Awfull costumer service, rescheduled on us 3 times and on the last day we had available to have the job done never showed up. Said he wasn't interested on doing the job anymore. Phill was the name of the person we talked too. That's definitely not how to treat costumers or to run a business. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I would give negative stars if possible.

After fixing our broken sewer line on our house, the dirt settled and sunk down after the first heavy rain fall-- pretty common. We had our baby grass just coming in in the area and without being asked they repacked the ground and put down a piece of sod in the area! What amazing service, thank you!

Everything about this experience was very professional. They showed up exactly when they said they would, brought all the right equipment, and got it done faster and better than expected. The price was fair. Everything done was explained to me, and they came back a few days later to verify that they had solved the problem. I absolutely would use them again, though I hope I don't need to!

Great communication. Someone actually answers the phone when you call to schedule or call with questions. The techs that came out were fast and efficient. The techs called me with questions (I was not home at the time) that I wasn’t even able to answer since I just bought the house but they took the time to figure it out and were patient. Fairly priced.

I highly recommend Proactive sewer and drain. I need quick work done on a house I was selling and they worked hard to get it done. They even found another belly in the work they did and came right back over to fix it and make sure that it was done correctly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Would like to leave zero stars but the page makes you leave at least one.
Had a collapsed drain under my basement floor. Proactive came over on a Saturday morning to locate the blockage. They located the blockage, said they could repair it Monday, and would email me an estimate that afternoon. Did not get an email. On Sunday I called and left message and texted asking where the estimate was and if they were going to pull a permit for the work as required by the city. Never heard anything back. Took the day off work Monday expecting them to show up. They did not show up so I called and asked what was going on. They said that pulling a permit would require them to leave the hole open so it could be inspected. I replied I understood and they said they would call back. Never heard back. Would be leery of a company that doesn't want to pull required permits.

They missed two appointment windows. The original window was 12-2 and they never showed up or reached out me. The tech finally showed up at 5pm costing a me half a days work. I should mention this was after serval phone calls to rude associates. The tech then spent about 10 minutes looking for an outside main line access which I told him multiple times my house does not have (built in '65). Finally he went to auger out my main line at the access point I showed him before giving me a quote. I stopped him to ask him what this would cost me and the price was double that of the competitors. Wasted a whole day and caused my wife and I to wait another day without being able to use water in our house.

Phil Gallegos is man of integrity and I would highly recommend Proactive Sewer & Drain to everyone. They did a septic line inspection for me and Phil has been helpful and responsive with some questions that have come up in the past few years. I will surely use them when the need arises.

Isaiah was great! He was on time and very professional. Unfortunately our clog was inaccessible for him so he gave us some good recommendations on the next step to help get our kitchen sink cleared and they didn't charge us for the visit since we couldn't get the sink unclogged. Wonderful customer service.
