Had a great experience with Tom at American leak detection company. He showed up on time, was super friendly (even our dog liked him), and got right to work. He quickly found the source of the problem, explained it clearly, and gave us helpful advice on next steps. Short of showing up with Taco Bell at midnight, he offered his card and said to call if we needed anything else. Good guy, five stars.

Kris was very friendly patient explain things to me and was kind enough to remove the shower head that I couldn't get off and also put a rubber thingy in the toilet so it wouldn't leak next time I need a plumber he's the one I want.

Shane was so friendly and helpful. Our water bill had been increasing over the last year and we had contacted a couple different companies trying to figure out what was going on. I was bracing myself for the worst. Shane identified and solved the problem super quickly and it ended up being a very easy fix (thank goodness). Highly recommend and I’ll be calling them up in the spring to help us with some of our sprinklers too! This is my first time owning a home and there is a lot to figure out and learn, so it’s really nice when companies like this one go above and beyond setting their customers up for success. Tom came out today and was very meticulous in searching for a leak that was driving us crazy. We previously spent hours trying to find it. Within 1 1/2 hrs he inspected the whole gas system and found the leak. We appreciate your help and coming out promptly.

Tom was amazing! When a problem was discovered, Tom not only explained (in plain English) what the issue was, but also discussed remediation. American Leak can do the work, but Tom wasn't pressuring and just wanted to be an amazing resource, which he was. Will absolutely call him/American Leak again!

Tom came out same day and was able to locate our leak very quickly. He was super professional and talked through everything he was doing. I’d recommend them any day.

Tim came over for an inspection about a toilet that had water backup. He took care of the diagnostics professionally answering my questions, and he didn't get bothered when I asked if I could hang out and watch his camera snake through the gutters to determine the problem. We lucked out and were able to get a consult within 24 hours of calling. Logan was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly with me as he searched for a water leak that we suspected was occurring in the house. Our water usage (and bill) has been unexpectedly high the past several months. He tracked it down almost immediately and did what he could to remediate, until we can have scheduled repairs done.
