the floor and we're enjoying our new bidet! Thanks Brook and Brian for all your help!

Super great service and fair pricing

This business is clearly not customer service oriented. I came in with a part in hand, trying to find a replacement without even looking or making an effort to do so the person who i approached said they don’t carry that and referred me to go somewhere else.

Initially came in to try and find a replacement part for a plumber to install. Once I showed the photo of what I was working on, I worked with Brian Johnson, he reassured me I could tackle this project myself. He not only made the appropriate recommendations for me to update both valves (for my washing machine) since I have an older home, but knew where the best value was. He walked me through every step of the install and even went above and beyond to allow me to borrow a couple tools to execute. Truly the friendly neighbor experience and support. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area for advice, proper tools and products for any plumbing needs. Definitely look for Brian - so knowledgeable and friendly! Was very proud to come back and show him the photos of the project and return the tools.

After countless trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot where you can’t find anyone to help, this was an unexpected gem of a surprise. Tell them your (plumbing) problems, and they bring out every single piece you need and recommend the best value based on your situation. Absolutely blew our minds in today’s world, and I can’t imagine how much we saved by avoiding calling a plumber.

Went to a second location before we found what we needed. A guy at the first thought they didn't stock a super common plumbing part and at the second, we had to stop one guy from bringing back parts because each time he returned from the warehouse he had a part that was more different from ours than the last. Finally, one guy was able to get us a part we could use.

Excellent prices on Bradford White water heaters, delivered within a couple of hours of purchase, and great customer service from all the employees that I interacted with. Thank you!

Their customer service consistently goes above and beyond. The stock is always on point, which makes getting what I need quick and hassle-free. It’s clear these guys know their stuff and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the plumbing trade!

This is the worst George t Sanders there is in the state of Colorado customer service is poor you got to wait 20 minutes just for somebody to help you and they're not even busy only one person. Recommend if you're a plumber don't stop at this place due to you will be waiting a long time to be helped and not even busy one other person stood there and watched as one work what a team George t Sanders recommend going to rampart or even Ferguson's or even when Nelson down the way but definitely not the store in the middle of Aurora

Just yesterday, the bathtub stopper stopped sealing properly. I called their specialists for repair. They replaced the stopper assembly and ensured a tight seal. I appreciate their precise and efficient work.

My sink pipe had buildup for months until their technicians cleaned it thoroughly. It drains much faster now.

Had low pressure and needed a low water pressure fix. The improvement was immediate. Very effective service.
