Today was The first time that we had to use American leak detection. They called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm someone would be at the home. They arrived on time ready to go to work. Our technician Tom was able to answer questions, He was very persistent at finding our leak. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. Our technician had to pull out all his tricks to find our leak cause apparently our leak was not the average leak it turned out to be on the hot water system. He was able to help us with scheduling repairs as as well as telling us briefly what would have to be done Hopefully we don’t have to call on their services again, but will do so in a minute because of the friendly and professional service they provided.

Isadoro (Easy) was very thorough and was able to identify the leaky flashing on my roof. He was very courteous and clean and worked quickly to identify the issue. He walked us through the problem spots and worked to create an extensive report to give to the insurance. He was even super friendly with my dog.

Tom was extremely professional and very thorough. He walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions along the way. His diligence and dedication in finding the leak was critical in locating it as it was in a very hard to reach area.

I had an excellent experience with this firm, interacting with Shane, the owner, and Tom, the plumber who came to my home. I would give them ten stars if I could! They were both delightful to interact with. Tom spent a few hours here because he goes above and beyond in thoroughness. He taught me several things, treating me professionally and respectfully even though I am elderly and have cancer fatigue. Since going up and down stairs is difficult for me, he took photos of things in the basement and brought them up to describe the significance of what I was looking at in the photos. He identified the source of the leak, and did a couple household repairs for me that went above and beyond what he was here to do. If it’s a leak you’re dealing with, make this company your first call!!

Tom came out to my house today for leak detection, for the City of Arvada said we have had a leak since August, but of course they never let us know. Tom was AMAZING!!!! He explained everything he did along the way and it ended up being our basement toilet that was leaking that our previous plumber missed! He showed me exactly what was happening with it, and now I can get the part and fix it myself.
