We received a quote from a competitor and we wanted a second opinion. So we found Hyper Flow online and submitted a request through the website. Kyle reached out the next morning and we were able to schedule everything through text messages. Angel showed up later that day and used a camera scope/snake to show and thoroughly explain how our sewer system actually worked. Then he made his recommendations without asking what the competitor recommended and quoted. We were extremely grateful that he took the time to ensure we were comfortable. He scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day and delivered the exact results he said he would. The pricing was very fair. As long as Angel is working there, we will be customers! Thank you!

I'm so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and that's about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day.

Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal of what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasn't going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly.

Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor I've had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do.

I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jake's cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me a partial amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times.

I would not hesitate to use Hyper Flow again for any sort of plumbing issue and I highly recommend giving them a call if you're thinking about it.

I reached out to Hyperflow after years of dealing with a short- cycling on demand water heater. I went into this expecting a huge repair bill but Joshua worked with me to determine the root cause of my issues, without recommending unnecessary replacements. Joshua was knowledgeable, honest and thorough.

Great Company. Garrett was super professional, informative and handled our sewer blockage quickly. He showed us clear video of the blockage and most importantly, the cleared line. He made an unpleasant situation much less painful. Highly recommend.

We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday).

The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).

Dealing with Jeremy and Hyper Flow was a really great experience, and they got us back up and working quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was extremely polite and took care to keep everything clean as he was working.

Update: we decided to go ahead and replace the entire main line and called Hyper Flow for an estimate and to do the work. They were able to come out just a couple of days later to perform a "pipe bursting" replacement which only required two holes (one in the yard where the sewer line connects to the house sewer line, and the other in the street where the sewer line meets the main line).

Hyper Flow's team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and landscaping, worked straight through the day, and finished up around 4pm. During the process they cut through several of my sprinkler lines and the control cable, which they repaired and asked me to test that everything was working before they left.

I couldn't be more pleased with Hyper Flow's service from the original drain clearing through the complete main line replacement. The crew is efficient, courteous, seemed happy to be there, and did an awesome job throughout. I highly recommend Hyper Flow and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had to replace an old shower handle cartridge and I could not get the old one out so I decided to give them a call before I broke something. They came out, got the old one out and didn’t even charge me anything!! Will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks

Fast and professional service! When we shutoff our sprinklers system this fall we noticed water coming up from the in-ground shut off. Ian came out to see what was happening and determined it was likely a problem with the stop and waste valve. They were able to schedule the repair quickly and the cost was reasonable. The repair was done quickly and left the landscaping looking good.

Amazing and honest service. We had requested a jet of our main sewer line (as part of inspections from prospective buyers) and they were able to come out the same day over the weekend. Our tech, Oren, came and scoped/inspected the line and took time to walk us through what he saw -- he ultimately advised us against the jetting service - which can be expensive. His inspection report provided us with what we needed to resolve the issue with the buyers but also avoided unnecessary costs. Appreciate when a company is more concerned with giving you the right/sound advice, versus making more money.

I had a very unexpected mess late at night on New Year’s Day. There’s nothing worse than feeling helpless in these situations. When I called the tech had left for the night but within minutes agreed to come over and review the situation. Angel was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even after he should’ve been done for the day he came and fixed our problem and gave me some tips for the future. Could not have been a better experience for a real bad end to our night.
