All I can say is WOW! Jeremy was our service technician and he was professional, attentive and helpful throughout the entire process! We had a sewer pipe repair that was identified during a home inspection and needed a timely repair. He gave me an honest expectation, a reasonable quote and exceeded expectations during the bid, repair and put back process. His communication was excellent and he had a calm and easy manner. I am so impressed! I will be recommending Hyper Flow and Jeremy to anyone needing this type of service!

Quality service and great customer care. Angel was an excellent technician who came same day when our main sewer line to our septic was clogged. He took time to listen and was great at keeping us updated on his work. Would highly recommend this company.

Huge shoutout to Hyper Flow Services, especially Angel and crew. They were honestly great.
We had really frustrating drain backups in our 1902 home that we’ve had 2 other plumbers out to try and help with. Angel showed up same day and took the time to figure out what was actually going on instead of rushing, guessing, or giving up. We learned more and talked through our next steps. We made progress on the issue and that alone made the whole thing feel way less stressful.
We contacted a few other places to meet and quote on the needed work but easily decided to move forward with Angel and Hyper Flow. Yesterday they rerouted our secondary line, installed clean outs, and everything is the best it’s ever been. Angel and crew were awesome. Really helpful, efficient, respectful of our space, and left everything in great shape.
It’s such a relief to find a team we trust with our home. We’ll be calling Hyper Flow again without hesitation and will be highly recommending them! Thank you! -
Jack, the Owner does not stand by his plumber's work or plumber's leak causing service call. Careless. Rude/Angry plumbers. If ZERO stars were an option, they would get "0"! Unprofessional service, even when escalating the situation to the owner, Jack. Crown installed the wrong water heater (too small BTU of a tank) that was ordered by a home warranty company. Then, they missed 2 appointments (no CALLS to reschedule) to install the correct one, wasting our time waiting at home for their 4 hour window... The we missed one appointment, and they wanted to charge us an extra $100 return fee.
When the correct water heater arrived, I was at home and let the plumber come see the tank he would remove... it was 5:30 at night, he said I was his "last call" and was hoping to be done quickly... When he saw the water heater, he said- "what's wrong with this one? The one I have on the truck is only 3,000 BTU more & really doesn't make a difference". Being a woman who knows NOTHING about water heaters, he assumed I would say - sure go home. But I called my partner, who told me the extra 3,000 BTU speeds up the recovery time... So please install the correct water heater. The guy wanted an extra $100 more (for missing an appointment) than we paid, but my partner called the owner (Jack) and explained that HIS COMPANY missed 2 appointments to our missing one, so the fee was waived. The plumber who wanted to get home was noticeably ANGRY to have to "waste his time" swapping out the water heater so late in the day... ONE PLUMBER was sent to remove and install the water heater. When he carelessly removed the older water heater, he knocked a copper line loose above the water heater and to the right... It started leaking the day after the CARELESS INSTALL and ruined a top shelf. Today, 9/27/16, Crown Plumbing, in their infinite wisdom, sent TWO PLUMBERS to fix the leak (if they had sent 2 plumbers the first time, maybe they would not have cause a leak in the first place). The head plumber said- "that will be $100 co-pay to fix the leak!". My response was "it didn't leak until your last ANGRY plumber installed the 3,000 BTU more water heater that he thought was a WASTE OF HIS TIME." So the head plumber texted/called JACK, the owner, and he showed me the text conversation that said - She is claiming we caused the leak" JACK's response was "WOW"... SO they demanded $100 to fix the LEAK that THEY CAUSED... -
We had our water heater replaced by Clint with Crown Plumbing. He was awesome and got it replaced asap! He really went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water today. We appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. We would not hesitate calling Crown Plumbing again for any plumping issues.
The receptionist was professional and helpful with our AHS claim and scheduling. I recommend Crown Plumbing!! -
So we just had Todd from Crown Plumbing at our residence to service a sewage/drainage issues, from jump/start he was rude and lack any consideration for us as a family and the property, he was initially greeted warmly by my mother-in-law who thanked him for arriving and his response was "I can only do one job at a time" really who asked you for your workload is my thought, upon entering the basement without a hello, etc he was like "you have to move the clothing so I don't decapitate myself", "You have to move these clothes", first let me be clear very little was on the clothes line, and they were no where near the drain (on the ground) where he would be working. He snakes the inside but doesn't snake the first outlet on the outside of the property as I was watching him, and as you can see from the photo there is no equipment drag marks only feet prints from our shoes. He sat in his truck for over 15min, from what he stated "Calling in the report", he then advised me only after asking as he drug his equipment up the basement stairs that he can't do any work beyond the property line which I get but state that before hand/the work you are paid to do is begun, he procedes to discuss with me like a 5yr old what I can see and know with my property, he departed leaving the issues worse than it was initially. Also he asking if the pipes were done when the ports where put in, matching his energy and attitude I was like "I wasn't here but it was paid for in the detais provided, and that was what was reported as I was deployed when the service was done over 6yrs ago, his was reply was "it happens all the time" if this is the representation of how this company deals with customer I do not ever want him out here again or this company, and being that this is a tight neighborhood I will ensure I express this in our neighborhood chat, no one should be treated this way, and I would expect more consideration for the elderly and Military service members or do I need to wave my CAC card or DD214 for respect? OR is it as I think about it was it simply because we are a black family that owns our home seeking a service.

