I had a great experience working with EZ Repair. Robert called, asked questions, and listened to the issue I was having with my water heater. His first comment was "maybe we can fix it." Given that the water heater is 13 years old, I was doubtful, but I appreciated that attitude, rather than assuming it was hopeless. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone and texted me information to get back to him.

As a new(er) homeowner, I wasn't immediately sure of what to look for when hiring a plumbing company. As I developed more questions, regarding licensing, certification, etc, Robert was patient and responsive to all of my questions.
Brian was able to come over at 6pm the same day. He came in, looked at the situation, and we developed a plan for replacing the water heater in the morning. But as we talked, the heater kicked in and we realized it still worked, so no repair was needed!

Neither Brian nor Robert pressured us to replace the water heater, once we determined it was working. I appreciate their responsiveness, patience, and candor!

I cant recommend Robert and EZ Repair enough! I am a realtor and had a listing coming up with an upstairs rental unit. It had been gutted and in need of a lot to get it ready to sell. Robert's crew painted, installed flooring, lighting, drywall repair, window repair, fixtures, bathroom overhaul clean up and repaired some siding. They did it professionally, quickly and cost effectively. I will be using the crew again soon!!

I reached out to Robert on a Thursday afternoon after struggling with maintenance on my evaporative cooler. His team member, Harrison, was able to come onsite within 24hrs. He assessed what the cooler needed, was incredibly helpful with all aspects of routine maintenance and even helped my neighbor with hers as well. Great experience and I look forward to using them in the future for routine maintenance.

It always feels nice when you find your go-to mechanic. That's what happen this week when we called EZ Repair to service our AC unit. Rob the owner was quick to reply to our request we made that night and had someone out to look at our unit early that morning. I would give our technician 10 stars if I could, he gave us a 2 hour window and let us know when he was 30 minutes away. He was quick to find the problem and the solution and explain everything during the process.

The quality of their service was excellent and they were transparent about cost, not to mention they are a small run business with the kindest people. I would highly recommend!

My boss had a clogged drain that they needed to have fixed and Zach was able to be out the same day to help. He was prompt, called ahead of showing up, and got everything working perfectly again. Not only was the job done quickly and professionally, but what stood out most was their friendliness (both the tech Zach as well as their scheduling coordinator) and the respect Zach showed while working in the home. We had just bought a home and noticed the toilet wasn’t working properly. Called EZ plumbing and they came that same day! Zach showed up early and was super amazing at identifying the problem and replacing the toilet very efficiently. He very knowledgeable and super kind. Definitely recommend!

EZ Repair was initially hired by my HOA to complete work on the main heating and cooling systems at my complex. They gave the community great updates and explanations for the work they were doing, so I asked if they still did residential work and ended up hiring them to do work on my individual unit. They were super helpful - responding even on a holiday weekend - and offered solutions at varying price levels. Vincent and Nick were very respectful of my home when they were doing the repairs and offered to stay later to finish the project in one day. I will definitely be calling EZ Repair with any future heating/cooling or plumbing needs in the future!

Zach detected where the pipe was clogged quickly and efficiently. Not only did he clear the pipe, he scoped the pipes to identify the condition of the drain pipes and verified that the clog was completely eliminated. Zach made sure before he left everything was clean and put back in place. Excellent service , extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

Our dishwasher was installed by EZ Repair by a personable, very knowledgeable technician (Sam) with little trouble. When adjustments were needed or parts (extension of the Home Depot provided hot water tube) Sam acted quickly to get the required part and make the needed adjustments.

Amazing service, responded quickly, several hours earlier than expected on an emergency call. My prior plumbing service quoted me for an angle stop at $375 that was not even necessary. They would have done it for $100 less, if it was necessary. The actual issue was an easy repair inside the tank. He also quickly did a drain repair on a tub issue that I had. I had put off fixing this because of a prior false quote. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, trans trustworthy and cares. Highly recommended!!!!!

I cannot recommend EZ Repair enough! I was out of state and had a leaky kitchen faucet. They were out to fix it immediately and did an incredible job, at a great price and were so nice and professional every step of the way. Would highly recommend for any repair!!

I feel fortunate to have discovered EZ Repair to have my sump pump replaced. It’s an “old school” style of doing business with personalized service, a thorough inspection prior to submitting a fair quote, and a direct connection with the owner. I was pleased with the manner in which Zach related to me throughout the process, ascertaining the problem before concluding that a replacement was needed, informing me of the cause, and recommending the type of replacement based on relevant reasoning. His depth of knowledge combined with his joyful disposition was a pleasure to have him on the job.

EZRepair did an awesome job! I found EZ Repair while doing a Yelp search for plumbers. They were the only company I found, who was willing to install an undermount sink. After experiencing an issue with my order from Home Depot, I finally received all of the items I wanted installed. Sam came out, on a Sunday, and installed a new sink, faucet and cup rinser, and we couldn’t be happier! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our sink area looks fantastic now!
