Buyer be ware! A Viking refrigerator & Freezer ordered and payed for a YEAR ago and still not delivered! They’re sorry and working on it…(?) Beside ourselves. Can you imagine living in a kitchen without a refrigerator and freezer for a year!?!?!

They had all the plumbing parts we were looking for. A good selection of brass and copper parts as well as piping. Well educated and friendly staff who had us in and out in no time.

Guys are on the ball at this location. Eddie went above and beyond and helped me track down a part they did not carry. They’ll take care of you.

Nice people, can spend the night in the road. Dock is an inside dock, not too difficult if you take your time backing in off the street. People coming and going are patient with you while you do your thing. They took me a day early but I called and asked first.

Every other and I mean every other Ferguson would take your order and pull it for you. However, this Ferguson will only pull an attitude on you. I went to the counter to place my order and the guy at the counter said it was all in the aisle. I said, "Oh, you guys don't pull it for us?" He said, "No, not if it's easy." He then proceeds to walk me to the aisle as though I was a child and demonstrates to me how easy it is; "See? It's easy." No, what is easy is crossing this store off my list and taking my business elsewhere likely to George T. Sanders.

Late in the afternoon I return home to find no heat. It's already 8 degrees and expected to go down to 2. Called Ferguson and Paul Whillock was here by 7PM . Fortunately able to repair and avoid frozen pipes and other nasty things that accompany these situations. Big Thanks!!

My experience interacting with Caleb has seemed professional he really knows his stuff when it comes to having questions on the pluming side of things, witch is not my strong suit he’s great at helping with finding solutions to problems you may have. He’s a good guy and great on the grill every Wednesday he’s out in the back of the warehouse grilling up breakfast free to anyone, also pretty cool because you can grab a plate and walk through the aisles and shop for what ever your there for grabbing a quick bite to eat before the job.i see no laziness here from any of the coworkers didn’t catch the guys name but he was quick to get the door for me when I had my hands cool on this snowy day I would definitely recommend this pluming supply store. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop here especially for the free breakfast every Wednesday made by Caleb.

We spent over $15,000 on plumbing fixtures for our new build, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Ferguson sent us wrong items and even left out items we had ordered. When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we’d only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake—especially on an order this expensive—they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer.

To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size.

Would not recommend based on our experience.

Great guy, shows up on time.

Sharone replaced two gas lines in my older home after a leak and made sure everything met Xcel’s pressure requirements to get service restored. He was responsive, transparent, and even came out late at night at no extra charge. Fair pricing and genuinely honest, and he was v sweet to my animals.