They were very nice and professional until it came time to ask for an invoice. They REFUSED to provide an invoice until they received payment. An invoice and receipt are 2 different types of documents and it seems they do not know the difference. I needed the invoice to show proof that the work was completed for my home buyers. I had requested the invoice 2 days before close and they would not wait until close to be cut a check. Todd was arguing that it was company policy. I tried explaining my situation of not having the funds until close and they wouldn't have it. I did what I had to in order to get them their money prior to close, per their demands. My complaint is the extremely angry attitude and harassment, yes, harassment via text, I received from Todd and his office staff (I forget her name). He seemed to get angry when I told him this was poor customer service, because it was. I was not rude to him at all and did not deserve to be talked to this way. They were not only rude to myself but my real estate agent as well. We were both in shock on the treatment we had received. Again, over an invoice. I have subsequently blocked Todd's phone numbers to avoid anymore disturbances. It was completely uncalled for. And yes, as soon as I made the payment, they sent me the receipt. Their attitude is not worth it, go elsewhere.

This company was assigned by my warranty company.when the guy came out the first time he told us that the warranty wouldn’t cover the job. Which should have been a red flag. Who was he to assume if it was covered or not. Myself and the warranty company had to chase them just to get the diagnostic report. After two weeks of chasing, their lazy employee came back out. And again made another excuse why the repair couldn’t be done. So my husband and I fixed the pipe leak ourselves. I refuse to work with this company and highly encourage my home warranty company to drop them as a vendor.
Horrible service. If anyone with AHS warranty company gets this vendor assigned to them. I would suggest calling AHS and asking for a different vendor who will be willing to assist. -
American Home Shield sent this company to repair our water heater. Company came out, was timely, determined that repair was not the best option, so a new heater was slated for install. They installed it, and all seemed well. A few hours after they left, we had flooding in our basement. Called them nonstop for the next 2 days, no answer, only voicemail. Left us dealing for 2 days with flooding in our basement. When they finally responded and came out after 3 days, they claimed the leaking valve was due to overpressure. I went and checked on the PRV valve used to reduce the pressure, seemed fine and I replaced it anyways and still, the valve they installed is leaking and flooding our basement.
I will never recommend these people and will steer everyone I can from them. Horrible horrible service.

They were fairly responsive, somewhat friendly and knowledgeable but since we went through AHS it was a bare bones fix. After the technician completed the work I noticed it was still leaking, then when he came back the next day fixed it with some help, I noticed an area a foot over had a dripping leak but since it was a bare bones fix (only the tub) it wasn't their job to fix. I feel they could have tested their work better, looked around and extended a pipe they replaced a few feet more to fix a second problem. Regardless of my issues with American Home Shield and how they don't get quality contractors, scheduling was easy and they returned to complete the work.

Contacted American Home shield about a leak in the waterp pressure valve. This company was assigned to me and didn't think to look at reviews before they showed. Leak occurred on a Sunday and we had to turn off water coming into house. Ending up staying somewhere else that night in hopes that, because of the nature of this situation, plumber would be out asap. Was told I would receive a call to setup appointment but did not, so I contacted them. Earliest they could be in was Wednesday. That meant moving for 3 days because we had no running water. Wednesday came, plumber arrived, wife was home and plumber told her, we created the issue and that American Home Shield wouldn't cover the cost. She wanted it repaired so she had them fix it and we were going to deal with American Home Shield. The repair took 20 minutes, I had removed the valve already attempting to replace myself because we wanted it water back on. $480 plus $125 service free from AHS. I have reached out to Crown Home Services on several occasions trying to get a break down of what I paid for, no response RUN FAR AWAY FROM this company,

Brian from Crown Home Services of Denver came to fix our plumbing issues. We have 2-10 Home Warranty and after the first company they sent flaked out, Brian from Crown was assigned. I could not be happier with Brian and the work he did. He was kind, polite, fast, and explained everything that he was going to do and why. I will be requesting Crown and Brian for ALL my plumbing needs going forward!

