I strongly advise against hiring Metro Drain. Their business practices are deceptive and they failed to honor the agreed-upon terms of our service. Furthermore, their scheduling is unreliable and disrespectful of the customer's time. I was forced to wait for hours past the scheduled window only for the appointment to be cancelled without reasonable notice. Do not use this company.
