Hyper flow is by far the best experience I have had with a plumber. Ian was very communicative throughout the process. We had a big water leak that caused significant damage. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and talked me through what I wanted. They even let me know of current options for getting the work permitted, then filled out all the necessary paperwork. They came to the house every time insurance or the inspectors were there. All of this for a very reasonable price. Their work was exceptionally high quality! They replaced the pipes and even rerouted them to accommodate the new shower configuration I wanted.

Blake was very clear on what his team was going to do, did it, and cleared up our issue completely. He was in constant contact and I would definitely use this company again.

I've used HyperFlow in the past for emergency plumbing situations, so I felt very comfortable for calling them to handle the plumbing for our remodel of two bathrooms. Brian was great to work with. Work was more complicated than we thought, but I really appreciated his attention to detail - even bringing up his concerns regarding the bath faucet placement that we hadn't even considered to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing. He had to work around our tile installer, and our construction contractor too, so things got a bit chaotic at times. But always very professional. He and the back-office team - Kyle - were always responsive working us into their very busy schedule - but also very transparent with issues as they came up, their quotes and timing. We were able to complete the remodel in a relatively a quick turnaround time even over the fourth of July. We love the finished bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Wonderful service! Had a drain pipe leaking in crawl space, contacted Hyperflow late Saturday night spoke to Kyle, he got his shop foreman Ian out the next morning. Ian assessed the damage, took a video to show me what was happening and what needed yo be done next. They were out promptly the next morning and had everything buttoned up by the afternoon. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again!

Great experience with Hyper Flow and the expert tech, Angel. I had a slow drain and blocked sewer pipe. Angel was able to come out same day, identify and cable clear the block quickly without any issues or added costs. Quick, professional, and fair pricing without trying to upsell on unnecessary service was a huge relief. Will definitely keep them as the go-to for my plumbing repairs.

I had a late night message from a tenant that the kitchen sink and the bathtub was backed up. I called at 8:30 pm and managed to schedule for the first available slot for the following morning. The technician that arrived was communicative about what he was seeing needed to be done and the price was fair considering it was an urgent request. I’ll be working with them in the future

Our 3.5 year old hot water heater failed out of no where and when we called the HVAC company who originally installed it to warranty it, they tried charging us $2700!! I then asked to talk to a manager about the ridiculous quote, no one ever returned my call.

We then found Will at 5280 Denver Plumbing. He immediately responded to help. He saved us over 60% of what that well know local HVAC company was trying to charge us. He was able to get the job done the very next morning after we first contacted him on late Friday afternoon.

I cannot say enough good things about Hyper Flow. We had a persistent hot water issue in an older 9-unit condo building for which I am an HOA board member. Angel arrived on a Saturday evening and spent about 90 min trying to diagnose. He came back a few days later and met with our handyman who had already done a few adjustments and Hyper Flow’s master plumber Brian. They spent at least another hr trying to diagnose. This was all part of Hyper Flow’s free diagnostic service. He then recommend a repiping of our hot water heaters at a cost of about $3K less than another vendor quoted us. After this fix, we had many improvements but not 100%. Angel and Brian then returned to our building to reassess the issues and ultimately recommended a stepwise approach to avoid costly projects to pinpoint the issue. Because this step still cost $300-700 per homeowner, they helped me come up with a plan to test the step without wasting the homeowner’s money and additional time. During this process they even met with a disgruntled homeowner and talked through the issues which ultimately relived the homeowner's concerns. Again, this time was all for free. Unfortunately for our building, as we were addressing the hot water issues we also had a cracked sewer pipe. Angel responded quickly, crawled around in our gross crawl space, and was able to fix on the same day. They were about $3K less than another bid on this project too. Throughout this entire experience, Angel has been just a text or call away, which is exactly the support we needed. I can say with confidence and referencing my specific experience, that Hyper Flow will work hard to fix your issues, treat you fairly and do it all with a great deal of integrity. Hyper Flow did an excellent job replacing my 13 year old water heater. I do a lot of research before deciding on a plumber and Hyper Flow stood out for their responsiveness, excellent communication, and competitive pricing and scheduling.

Oren, our Service Technician, did a superb job of removing and replacing our old water heater. He was very knowledgeable of the new products and the remove / replacement was seamless. The cost was reasonable. We will use Hyper Flow for future projects.

Mykel and his team were knowledgeable and fair. I think the total turnaround from first contact to completion of excavation and replacement was about 20 hours! The work was done well and carefully, and very efficiently. The price was good, and the quality and professionalism were great. I know who to call if I have a problem elsewhere in the future!

Hyper Flow Service Co was very professional with scheduling and communication. Ian C came out to do a couple different things at our house and he spent extra time answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything that was going on. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He also didn't hesitate to let me know if something wasn't an issue or if I'd be better off buying a part and doing something myself. The pricing seems to follow market rates in this area. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done and I will be calling them again next time I need a plumber.

I was looking for a plumber to replace the fill-valve on a 10 yo Kohler toilet. One said we would need to replace the entire toilet and the other said it would cost $450 - what?! Hyper Flow came the same day and replaaced it in 30 min. for $250!! Can highly recommend Hyper Flow!

I called Hyperflow about an issue with our drains causing water to come sometimes come up the floor drain. Dispatcher was great and Garrett W. Was here within a couple of hours. The professionalism was outstanding, even asking before entering a bedroom.

He was very patient and took the time to explain and show us exactly what was happening.

I had a backed up pipe. It was my first call. I got an immediate response at 4 pm and even had someone able to come out at 6:30 pm that same evening. Straight forward fix but not something I could do. Learned a lot about my plumbing system in the process. Angel was great. Fair price too. I’ll be sure to give them a call when my water heater dies!

I am so impressed with this company. Jeremy is a great employee. Friendly, knowledgeable,and willing to explain everything he was doing. Great work with the camera found and cleared the clog right away. Did not leave any sign he had been here. Everything was left as clean as when he came. Hyper Flow is a great company. After getting gouged by three different larger plumbing service providers, I put in an online service request for Hydrojetting to Hyper Flow at approximately 8 p.m., I received a text from Kyle within 45 minutes to schedule a no-cost estimate the next day. Garrett (the technician) called while on his way and arrived right on time. He gave me an honest assessment of the issue and a very reasonable quote (much cheaper than the prior three providers). They were able to get the work done that day, followed up as promised, and best of all resolved the problems. I was thoroughly impressed by Kyle, Garrett, and the rest of the group at Hyper Flow and would definitely recommend them for any sewer issues. They communicated extremely well, were very polite, and did exactly what they said they would do. 5/5, would definitely hire again.