Crown Plumbing was assigned to me by my home warranty company to replace a failing water heater. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday - 8/19, and gave Crown Plumbing the entire day to install the unit. I called the week of and day prior to install to ensure that all was okay and was told by their office representative(Cheryl) that everything was in place for an 8am-10am install. The morning of the install one plumber (Clint) showed up to begin this process while another plumber was picking up the water heater. Apparently there was miscommunication on the ordering of the water heater (First American) so the plumbers left the house to move on to the next job with the instruction that they were going to try and get the other jobs done and come back. I received a call from the home warranty company around 9am stating the water heater was available and sitting at home depot for pickup. I called Crown's office and was told that I would hear back from them related to the install, and Cheryl said it had been passed off to the owner Jack and he was supposed to call me. This was at 10am on Friday 8/19. I called later(approx 4pm) in the day with no response and left messages asking for a call back so I knew what was happening. No phone call from Jack. I then called back on Monday(3 days later) asking for the same thing, I wanted to talk to the owner and decision maker about my experience that a client can be left sitting with no communication for 9 hours related to a water heater install. Again yesterday 8/23 I left another message asking to speak with Jack about a potential install. I received a phone call today that Jack and Crown Plumbing have reached out to First American Home Buyers Protection and rejected the install. This was a terrible experience for me, not only did the water heater not get installed, I took an entire personal day from work to ensure this process was taken care of, which it was not, and then the owner and decision maker didn't even have the resolve to return one of many phone calls to discuss what alternative options may be available for install schedule. I will gladly go forward with Best Choice Plumbing which is the new alternative that First American Scheduled for me

Really dreadful customer service— this company was assigned to me through my home warranty to fix a drain. They told me a time that they would be there yesterday and then they were unable to make that time. So we rescheduled for today and they were late. I have to be out the door for work early. Then I just got a call in which a woman at the company chewed me out because I had said in my text that when we agree on the technician being there at a specific time, they should be there at that time. I did not call her, she just decided to call me and give me an earful because of my request that they honor what they say. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Update: toilet still cycles running on and off. And the slow low pressure flush they said they fixed they didn't. This has been happening since about a few hours after they left and they came out twice. Im more annoyed now so I'm updating this review
Used home warranty twice and they came out on time replaced hot eater heater valves perfectly and a constantly running toilet. -
Went through American Home Shield Home Warranty for some minor faucet repairs and to look at my circulation pump. Crown Services showed up and the technician tried to use scare tactics to get me to pay out of pocket. Stated the circulation pump off the hot water heater was plumbed incorrectly and that it would cost $1,400 to repair and install correctly and that the pump alone was $500. I explained I had replaced one at my work before and that it was less than $500 to repair at a hotel. He then stated he could do it for the $500. What?!?
Further, for the faucet repair, he stated that he would need to break up all the tile, and that we would need to get a tile contractor to reinstall the tile. I asked if he could take off the faucet cover to see if it was just a gasket and he refused.
He went on to say that if we didn't take care of the repairs on the spot, he would tell American Home Shield they were all pre-existing conditions to close out the ticket and that the repairs for these specific items wouldn't be covered until the repairs were made. He wouldn't take any basic inspections and spent most his time at my home talking about being from South Carolina and how nice it was there.
I contacted American Home Shield and it took me three calls and speaking with a supervisor to get another contractor to my home for a second opinion. AHS stated because the contractor notated it was pre-existing, the ticket was closed. Finally, they got Colorado First Plumbing to my home and they are in the process of getting all the correct parts ordered to make all the necessary repairs.
With how dishonest they are, I wouldn't be surprised if they would have charged me thousands of dollars, just to go back and bill the warranty company.
DO NOT USE CROWN SERVICES! I am shocked that they are still in business and being used by American Home Shield. -
They replaced a water heater for me through AHS. The replacement itself didn’t have too much of a fuss. Just some delays that were not really in their control. But once they got ready to go, Maggie was pretty good at scheduling me quickly and Justin was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The city inspector didn’t find any issues. So I would use them again to replace my water heater.

We had a water heater go out but we had the insurance from American Home Shield and they sent us to Crown Home Services. Todd (the owner) came out promptly and agreed with my assessment that the bottom had rusted through. Thereafter he sent out Brian who apparently has been installing water heaters for over 20 years and he had it in, working and was gone before I knew what had happened. Anyway both were very nice and its a high quality water heater that works great! Most important the Mrs. isn't causing a loss of hearing in my right ear any more.
-
Terrible experience. They came out to service a water heater under warranty. Responded with a list of reasons they were not going to fix it that were bogus. They said it is underpowered for the application and at too high altitude so it probably doesn’t work because of that. It’s been working for over 8 years. Avoid this company and their terrible business practices.

Completely incompetent plumber was so fixated on our bathroom sink; we kept begging him and insisting our problem was with the toilet. He refused to check the toilet. He came out 3 times over two weeks before given an ultimatum; check the toilet, or we will find someone else. He left. He called our warranty company and said he couldn’t do the work because he couldn’t estimate the length of sink pipe that needed to be replaced due to the bathroom cabinets! It took 2-3 days for anyone to return our call, 3 visits, and two weeks of agony.
Colorado First Plumbing came out the same day and fixed the clog in our toilet in 30 minutes.
Dear Brian, if you are reading this, it turns out the sink pipes did not need to be replaced, as we begged for you to understand. It turns out, our toilet was clogged. -
They lies to American home Shield telling them my water heater was leaking and it was not. It was simply a pilot light. They never physically came out to look at the water heater and I have been without hot water for five days. This is causing me to find yet another contractor with more expense. I do not recommend this contractor ever ever ever find someone else. I am very upset with them.
