Service Pro Chris is delightful. He is polite, efficient, professional and conscientious. He was able to identify my sewer line problem quickly and made arrangements to take care of repairs. Chris is an asset to his company. I highly recommend him!

Great family run business! Proactive came out to replace a toilet flange and reset the toilet. I had them come out after a larger company tried to scam me out of a lot of money for the same job. They came to my house right away, explained the whole process, told me about the cost of parts and then fixed the toilet for me. PLUS they charged me a fair price for the work done.

Phil and Moses at Proactive Sewer were fantastic to work with. They replaced my sewer line in Spring of 2018 at a fair price. They didn't try to oversell me and weren't high pressure. What started out as a simple pipe bursting job ended up turning into a full trench and replace due to a low spot in the line. Despite snow, rain, collapses and other challenges the team got the job done and kept me updated without increasing the price from the original quote. I have recommended them to several friends already who are buying houses and need scopes/inspections. If I ever need sewer work done in the future these will be the first guys I call.

I recently had a sewer line problem late one evening and didn't know what to do. I contacted Proactive Sewer & Drain and they were here the next morning. The tech that came to the house was Moises and he was amazing! He explained the process thoroughly, let me watch and ask questions as well. He cleared the obstruction in the sewer line, did a camera inspection of the main sewer and provided a video/written report. He was awesome! Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

The entire Proactive team is professional, efficient, courteous, and took care of our problem in a hurry. They showed up on time, worked quickly to solve the problem, and came back the next day to scope the line and show us their work before we paid.

Their price was literally half of Roto Rooter's for the same job and they didn't charge us extra to remove the 55ft of auger RR got stuck in our sewer line. Proactive was even willing to work with us on payment if we needed it.

I will only use this company for any future sewer needs.

Had a great experience with both Chris, the technician who came out and scoped our sewer line, and the owner, Phil. After receiving the report I had some additional questions, but Phil took the time to really explain their recommendation and make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. These guys are experts that really know their stuff, demonstrated a high degree of customer service and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them for sewer scoping needs.

I took about 6 bids to fix my collapsed sewer line needing a partial or complete new line from the home to the street. Proactive Sewer & Drain gave a bid 50% less than others were charging for 1/2 the line replacement! They're work was finished in 1 day and was done flawlessly, including repaving some of the street. Thank you much PS & D. You have integrity.

We had a full stoppage of our sewer line due to roots and a blockage that resulted from it. Using our home warranty company and the plumbing company they referred us to, that plumbing company came out and “snaked” our line with no root cutting bit, and a very poor quality camera (that coincidentally didn’t come with a copy of the video), said that there was no other solution except to fully replace our sewer line to the street, and that it would cost us between $10-14-THOUSAND dollars to do the repair. They also charged me the standard $75 trip charge that is part of our home warranty company fee, plus another $317 to do no real work ($150 of which was to “pull the toilet”...ridiculous). Almost $400 worth of fees for about 40 minutes of work that didn’t really address the issue at best, and was straight-out deceptive at worst.

I decided on a second opinion, and based on some neighborhood Facebook referrals, we called Pro-Active. They came out same day to take a look. In order to do a careful assessment, given our situation, the Pro-Active technician came back first thing the following morning with all the correct tools and a high quality scope to clean the line and then assess whether our line was in poor enough condition to warrant a replacement. He spent about 1.5 hours carefully cleaning out the lines and said that the lines are really in pretty good shape and that regular maintenance should be all we need. They charged $239 total to do over 3 hours worth of work and saved us literally over $10,000 by being honest and professional. He cleaned up the bathroom before he left and was kind and thorough. And he ran water through the line for 15 minutes to make sure everything was flowing properly before he left. We are in good shape and are very pleased. We’ll be calling them going forward to do our ongoing maintenance. Thanks Pro-Active for helping us out! We highly recommend them!

This company was a nightmare! I don't leave reviews often, but this was a terrible experience. My home inspector hired them for me to do a sewer scope on a house I was in escrow for, while my inspector was also there so we could knock it all out quick – Sewer Scoping is a service specifically looking for obstructions, and if found to clear them as needed, which they found some obstruction they wanted to clear. Naturally, if they find and can fix an obstruction, you'd think they could repair them for an additional fee right then and there – not so, the tech with me said he could have if he had a different truck but he didn't have the tools with them, so I had to make an another appointment – and he quickly left without even helping me make a new appointment. I called in for a second appointment asap as we were trying to quickly close escrow, so I get to drive across town each time to meet them with my agent since I didn't have keys, and we all had to sit and wait again during the service window. First I got a new appointment via phone – but I was emailed later giving a different appointment window alternative for some reason. I replied to the email just a couple hours later accepting it, but then was told no appointment windows were available anymore, so I'd have to wait til the following week, after my deadline for inspection in escrow would have passed. I asked about my original appointment I made over the phone, and after more calls and emails back and forth they were able to honor it... Why was that ever an issue?? Lastly, they sent another scope truck out but this time with the tools to clear the obstruction, so I got billed twice to sewer scope (scammy), and had to have my RE agent and myself take time off work twice to go wait at this house for what should have been a one time job, along with a headache of a time trying to get my second appointment confirmed. Save yourself the trouble this company is not professional.

Sadly, this company's sewer repair resulted in damage to my clients sprinkler line. They will not accept fault of any kind. So just be careful when you hire them and be extra diligent. Sadly this repair was done in early spring so the sprinklers were not active yet.

Proactive replaced the sewer line at a house my wife and I purchased. The previous owners were the ones who hired them, and they made a great choice!

The work was done right the first time and signed off on without incident from the city, but what's more impressive is that Phil and his team came back to our house on two separate occasions to do follow up work on the property (replacing pavers, leveling sewer caps) at 2 and 12 months after the work was originally done. Absolutely amazing dedication to our satisfaction with their work, especially considering that we weren't even the people that hired them!

Great experience with Proactive Sewer & Drain! Got our secondary pipe hydrojetted because of a back up in the downstairs laundry room. Price was extremely reasonable and competitive. Technician was on time, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Bonus 30 day warranty on the work too, which is almost unheard of. We are very happy with the service performed and highly recommend to anyone with sewer/plumbing issues!

Proactive Drain and Sewer did a great job clearing and repairing root damage in our sewer lines. They've exceeded my already high expectations for quality and work ethic. When unexpected issues arose, I called Phil and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the repair, and did so in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Proactive and would not hesitate to call them again for future work.

This company is awful. I had two other companies lined up to provide a service and cancelled them because this company assured me they would arrive for the job. They gave me an appointment window and never showed up. They aren’t answering any calls or texts either. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that "open ended").

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

I was in the process of selling my home when the inspection uncovered a displacement in my sewer line. We immediately submitted for a variety of bids and Proactive Sewer & Drain were extremely fast in responding with an estimate, had a guy out to double-check the line with their own scope, and performed the locate to ensure it was within my yard. Service was scheduled and completed only a few days later! I couldn't be more happy with the quick response times, quality work, and super friendly staff.
