The driver for this company was so aggressive he almost caused multiple accidents on the highway.

clayton & sons plumbing dispatched an excellent employee who took the time and patience needed to thoroughly examine our hidden pipes beneath the concrete. despite the additional time required, he fully explained our options and detailed the complexity of the situation. we're delighted to say that we'll be long-term customers of clayton & sons plumbing in denver!

superb work. one of their workers showed up to save the day when our home's heat, which serviced 260 units, gave out during a particularly chilly denver spell a few weeks ago. clayton & sons plumbing got the heat back up and running in under two hours, always maintaining a professional demeanor. the cost was more than reasonable, and i'd recommend them to anybody. thanks for coming to our aid. under new ownership, the company is now delivering excellent service.

highly skilled and fantastic professionals. i was dealing with a deteriorated tub drain that was causing leakage under my house in denver, as well as another damaged pipe. they efficiently fixed all these issues and even provided me with before and after photos of the repair work. i intend to get in touch with them again for my sink repairs and the installation of a new water heater.

These plumbers are fantastic! They aren't looking to make a fortune off a single job, which is why their rates are so affordable. Their work quality is top-notch. They expertly installed a tankless hot water heater for us and the neatness of their work really reflects their professional pride. We highly recommend their services in Denver.

Driver named Rick with license plate BXZ-CB7 rudely sped up when we were trying to change lanes. Proceeded to speed up and flip us off. From the looks of these reviews, sounds like they need some new drivers and more professionalism. Wouldn’t hire these guys if my house was flooding.

Driving to work today, south on I-25 near 119 around 8AM, I came up behind a slow-moving R&M truck and moved from the slow lane to the middle lane to avoid the potential for rocks. As I got closer, I could see gravel dropping from the shoot high up in the middle of the truck and before I could do anything, TWO bounced up and cracked my windshield ($350). You can also see a pile of gravel on the right rear fender just laying there waiting to take out other cars.
The sign says stay 200' back and that they're not responsible for broken windshields, but I wasn't even in their lane and they clearly took no precautions to limit the hazard. If you put up a sign, that doesn't give you a right to neglect basic safety standards like closing hatches and sweeping fenders.
If this is their standard for transport, I can only imagine their safety standards on the job site. -
I recently had a great experience with R & M Drain & Waterproofing when our old garbage disposal stopped working and needed to be replaced. From the moment the plumber arrived, I could tell I was in good hands. The installation went smoothly and the new disposal is working perfectly. The plumber made sure to carefully check for leaks at every fitting and even cleaned up the entire area before leaving, so there was no mess for me to worry about. I really appreciated the attention to detail and high-quality workmanship throughout the job. If you’re looking for a dependable and skilled plumber, I highly recommend this company. This is the third time I’ve called them for plumbing help, and I’ll definitely reach out again for any future needs.

I had a positive experience with R & M Drain & Waterproofing when I needed some plumbing help for a rental. My tenant was only getting a few minutes of hot water, so I called to get it checked out. The company charges $125 for a service call and quote, but that gets refunded if you have them do the work. When the plumber came out, he suggested looking into a warranty repair since he wasn’t familiar with the water heater brand and it was a newer unit. He checked for voltage but didn’t test the element because they don’t carry that equipment on service calls. He did let me know I could have someone else take a look, but since I was out of town and needed it handled quickly for my tenant, I went ahead and had them replace the water heater. They also replaced an outside hose bib and fixed a couple of minor plumbing issues the tenant mentioned. I appreciated the fast response, clear updates about appointment times, and the before-and-after photos they provided. The team was polite and professional. Normally, I’d handle these repairs myself, but since I was managing things remotely, I went with the first company to respond. They were quick to get back to me when I reached out for a quote. While I might shop around a bit more next time, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the smooth process.

Tom came over to check out our home after we experienced an unexpected and sudden occurance of water throughout our basement. He initially told us that he only had a limited window of time to do his inspection, but took extra time to show me what he was doing and provided incredibly detailed explanations of what he was looking for. He also shared his knowledge with me and my boyfriend so we could tackle any issues that we could handle. Tom even offered to return the following day to double check a few things to make sure no stone was left unturned. He is super knowledgeable and cares a great deal about making sure we were treated right. My boyfriend and I were absolutely floored with how he explained everything to us and how much he cared about us and what we were going through. There ought to be more people out there that have his expertise and his compassion for helping others. He's earned our trust, and we wont hesitate to call on him in the future, and we'll definitely refer him to everyone we know!

Logan did a very thorough assessment of our water line and water usage. After a good deal of testing he was able to locate the source of a leak that we long suspected, yet others were unable to find. If we could give more stars for his rating we would. We are incredibly happy with American Leak Detection and highly recommend them. They provided excellent customer service and professional expertise from initial scheduling to the final assessment. Thank you!!

Exceptional service - found what 3 other plumbers missed!
I rarely write reviews, but Tom from American Leak Detection provided such outstanding service that I had to share. After three other plumbers failed to locate a persistent leak, Tom arrived with his thermal camera and quickly identified the problem in the most unlikely place - our roof!
His approach was incredibly thorough. He methodically ran hoses through multiple drains, tested various scenarios, and systematically isolated the issue until he found the exact source. What impressed me most was his professionalism - he was genuinely nice, polite, and very respectful of our time throughout the entire process.
If you’re dealing with a mysterious leak, don’t waste time with anyone else. Tom has the right equipment, expertise, and work ethic to get the job done. American Leak Detection earned my highest recommendation. Thank you, Tom!
